Our Orangery has just been completed and we are absolutely and completely thrilled. Nigel, quite simply, runs an exceptional business, creating exceptional builds. The Orangery was completed ahead of schedule, to the exact budget outlined before the start of works; and the build schedule provided at the start enabled us to keep track of where we were up to. We were kept informed at all stages and Nigel's team of highly skilled fitters had a brilliant eye for detail, were polite, neat and courteous, turned up when they said they would and were a pleasure to have around. I cannot fault any aspect of Heart of England's work and would not hesitate to use them again. An exceptional company, with exceptional products and staff. Thank you Nigel and your team.

We have just had our conservatory re-designed and re-roofed. The care and precision that went into the design and the workmanship of the fitters and sub-contractors were second to none. Unfortunate personal circumstances meant that all of the work had to be completed in our absence but, having had Heart of England replace all of our windows and doors a few years previously, we were more than happy to leave our keys and worries with them! Throughout the whole process their customer service was very personal and very impressive. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Heart of England.

We are so pleased with our hybrid orangery, it is perfect. We cannot recommend Taylor and his trustworthy team highly enough. They were all so professional and highly skilled in each of their trades. This was the second major work carried out by Heart of England Conservatories in the last two years. We were so pleased with the new garden room that we asked them back to replace the porch. Delighted with the standard of work on both projects. Customer service was as good if not better than any experienced in the past with other companies, all trades arrived on time, were pleasant, polite and carried out their part of the builds with skill and no fuss. Management ensured at every stage that we were happy and took a pride in what their company offered. All we can say is a massive thank you to all involved and that we will be more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.

From design to installation the process was very smooth and well organised. Heart of England scheduled all tradesman and ensured everything went to time and cost, they took care of everything. Excellent workmanship from the tradesmen with real attention to detail, they were all efficient neat and tidy leaving no mess behind and showed real passion for their jobs.

Heart of England built a new garden room extension onto our existing dining room. They were very professional throughout and at the start provided us with a schedule of works, keeping us updated as the work progressed. All the different tradespeople were reliable, hard working & friendly, treating our property with respect. Heart of England provided a great service and we are delighted with the end result. We would definitely recommend to others.

The Heart of England team from the outset were exceptional. The team completed the orangery on time (notwithstanding a few days of snow during the foundations phase) and I was very impressed with how tidy the team was throughout each phase of the project creating minimal disruption on day to day life. The end product is fantastic and I am thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend the Heart of England team to anyone.

Nigel and Taylor really take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for, offer creative solutions with a detailed work schedule and timeline that they stick to and then deliver a fantastic finished product. Communication keeping you updated with progress is always great and any problems that may occur during the course of the build are quickly sorted. All the trades people they use on their projects are a pleasure to have around and always leave things neat and tidy at the end of the day. We had a new garden room installed earlier this year to replace a tired old conservatory. What a transformation we now have a room to use all year round. We were so impressed with it that we had no hesitation in asking them to then install a new front porch for us which again looks fantastic. All in all we can’t recommend Heart of England Group enough.

We were very pleased with our choice of Heart of England based in Henley in Arden who replaced our old conservatory with a modern garden room. We decided to keep the existing base and floor tiles. All work was carefully done and with no mess. We had a few quotes but decided to go with Taylor at Heart of England. He was very pleasant and helpful and the whole job went as he said it would. He was easily contactable. We are very pleased with the finish and look of the room. We would recommend the company.

We could not have been happier with the team and the build. Each step of the way was perfectly managed. We were given a schedule and it was met at every deadline throughout the process. Seamlessly and of little distraction to us as a family. The management team were really friendly and helpful, guiding us through each step as required. The team on site were amazing at how fast they got everything up and finished. We hadn’t done anything like this previously and weren’t sure where to start. We had an old timber framed extension demolished and replaced with a brick building this summer. Nigel and Taylor were helpful throughout the project. They guided us through what was the best options as a replacement building. Everything was kept on schedule and lead times were always provided. All the workmen involved with the build were polite, friendly and professional.They were all very tidy in their work cleaning up at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Heart of England and would happily use them again.

We had a large orangery built as an extension to the house. It was built to building regs following planning permission. Nigel presented various designs before we settled on one and he was quite patient with us! All the work was done to a high standard and finished on time. All the trades and workmen involved were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nigel and Taylor did regular site visits and kept in touch to discuss progress. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Heart of England Conservatories transformed our old, draughty conservatory into a much improved and well insulated conservatory/garden room, involving the demolition of the old building and rebuilding a room using the existing foundations. From start to finish, we have been very pleased and impressed with the quality and level of service. We had many thoughts and ideas, and Nigel took time to understand our needs and concerns and to patiently advise us and help shape these into the final plan. Taylor gave us a detailed schedule of works which was strictly adhered to. All contractors arrived as expected each day or called to explain why they were delayed, and we were kept informed of progress throughout. Nigel and Taylor visited regularly to check that the work was on track and to a high standard. Any concerns we had, or changing ideas as the work progressed, were dealt with quickly and efficiently and adaptations made where possible to meet our needs. Having had building work completed in the past, we were anxious about the disruption to our daily lives the work would cause, especially with a range of different contractors and trades involved. However, we need not have been concerned. We cannot fault any of the contractors involved. They all worked to the highest standards, were polite, courteous, respectful of our property and extremely tidy. We would not hesitate in having any of them back to complete any further work in future.

We visited the showroom on a Saturday morning and loved one of the display garden rooms called a HUP building. We saw the price which was well over what we anticipated spending but once we had seen it we kept coming back to it so we decided to get a quote. Nigel, the MD came out and took measurements and we went back to the showroom a week later to have a look. We decided to go for it and Nigel offered us a date to start the work about two weeks ahead as another job was waiting for planning permission. A few days later we were emailed a schedule telling us the start date along with a spreadsheet showing who was coming on each day of the build and also a schedule of all deliveries such as skips, the building itself and other materials that were being delivered. First came Tommy and Thomas who took down the old conservatory and dug the footings for the new one and also laid the slab. Then came Lee and Roger who built the garden room. Then came Martyn the electrician who did the first fix followed by Arnie who did the plastering and then Rich who did the tiling. Martin came back for the second fix and then Lee and Roger came back to clean up. Everything went as planned and on schedule and it was all completed within five weeks. Taylor the Project Manager called in every few days and rang us regularly to check everything was okay. Nigel also came back at the end to sign it off. We are delighted with the end result and could not recommend Heart of England enough.
