Visited display site near Henley in Arden three times. No pushy salesmen wanting to provide quotes, just a person wanting to assist if we required. We actually asked for a quote. The quote was to remove and replace all upvc/glass windows/glass roof above existing dwarf wall and to fit new upvc/glass windows/doors and Ultraframe Liv-in insulated roof with only four roof panes of glass remaining. Small deposit paid and then stage payments as per a schedule. The schedule prepared on 1st December 2021 for attendance of fitters, plasterer, electrician and tiler was still accurate from commencement on 24th March 2022 and throughout. Project Manager attended 3/4 time during three weeks of work. All persons involved in this makeover were Professional and the quality of the work was far above the previous construction. We will recommend to friends, family and anyone searching for the work Heart of England can complete.

So glad I spotted Heart of England while driving home from a day out in the Cotswolds. After my first appointment with Nigel and Taylor, I knew they were the perfect company for me. They are long established, family run company, which greatly appealed to me. From start to finish, their service was outstanding with utter quality and professionalism. Being a very indecisive person, Nigel and Taylor were so patient and helped guide me to make the right decisions for the design of our garden room. Gary, Alan, Lee and the rest of the team were also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. They all made our new garden room journey an easy and enjoyable experience. Now we have a beautiful space, which we love. Thank you so much to Nigel and Taylor and the wonderful team for creating our magical space!

Heart of England was a great choice for our Orangery. This was an important project for us and we count ourselves very fortunate to have found such a good, local company. The project took about 5-6 weeks with teams on groundwork, fitting, plastering, electrics and plumbing. Each team was as strong as the last; no gaps in the work; no over-runs or people going missing. The overwhelming feeling was of a group of people - led from the top - who took as much trouble over the work as they would on their own property. The results are fabulous - stunning might be a better word - and the new room exceeds all our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased and, when you look at the prices of some of the other players, it’s clear they played it dead straight and gave us good value. We’d use them again and I can’t remember the last time I said that on a major project! This is what happens when you get management who have their feet on the ground and know how to be professional. Recommended very highly and without reservation.

HoE took down our old conservatory and built us a new garden room from the ground up. Very easy to work with. Good communication. Very conscientious about the current situation with COVID. Bought in a range of additional local trades to work on the project, all of whom were of excellent. The quality of the final product is top-notch and we're really pleased. Probably could have had the work done a bit cheaper by someone else, but in the end, you get what you pay for. Glad we chose HoE. Would recommend and would use again.

We love our new garden room. Nigel and the team have done a first rate job in removing our old conservatory and replacing it with a significantly larger and stylish garden room. We love the finished product! The process started in March and took as long as it did due to disappointing progress at the council planning department, however Nigel remained positive and approachable throughout from start to finish. We agreed a design within our budget and decided the livin roof design would be the closest match to both budget and our design criteria. The results have created many positive and admiring comments from friends and neighbours. The team of installers are faultless. Very punctual, professional and courteous. A couple of niggles from within the manufacturing process were fixed very quickly by Nigel’s team with little disruption to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Heart of England recently completed a new garden room at our house. Seeing the finished project, we are very pleased indeed. From design to the build to all the finishing, the Heart of England team were excellent. Everyone who worked on the job was not only highly professional, but they also took clear pride in their work which really shone through. Am fairly hard to please, and rarely impressed. The work on this job has left me beyond impressed. Would recommend without hesitation.

I decided to wait for a while before posting this as I spent a decent amount of £'s and wanted to ensure everything was OK before leaving a review. It's been a few months now and I have not had any problems. The team of installers/builders/plumbers/plasterers/tilers were all very professional and friendly. My new conservatory is a lovely place to work from and sit in to enjoy my garden. Nigel provided some guidance on initial request as to which option would be best for my south west facing garden and was available throughout to support with queries. Due to some pretty severe weather (couple of feet of snow!), the build didn't run to schedule but, as soon as was possible, the final bits were completed. I had one slight issue with my downpipe but this was resolved quickly and effectively. I am very happy to state that I would definitely recommend the Heart of England for any conservatory build and well worth the money.

Heart of England managed the building of our new conservatory most efficiently. They responded quickly to our initial enquiries and soon produced plans and cost estimates. The various tradesmen they used were all very good and they all completed their work to schedule. Heart of England monitored the progress of the job and visited our site frequently. The original prices we were quoted were all adhered to and the job was completed on time, we are very pleased with the new conservatory and we are happy to recommend Heart of England to manage your conservatory or similar building.

WOW! Heart of England Conservatories have surpassed themselves and our expectations once again Having supplied us with a new conservatory a couple of months ago which we are absolutely thrilled with, they have just finished fitting new windows to our house which has totally transformed the look of it and we can already feel the benefits of them. The quality is superb and the team are professional, efficient, polite and courteous. In a word faultless. Nige and Tay couldn't be more helpful. Lee the fitter is an absolute star - I've never known anyone work so hard and have such a high level of attention to detail. He was brilliant and finished both the windows and conservatory to perfection. Apart from the fact the house looks a million times better and more modern, we wouldn't have know he had been there. Everything was left spotless. I can't thank the whole team enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Nigel and Taylor came up with a design that was exactly as we wanted. Taylor managed the project very well and was always responsive to any questions. A schedule of works was provided and everyone worked well together keeping to the schedule. Excellent attention to detail. Would certainly recommend.

The team from Heart of England have just managed to complete what we thought wasn’t going to be possible - a new room built in time for Christmas so we could host dinner for all the family. This was amazing as we only contacted them in October but using the latest “Hup!” construction technology the work was completed absolutely when promised, and gave us enough time to decorate and prepare for Christmas. Dealing with Heart of England was a pleasure throughout, starting with Andy who showed us around the various example buildings on their Showsite (which was invaluable in being able to visualise the finished product) Nigel and Taylor kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, often calling in to see how work was progressing. We must also sincerely thank the entire team of contractors who Heart of England use to actually carry out the work as every one of them was friendly, courteous and professional - a real credit to the Heart of England ethos. We would recommend them without hesitation. In these days when lacklustre service is the norm, it’s been a refreshing change to find a team who truly care about their product. We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden room by Heart of England. We first contacted them after receiving information about their conservatory makeover service, and from the very first visit we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach. Their experience gave us confidence in every decision we made, and the whole process was extremely well organised. The team worked efficiently and stages of the build were even completed ahead of schedule. Nigel and Taylor personally came to oversee the work, which gave us real reassurance that everything was being managed to the highest standard. It's a very quick process compared to a brick build. They kept a very tidy site and it build gave minimal disruption for us. HoE have a very slick set up to dovetail each trade so there was no waiting around for each stage. The initial consultation and design process was through and easy to work through. We had a very straightforward visualisation of the proposed build

We used Heart of England for our garden room extension. The owners (father and son) were very helpful whilst we were making our choices and extremely responsive to any queries. A few weeks before the work started, we had a spreadsheet which laid out, day by day, who would be on-site and what work would be done, and this schedule was followed exactly. All of the tradespeople used were competent and friendly and everyone ensured that all the mess was cleared away at the end of the day. We got regular updates on proposed times of arrival each day which made it easier for us to carry on with our daily routines in spite of the work going on. There was one minor snag during the work, but this was dealt with very promptly and effectively. We are delighted with the end result and with the service received.

Heart of England installed a conservatory at the back of my property, the project planning and execution have been excellent. Nigel Manning has provided multiple options for the design, and then coordinated the whole team in the execution of the works on time. In addition to the conservatory we have replaced a window and doors, and tiled from the front door to the conservatory. Excellent finishing from all tradesmen. Great communication, professional and friendly at the same time.
