Really pleased with the quality of work carried out by the installers/fitters. Work done to schedule. Cleaned up well after. Project Director made sure everything was up to a high standard.

There was a slight problem with the window manufacters which created a delay. However, we were kept up to date at all times and money returned until revised start date. The workmen were brilliant - very neat and tidy. I was perfectly happy to leave them alone in the house. I have a decorator waiting to redecorate now the windows are finished but there is very little for him to do. Fantastically neat job. Heart of England have done work for me before and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

From our initial meeting, discussions and onsite visits, we felt reassured, Nigel & Taylor were highly professional and they listened to our wishes and thoughts and made helpful suggestions. They were always available to answer any of our queries. A schedule of work was provided and once the project began all the contractors kept precisely to the plan. All were professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Work was first class throughout the project and finished on time. We had an old timber framed extension demolished and replaced with a brick building this summer. Nigel and Taylor were helpful throughout the project. They guided us through what was the best options as a replacement building. Everything was kept on schedule and lead times were always provided. All the workmen involved with the build were polite, friendly and professional.They were all very tidy in their work cleaning up at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Heart of England and would happily use them again.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Orangery from Heart of England Conservatories. The work was completed to a very high standard on time as detailed in the work schedule provided. Heart of England managed the building of our new conservatory most efficiently. They responded quickly to our initial enquiries and soon produced plans and cost estimates. The various tradesmen they used were all very good and they all completed their work to schedule. Heart of England monitored the progress of the job and visited our site frequently. The original prices we were quoted were all adhered to and the job was completed on time, we are very pleased with the new conservatory and we are happy to recommend Heart of England to manage your conservatory or similar building.

I decided to wait for a while before posting this as I spent a decent amount of £'s and wanted to ensure everything was OK before leaving a review. It's been a few months now and I have not had any problems. The team of installers/builders/plumbers/plasterers/tilers were all very professional and friendly. My new conservatory is a lovely place to work from and sit in to enjoy my garden. Nigel provided some guidance on initial request as to which option would be best for my south west facing garden and was available throughout to support with queries. Due to some pretty severe weather (couple of feet of snow!), the build didn't run to schedule but, as soon as was possible, the final bits were completed. I had one slight issue with my downpipe but this was resolved quickly and effectively. I am very happy to state that I would definitely recommend the Heart of England for any conservatory build and well worth the money.

Nigel and Taylor really take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for, offer creative solutions with a detailed work schedule and timeline that they stick to and then deliver a fantastic finished product. Communication keeping you updated with progress is always great and any problems that may occur during the course of the build are quickly sorted. All the trades people they use on their projects are a pleasure to have around and always leave things neat and tidy at the end of the day. We had a new garden room installed earlier this year to replace a tired old conservatory. What a transformation we now have a room to use all year round. We were so impressed with it that we had no hesitation in asking them to then install a new front porch for us which again looks fantastic. All in all we can’t recommend Heart of England Group enough.

The team completed the orangery on time (notwithstanding a few days of snow during the foundations phase) and I was very impressed with how tidy the team was throughout each phase of the project creating minimal disruption on day to day life. We were very pleased with our choice of Heart of England based in Henley in Arden who replaced our old conservatory with a modern garden room. We decided to keep the existing base and floor tiles. All work was carefully done and with no mess. We had a few quotes but decided to go with Taylor at Heart of England. He was very pleasant and helpful and the whole job went as he said it would. He was easily contactable. We are very pleased with the finish and look of the room. We would recommend the company.

Passing the Heart of England ‘yard’ as Nigel and his wonderful team of fitters, plasterers and electricians call it, nearly once a week, we called in and in 2004 had a conservatory built which I use as a main living room in our new house in the country. 19 years later I now have a wonderful new roof and replacement triple glazed windows mainly because I wanted to use it all the year round. Previously it was too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I was amazed that it only took 5 days in total from start to finish. Taylor sent me a schedule beforehand of when to expect the deliveries of materials and what day which tradesmen would be carrying out the work. This all went according to plan even though the first day was lost as it was too windy to take the old roof off. The finish of the work is exceptional. I can’t recommend Heart of England highly enough. They were always there for you to answer queries promptly throughout the duration. Now looking forward to moving the furniture back in after the decorator paints the plaster white next week.

We are very pleased with our new orangery. The team working with business owners Nigel and Taylor are skilled craftsmen who do a great job and are polite and keep things clean and tidy while the work is being done. They were able to assist with outside landscaping and recommend decorators too. The work was carried out on schedule - we were provided with a week-by-week plan before it commenced. Communication was clear and timely throughout.

The conservatory installed by Heart of England in 2006 needed a facelift, but also to be made more useful, particularly on hot summer days. HoE advised modernisation to a garden room that could be used all year round; an insulated roof, modernised lighting, and the replacement of the glass with solar glass (heat reflecting). A project plan was created and adhered to, the fitters were professional and efficient and all waste was removed each day as a skip could not access the site. There was continual contact with the project manager. I am delighted with their advice and the result. HoE and all their staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We used Heart of England to install new windows, doors and a new garden room and could not be happier. From our first contact at the showroom through the quote process and then completion of the work the communication, professionalism and quality of work could not have been better. We recently used Heart of England to replace a conservatory with an orangery and to replace our double glazing throughout the rest of the house. To say that they were outstanding from start to finish is an understatement. Everyone who visited our property was professional and personable. We were not looking forward to the potential disruption caused by having the work done but we need not have worried. Everything was left immaculate at the end of each day and the finished project is stunning. It’s so nice to be able to use the new orangery even in the very hot weather. We are thrilled with it.

The company replaced an old conservatory. Initial discussions went well as they were able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in relation to styles and best fit for our circumstances. The costs quoted were the exact amount we paid. A schedule of works was provided which was adhered to. The work was actively and diligently project-managed with good communication. All tradesmen were friendly, experienced and professional. There were a couple of blips along the way but these were rectified quickly and without fuss. Overall this was a good experience where we had confidence in the company's ability to deliver a high class product.

Visited display site near Henley in Arden three times. No pushy salesmen wanting to provide quotes, just a person wanting to assist if we required. We actually asked for a quote. The quote was to remove and replace all upvc/glass windows/glass roof above existing dwarf wall and to fit new upvc/glass windows/doors and Ultraframe Liv-in insulated roof with only four roof panes of glass remaining. Small deposit paid and then stage payments as per a schedule. The schedule prepared on 1st December 2021 for attendance of fitters, plasterer, electrician and tiler was still accurate from commencement on 24th March 2022 and throughout. Project Manager attended 3/4 time during three weeks of work. All persons involved in this makeover were Professional and the quality of the work was far above the previous construction. We will recommend to friends, family and anyone searching for the work Heart of England can complete.

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Nigel and Taylor of Heart of England Conservatories. They worked with us to achieve the perfect design for our garden room. We love it - it has changed the way we use our house. All the tradesmen were professional, polite and considerate and the standard of the work is very impressive. Having contacting H of E with the view of replacing our old cold conservatory with a total revamp and our first appointment with Taylor, we knew this was the company we wanted to do the job. From day one they've been totally professional. Taylor advised on the various optional designs and material available to us whilst listening to our personal requirements. He raised a work schedule which explained in easy terms the day, times and procedure of work would take place. The trades personnel were excellent and courteous, can't fault their work. H of E had built our conservatory in 2001, to our great satisfaction. When we decided to have it refurbished, we went to them again. They recommended an insulated warm roof replacement as well as replacement of all the window glass. We are delighted with the result. Nigel and Taylor took great care over the planning and overseeing of the project, keeping us well informed at all times. The work was done in exact accordance with the agreed schedule, by a very friendly, hard-working, and helpful team. Taylor visited us on completion of the work to check that we were totally happy (as indeed we were) and told us to contact him immediately in case of any problems.

Having never undertaken any building work, this was a new experience for us. Right from the start, we knew we were in good hands. Nigel talked us through all the options and listened to our ideas and the design process came together very smoothly. We approached Heart of England in late 2020 with the view of doing ‘something to the back of our house. Nigel provided us with some brilliant options that would transform our living space but within our budget. The project has been superb from start to finish. All the tradesman have been considerate, tidy and friendly. Nigel and Taylor have been on hand throughout the process to answer questions and regularly checked on progress. With two small children, we were worried about the mess, disruption etc but everyone has been very kind and caring, making sure we had access to the garden at weekends. Overall experience is exactly as I expected from Nigel - splendid. He has completed work for our family for the last 18 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am just glad it was my turn to get some work done this time!!! We are looking forward to a summer in our new room.

One year on, we are still delighted by the quality of our Orangery build. We would highly recommend Heart of England as they are such a genuine company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. We decided late last year that our conservatory was in desperate need of replacement. We could only use it in Spring and Autumn because in summer it was either too hot or too cold. We'd looked at roof replacements but wanted something more 'solid' than the full glass conservatory we had. We visited the showrooms and met with Taylor who showed us round and gave us some advice on what they could offer and very approximate costings. There was no pressure and we went away to think about what we wanted to do. We went back a few weeks later and confirmed what we were looking for. We received an estimate, which was very competitive and agreed a start date. Communication was excellent throughout and the project ran very smoothly. All of the contractors that worked on the project were very pleasant and considerate of our property. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Heart of England.

We were really impressed with the total service. We visited the show room and we loved their pricing declaration on each type of build. We were happy with the pricing of our project; no heavy sales! Nigel gave us some brilliant advice from the start especially with the removal of drains. The building work was so well project managed and everything happened to plan. The guys always turned up on time and were so considerate. The works were finished just around the first Covid lock down so they were working under a significant amount of pressure. We now have an amazing garden room which has been far more useful then we expected. The whole project has been finished off to an exceptionally high standard. It began as a small project to demolish and replace an old conservatory with a large orangery that was to be built across the width of the house. This build quickly evolved into a comprehensive three month plan of work that has on completion, transformed the external appearance of our house. The work including replacing fascias, soffits and guttering, all external windows and some internal doors and a new front door. Together with new wiring to support the orangery and a new rubberised garage roof. The orangery itself has without doubt, changed the way we now live. This can be attributed to Nigel's vision, knowledge and experience and his advice has served us extremely well. The entire project was well managed by Taylor, completed on time and within the agreed budget. Our thanks must also be given to the excellent tradesmen who made it all possible. Heart of England Conservatories have built a fabulous orangery to the rear of our property. Nigel and the team were reliable, hard-working, and finished the job to an excellent spec. The project was completed on time and on budget. Care was taken to blend new brickwork into the existing colour/style, and the skilled tradespeople worked really well around each other. Nigel and Taylor were both responsive attending to any queries and did their best to accommodate our requirements. The project plan was given up-front so we knew what work to expect and when. Overall, a terrific job and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Last December 2019, we contracted with Heart of England to demolish our existing conservatory and sitting room and replace them with an orangery in the May and June of 2020. To some extent, this was a " leap of faith" on our part as we had had no previous experience of them nor had we received any recommendation but we can safely say that our faith was not misplaced. The Covid epidemic, unfortunately, delayed the start date by several months but Taylor Manning's detailed time-line informed us which of their teams of contractors would arrive on what date, how long they would be on-site and when the building materials would be delivered. Old houses like ours must be a contractors' nightmare because there isn't a straight wall in the building but Nigel Manning took this all in his stride expertly "designing out" all the anomalies. Only the groundworker came across similar difficulties and his patience was sorely tried by the vagaries of Victorian drain laying but his persistence and experience prevailed. From demolition to the finishing trades, the workmen demonstrated their skills and experience safely and within the Covid restrictions and the contract proceeded smoothly and was completed "on time and a budget" on 11th September 2020 . It now only remains for us to enjoy the orangery but , needless to say, we would not hesitate to recommend Heart of England to any prospective customer.

This was the second major work carried out by Heart of England Conservatories in the last two years. We were so pleased with the new garden room that we asked them back to replace the porch. Delighted with the standard of work on both projects. Customer service was as good if not better than any experienced in the past with other companies, all trades arrived on time, were pleasant, polite and carried out their part of the builds with skill and no fuss. Management ensured at every stage that we were happy and took a pride in what their company offered. We love our new garden room. Nigel and the team have done a first rate job in removing our old conservatory and replacing it with a significantly larger and stylish garden room. We love the finished product! The process started in March and took as long as it did due to disappointing progress at the council planning department, however Nigel remained positive and approachable throughout from start to finish. We agreed a design within our budget and decided the livin roof design would be the closest match to both budget and our design criteria. The results have created many positive and admiring comments from friends and neighbours. The team of installers are faultless. Very punctual, professional and courteous. A couple of niggles from within the manufacturing process were fixed very quickly by Nigel’s team with little disruption to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

From design to installation the process was very smooth and well organised. Heart of England scheduled all tradesman and ensured everything went to time and cost, they took care of everything. Excellent workmanship from the tradesmen with real attention to detail, they were all efficient neat and tidy leaving no mess behind and showed real passion for their jobs.

We are so pleased with our hybrid orangery, it is perfect. We cannot recommend Taylor and his trustworthy team highly enough. They were all so professional and highly skilled in each of their trades. HoE took down our old conservatory and built us a new garden room from the ground up. Very easy to work with. Good communication. Very conscientious about the current situation with COVID. Bought in a range of additional local trades to work on the project, all of whom were of excellent. The quality of the final product is top-notch and we're really pleased. Probably could have had the work done a bit cheaper by someone else, but in the end, you get what you pay for. Glad we chose HoE. Would recommend and would use again.

Heart of England was a great choice for our Orangery. This was an important project for us and we count ourselves very fortunate to have found such a good, local company. The project took about 5-6 weeks with teams on groundwork, fitting, plastering, electrics and plumbing. Each team was as strong as the last; no gaps in the work; no over-runs or people going missing. The overwhelming feeling was of a group of people - led from the top - who took as much trouble over the work as they would on their own property. The results are fabulous - stunning might be a better word - and the new room exceeds all our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased and, when you look at the prices of some of the other players, it’s clear they played it dead straight and gave us good value. We’d use them again and I can’t remember the last time I said that on a major project! This is what happens when you get management who have their feet on the ground and know how to be professional. Recommended very highly and without reservation.

We have just had our conservatory re-designed and re-roofed. The care and precision that went into the design and the workmanship of the fitters and sub-contractors were second to none. Unfortunate personal circumstances meant that all of the work had to be completed in our absence but, having had Heart of England replace all of our windows and doors a few years previously, we were more than happy to leave our keys and worries with them! Throughout the whole process their customer service was very personal and very impressive. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Heart of England.

I was very happy with all aspects of the work Heart of England did in replacing 5 uPVC windows and 2 uPVC door and window combinations at the rear of my property. Having had poor experiences with other door and window companies years ago, and being aware how many problems people can encounter with such work, I selected HoE because they were a nearby Which trusted trader. A prerequisite for the job was some brickwork repairs which their recommended bricklayer carried out to a high standard. That work and the actual door and window fitting was carried out professionally, courteously and effectively to schedule with obvious and refreshing pride in achieving the best possible results and customer satisfaction. Mess was minimised. An inspection visit to check work quality and confirm my satisfaction was made by the project manager after the work had been completed. I will be using this trader again for further work on the property and have no hesitation in recommending them. They may not be the cheapest but confidence in their work and approach, a good relationship and contentment with a job very well done have considerable value compared to the typical practices and standards so often encountered.

Just had a 15 sqm. Extension added to the back of our house using a Livinroof and Bifold doors by Nigel's team. Very impressed with both - the finished product as well the team. The Extension is beautifully finished and work as a great improvement to our home's footprint. The entire team from start to finish were very professional, very clean and always listened when we had any requests or questions. The attention to details from the team - The Builders, Fitter, plumber, electrician - was a refreshing change from tradespeople we have dealt with previously. They were all very friendly too and cleaned the site up every evening. Yes the price was at the upper end of all the other quotes received, but so was the quality - This was a team that always worried about getting the little things right. Would very happily recommend to anyone looking for a conservatories and extensions.

Projected improvement to conservatory temperature has been met and coped with the recent 30c + heat wave. Quality of materials used and workmanship is very good. All concerned were courteous and professional.

We had a great experience with Nigel and his team that built our conservatory. The result is simply perfect with very high quality. All his team has been very professional and friendly, they accommodated our last minute requests and they've been very autonomous, considering that we were never at home while they were working. We've just had an orangery erected and three lots of existing bi-fold doors replaced and I cannot fault H of E on anything. From start to finish the workmanship, quality of materials used and scheduling was second to none. All of the workmen involved arrived exactly when Nigel said they would and were all clean, tidy, polite, very conscientious of the work they did and, most important of all, did an outstanding job whatever their part was. Nigel gave us a payment schedule and 'timings' chart before worked started and followed it without any hiccups along the way. I have had a lot of building work done in the past but Nigel and his team are, by a very long way, far superior to any team I have dealt with before. If you are looking for the highest standard of workmanship, materials used and finished end product, you will not go wrong in using H of E.

HOE gave us a very clear work schedule and kept us informed as the project developed. The payment schedule was clear and there were no surprise extras. The workmen were skilled, efficient, tidy and polite. The room itself is built and finished to a very high quality and enhances our home. They weren't the cheapest quote but we went with the company that gave us confidence in their products.

If you've ever had an extension built, you know the frustrations caused by the builders starting a job, and then disappearing for several days. Heart of England do things properly; they state when the jobs are scheduled, and their sub-contractors are all experienced, friendly and reliable. The orangerie looks exactly like the CGI images we were presented with at the start and there was minimal disruption to normal life. Perhaps the key factor in their work is that the M.D. was involved from start to finish, and paid regular visits to the site to ensure our complete satisfaction. The presentatioin of a bottle of champagne was a lovely touch at the end, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

From the first meeting to the completed conservatory everything went very smoothly. Good communication on progress as the job progressed. Installers, tilers, plasterers and electrician all did a good job. Good attention to detail with the final checks. Minimal disruption. An all round stress free experience with a lovely conservatory at the end of it.

I've used several different companies over the past few years for windows and can say that HoE beats all of them on service, installation, cost and product. Great showroom and knowledgeable staff to friendly and hard working installers. Perfection was the only level that the installer excepted. Highly recommended.

Ordered a summer house which has recently been installed. Ordering, installation all went smoothly Summer house wasn't installed on bearers as anticipated, resulting in low air circulation and too close to the surrounding ground, risking damp from splashing rain drops - not happy to take the risk as previous shed had rotted from the ground up When queried there was reluctance to accept there was an issue at first, and then a offer to resolve, but at a cost of an extra £60 for the timber, and a six week wait. In the end sourced the bearers ourselves, for £18.50, and put our backs to work to install Product is great, service when things go to plan good, response to problem, even if a result of mis communication, disappointing, especially when the issue risked an expensive product having a shorter lifespan

Heart of England installed a conservatory at the back of my property, the project planning and execution have been excellent. Nigel Manning has provided multiple options for the design, and then coordinated the whole team in the execution of the works on time. In addition to the conservatory we have replaced a window and doors, and tiled from the front door to the conservatory. Excellent finishing from all tradesmen. Great communication, professional and friendly at the same time.

The knock through was completed with a minimum of fuss and minor snagging was dealt with immediately. Our orangery is a fabulous addition to our home.

I was nervous about using Nigel and his team as I usually go with word of mouth but I didn't know anybody directly who had used Heart of England Conservatories. I needn't have worried. From the very beginning Nigel was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He always called when he said he would. He knows his product inside out and provided useful guidance - I had never had new windows fitted so knew practically nothing! Despite ours being a small job (three normal windows and a bay window) we were never made to feel 'less important'. Nigel even paid us a visit to check how the job was progressing. The fitting team were courteous and efficient - and even called when they were going to be twenty minutes late. Their attention to detail was fantastic and they left everything clean and tidy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Heart of England Conservatories. The customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced and I will use them again in the future.

Seven weeks from demolition of existing Conservatory through to handing over a stunning, quality, Aluminium Orangery with bi fold doors. All aspects of the process from negotiating installation dates, through to the final clean up and handover have been fabulous. Delivered to plan, with regular communication regarding tradesman arrival times and supply delivery times, the team kept the site tidy and were conscious of not intruding into our personal living arrangements. We absolutely recommend Nigel and his Heart of England teams. The end product is fantastic and the whole process has been enjoyable to watch as it has progressed. Very Happy Customer.
