We are very pleased with our Orangery supplied & fitted by Heart of England Conservatories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The work began and was completed on time, despite the weather, to a very high standard by courteous and friendly tradesmen. The knock through was completed with a minimum of fuss and minor snagging was dealt with immediately. Our orangery is a fabulous addition to our home.

I was very happy with all aspects of the work Heart of England did in replacing 5 uPVC windows and 2 uPVC door and window combinations at the rear of my property. Having had poor experiences with other door and window companies years ago, and being aware how many problems people can encounter with such work, I selected HoE because they were a nearby Which trusted trader. A prerequisite for the job was some brickwork repairs which their recommended bricklayer carried out to a high standard. That work and the actual door and window fitting was carried out professionally, courteously and effectively to schedule with obvious and refreshing pride in achieving the best possible results and customer satisfaction. Mess was minimised. An inspection visit to check work quality and confirm my satisfaction was made by the project manager after the work had been completed. I will be using this trader again for further work on the property and have no hesitation in recommending them. They may not be the cheapest but confidence in their work and approach, a good relationship and contentment with a job very well done have considerable value compared to the typical practices and standards so often encountered.

From the initial consultation to the completion of my new orangery, the service I received from Heart of England was exemplary. All the work was done exactly on schedule. The different tradesmen were very professional, efficient and pleasant. Nigel stayed in touch throughout the build in case of any problems- of which there were none! Overall, I am delighted with the finished orangery and would not hesitate to recommend Heart of England.

We decided late last year that our conservatory was in desperate need of replacement. We could only use it in Spring and Autumn because in summer it was either too hot or too cold. We'd looked at roof replacements but wanted something more 'solid' than the full glass conservatory we had. We visited the showrooms and met with Taylor who showed us round and gave us some advice on what they could offer and very approximate costings. There was no pressure and we went away to think about what we wanted to do. We went back a few weeks later and confirmed what we were looking for. We received an estimate, which was very competitive and agreed a start date. Communication was excellent throughout and the project ran very smoothly. All of the contractors that worked on the project were very pleasant and considerate of our property. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Heart of England.

We recently had our 20 yr. old conservatory upgraded to a new garden room. Being able to visit Heart of England showrooms and see the style & construction first hand gave us the confidence to go ahead with this family run company. The design that Nigel suggested was exactly what we wanted. A schedule of work was submitted to us and was adhered to completely throughout the construction process. The tradesmen employed to carry out the build were all excellent and worked to a very high standard. They were pleasant & courteous ensuring the site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. Nigel & Taylor paid regular visits to check progress and ensure we were happy. Any queries raised by us during the build were quickly addressed to our complete satisfaction. We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room which we will be able to use all year round. We highly recommend this family business.

Having contacting H of E with the view of replacing our old cold conservatory with a total revamp and our first appointment with Taylor, we knew this was the company we wanted to do the job. From day one they've been totally professional. Taylor advised on the various optional designs and material available to us whilst listening to our personal requirements. He raised a work schedule which explained in easy terms the day, times and procedure of work would take place. The trades personnel were excellent and courteous, can't fault their work. We've ended up with a beautiful new conservatory (garden room) which we are very pleased with. Have no hesitation in recommending Heart of England, you wouldn't regret it.

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Nigel and Taylor of Heart of England Conservatories. They worked with us to achieve the perfect design for our garden room. We love it - it has changed the way we use our house. All the tradesmen were professional, polite and considerate and the standard of the work is very impressive. Nigel and Taylor are great at project management, ensuring that everything was on schedule and to their exacting standards. They were regular visitors to the site to ensure everything was running smoothly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

H of E had built our conservatory in 2001, to our great satisfaction. When we decided to have it refurbished, we went to them again. They recommended an insulated warm roof replacement as well as replacement of all the window glass. We are delighted with the result. Nigel and Taylor took great care over the planning and overseeing of the project, keeping us well informed at all times. The work was done in exact accordance with the agreed schedule, by a very friendly, hard-working, and helpful team. Taylor visited us on completion of the work to check that we were totally happy (as indeed we were) and told us to contact him immediately in case of any problems.

We recently used Heart of England to replace a conservatory with an orangery and to replace our double glazing throughout the rest of the house. To say that they were outstanding from start to finish is an understatement. Everyone who visited our property was professional and personable. We were not looking forward to the potential disruption caused by having the work done but we need not have worried. Everything was left immaculate at the end of each day and the finished project is stunning. It’s so nice to be able to use the new orangery even in the very hot weather. We are thrilled with it.

We used Heart of England to install new windows, doors and a new garden room and could not be happier. There was a slight problem with the window manufacters which created a delay. However, we were kept up to date at all times and money returned until revised start date. The workmen were brilliant - very neat and tidy. I was perfectly happy to leave them alone in the house. I have a decorator waiting to redecorate now the windows are finished but there is very little for him to do. Fantastically neat job. Heart of England have done work for me before and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm not sure where to start here. Heart of England supplied and fitted a new conservatory on top of the existing dwarf wall from our old conservatory. They removed the old, fitted the new and left everything clean and tidy - all within the space of two weeks. The timeframe they gave us was followed to perfection and the standard and quality of the fitting and finishing were absolutely superb. We are thrilled with the result and the new conservatory has exceeded our expectations. The whole team were professional and helpful. Nothing was too much for any of them. We were nervous about having this work done but we didn't need to be. The whole thing happened seamlessly and everything was organised by them. We didn't have to do anything apart from provide tea. We were so happy with the ease at which everything was done and the timescale in which it was done that we have just arranged for them to replace all our windows. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Heart of England if you are looking to buy or replace a conservatory. They were absolutely excellent.

We had our existing conservatory refurbished and insulated. The timescales were stuck to and the job was actually completed slightly earlier than we expected. The team were so well co-ordinated and they completed the job to a fantastic standard. They were all really helpful, communicative and above all professional. We had a few quotes for the job but were so glad we chose Heart of England. The end result has been so pleasing to us and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of home improvement in the future.
