When the time came to replace our conservatory there was really only one contender. As H.of E. had done a first-rate job 25 years ago, and had provided willing back-up ever since, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. With Taylor now on board, management is now stronger than ever and Nigel's capacity to deliver on all that is promised was demonstrated once again. Our garden room was built according to schedule over the course of two wintry weeks. We owe hearty thanks to H.of E.'s excellent team of Lee (fitter), Arny (plasterer), Martyn (electrician) and Pat (decorator) who were wholly reliable and efficient - and a pleasure to have on site. We could not have been more pleased. Everything was to our great satisfaction.

It's a very quick process compared to a brick build. They kept a very tidy site and it build gave minimal disruption for us. HoE have a very slick set up to dovetail each trade so there was no waiting around for each stage. The initial consultation and design process was through and easy to work through. We had a very straightforward visualisation of the proposed build

We were very pleased with the build from the initial meeting to the finish of the project. Nigel and Taylor came and completed a survey and gave advice as to what was best. Both came regularly to oversee how the project was proceeding. They have a great team working for them, very skilful, professional and tidy, everything went exactly to plan. We were very surprised how quickly it all came together. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We visited the showroom on a Saturday morning and loved one of the display garden rooms called a HUP building. We saw the price which was well over what we anticipated spending but once we had seen it we kept coming back to it so we decided to get a quote. Nigel, the MD came out and took measurements and we went back to the showroom a week later to have a look. We decided to go for it and Nigel offered us a date to start the work about two weeks ahead as another job was waiting for planning permission. A few days later we were emailed a schedule telling us the start date along with a spreadsheet showing who was coming on each day of the build and also a schedule of all deliveries such as skips, the building itself and other materials that were being delivered. First came Tommy and Thomas who took down the old conservatory and dug the footings for the new one and also laid the slab. Then came Lee and Roger who built the garden room. Then came Martyn the electrician who did the first fix followed by Arnie who did the plastering and then Rich who did the tiling. Martin came back for the second fix and then Lee and Roger came back to clean up. Everything went as planned and on schedule and it was all completed within five weeks. Taylor the Project Manager called in every few days and rang us regularly to check everything was okay. Nigel also came back at the end to sign it off. We are delighted with the end result and could not recommend Heart of England enough.

We first contacted Nigel at Heart of England back in March this year. We found him to be very helpful, and he clearly explained the products they sell. We arranged to have a conservatory built, and from the very first day the work started, all of the tradesmen were extremely professional and courteous. Nigel and his son, Taylor, visited our home on a regular basis to make sure we were happy with the progression of the work being carried out. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and all communication was friendly and timely. This has to be one of the best companies out there in the country right now, delivering what Nigel and his team are delivering. I would highly recommend this company. The planning from the outset was immaculate, and we were given a date tracker which was followed to the letter. Even when we had a small problem, Nigel and his team remedied this with minimal effort or fuss. All the work was carried out with surprisingly little disruption to our family home. I really cannot speak highly enough about this company. Nigel and Taylor, thank you and your team so much for our new build, which, by the way, is of exceptional quality. If there were a six-star rating, I would definitely give it.

We’ve been so impressed by HoE all the way through the build. Team came spot on the schedule we had, were very professional, skilled and tidy. Heart of England have built us a beautiful orangery as an extension to our house. From the initial discussion to quotation Nigel and Taylor gave great advice and information (and patience!). When we decided to go ahead we had a full schedule of works and timing Everything arrived on time, everyone arrived on schedule. We had a large orangery built as an extension to the house. It was built to building regs following planning permission. Nigel presented various designs before we settled on one and he was quite patient with us! All the work was done to a high standard and finished on time. All the trades and workmen involved were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nigel and Taylor did regular site visits and kept in touch to discuss progress. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The whole project was well organised by HOE, with a range of excellent work people turning up when stated and work completed to a very high standard - nothing was too much of a problem. They even organised a plumber and, at short notice, a decorator for us. The workmanship was of a very high standard and Lee was excellent. There were regular visits and calls from either Nigel or Taylor to check on progress. The overall product is of a very high standard, from the materials used (HUP) to the plastering, tiling and electrical work. Could not speak more highly of the whole team.

So impressed with HoE from start to finish...totally professional no hidden extras and completely stuck to the schedule given. The team were all fabulous very professional and skilled and have given us the most stunning orangery! The best company for Orangeries by far!

Heart of England Conservatories transformed our old, draughty conservatory into a much improved and well insulated conservatory/garden room, involving the demolition of the old building and rebuilding a room using the existing foundations. From start to finish, we have been very pleased and impressed with the quality and level of service. We had many thoughts and ideas, and Nigel took time to understand our needs and concerns and to patiently advise us and help shape these into the final plan. Taylor gave us a detailed schedule of works which was strictly adhered to. All contractors arrived as expected each day or called to explain why they were delayed, and we were kept informed of progress throughout. Nigel and Taylor visited regularly to check that the work was on track and to a high standard. Any concerns we had, or changing ideas as the work progressed, were dealt with quickly and efficiently and adaptations made where possible to meet our needs. Having had building work completed in the past, we were anxious about the disruption to our daily lives the work would cause, especially with a range of different contractors and trades involved. However, we need not have been concerned. We cannot fault any of the contractors involved. They all worked to the highest standards, were polite, courteous, respectful of our property and extremely tidy. We would not hesitate in having any of them back to complete any further work in future.

Heart of England replaced all the windows and the back door/french window. Couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Work carried out in a tidy and timely manner. Fitters were friendly and efficient Great communication at every point, great looking windows and frames, huge upgrade on what I had previously. No issues. I would recommend Heart of England without any hesitation to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

Nigel and Taylor came up with a design that was exactly as we wanted. Taylor managed the project very well and was always responsive to any questions. A schedule of works was provided and everyone worked well together keeping to the schedule. Excellent attention to detail. Would certainly recommend.

WOW! Heart of England Conservatories have surpassed themselves and our expectations once again Having supplied us with a new conservatory a couple of months ago which we are absolutely thrilled with, they have just finished fitting new windows to our house which has totally transformed the look of it and we can already feel the benefits of them. The quality is superb and the team are professional, efficient, polite and courteous. In a word faultless. Nige and Tay couldn't be more helpful. Lee the fitter is an absolute star - I've never known anyone work so hard and have such a high level of attention to detail. He was brilliant and finished both the windows and conservatory to perfection. Apart from the fact the house looks a million times better and more modern, we wouldn't have know he had been there. I'm not sure where to start here. Heart of England supplied and fitted a new conservatory on top of the existing dwarf wall from our old conservatory. They removed the old, fitted the new and left everything clean and tidy - all within the space of two weeks. The timeframe they gave us was followed to perfection and the standard and quality of the fitting and finishing were absolutely superb. We are thrilled with the result and the new conservatory has exceeded our expectations. The whole team were professional and helpful. Nothing was too much for any of them. We were nervous about having this work done but we didn't need to be. The whole thing happened seamlessly and everything was organised by them. We didn't have to do anything apart from provide tea. We were so happy with the ease at which everything was done and the timescale in which it was done that we have just arranged for them to replace all our windows. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Heart of England if you are looking to buy or replace a conservatory. They were absolutely excellent.

We had our existing conservatory refurbished and insulated. The timescales were stuck to and the job was actually completed slightly earlier than we expected. The team were so well co-ordinated and they completed the job to a fantastic standard. They were all really helpful, communicative and above all professional. We had a few quotes for the job but were so glad we chose Heart of England. The end result has been so pleasing to us and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of home improvement in the future.

From the time we walked into showroom in Henley we felt very sure this was the company to build our garden room they let us look around without feeling pressured into buying anything they seemed to understand what are needs were Tyler drew our plans up and went through every detail to make sure we were happy with everything the work men they used were all amazing did such a good job turned up when they were supposed to and left everywhere Tidy when finished the garden room is now finished and we are over the moon with it I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done

We decided that an Orangery would be a nice addition to our living space and decided to have one built off the kitchen. With many years of building experience we agreed with Heart of England that we would install the brickwork and base and they would construct the roof, and install side windows and bifolds. A Date was set and Lee and Dave turned up promptly on the day. The roof was a solid aluminium structure , factory made in heavy duty aluminium. Solidly made and full insulated , the lads hoisted all four sections with a genie lift another few days installing the rubber roof, lantern roof, windows bifolds and guttering with decorative profiles. The installation went really well an every process was on time a great work quality. next was first fix electrics by Martyn the sparky, nice tidy work. The final trades was Arnie the plasterer, two very hot days but the plaster finish was exceptional, great work. Dave and lee then back for rubbers and cleaning. i followed on myself installing single wire in screed underfloor heating, the final floor screed and paint it out with Farrow and Ball paint. we await the tiles. All in all Heart of England gave great quality service from conception to completion. Quality tradesmen, on time, respectful, and know their job inside out. As for the management, Nigel and son Taylor helpful and with great knowledge, we thoroughly recommend you and thank you for a great project. We love it 😀😀 Mark and Vicky

Really great service from Heart of England. The work was done on time and to a very high quality. All of the Heart of England team were very professional and polite. Overall cost of the project was competitive and we were delighted with the design of our new Garden room. One of the best companies we have worked with for home improvements.

We were very happy with a new orangery constructed by Heart of England. Construction commenced and completed on-time, we were kept informed throughout and the workmanship and quality is very good. We had an issue with poor ground conditions however this was resolved promptly and additional costs for this element were transparent and reasonable. All tradesmen who visited were extremely considerate and friendly and took great care to minimise mess and disruption.

Really pleased with the quality of work carried out by the installers/fitters. Work done to schedule. Cleaned up well after. Project Director made sure everything was up to a high standard.

There was a slight problem with the window manufacters which created a delay. However, we were kept up to date at all times and money returned until revised start date. The workmen were brilliant - very neat and tidy. I was perfectly happy to leave them alone in the house. I have a decorator waiting to redecorate now the windows are finished but there is very little for him to do. Fantastically neat job. Heart of England have done work for me before and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

From our initial meeting, discussions and onsite visits, we felt reassured, Nigel & Taylor were highly professional and they listened to our wishes and thoughts and made helpful suggestions. They were always available to answer any of our queries. A schedule of work was provided and once the project began all the contractors kept precisely to the plan.
