Before choosing the heating system he came round and explained the range of options before agreeing on the best option based on our family usage and size of house. He and his team were really efficient during the installation and notified us at each stage when noise would happen or when the water would be turned off which was very helpful with a young family and working from home. Once installed he went through all the instructions and explained each of the various functions. He was very well priced based on other quotes we got and overall provided a great service and would thoroughly recommend.

We contacted Heat Aid when our boiler was playing up, they saw that it was failing and very quickly and efficiently installed a new one, just in time for Christmas, which was massively appreciated. I moved into my new house, which had a boiler that must of been at least 20 years old plus I needed some radiators changed. Heat Aid helped me decide on different boilers and explained the benefits. The job was quick and he cleaned well after himself. Would definitely recommend
