I recently used Heat Horizons Limited to install a new heat pump at my home to replace an aging gas boiler. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from the initial design consultation to installation. The technical team is highly competent and focused on real data rather than giving a pushy sales pitch. Timing was also important to us given our boiler had failed. John, Amy, Ginny, Peter and the team at Heat Horizons have provided us with an outstanding service in relation to our recent heat pump installation, replacing our old oil boiler. During the design phase, they listened clearly to our priorities and came up with a system that exactly suited our needs. They were flexible, but also offered very pragmatic advice at every stage. They were easy to contact, and always happy to answer our many questions in as much detail as we were looking for, in a way that was easy for the layperson to understand. When it came to payment and applying for the BUS grant, the process was very smooth and required almost no input from us at all, which was a great relief. We were always kept up to date regarding the planned installation date. Installation itself went seamlessly, and it was clear that our home was in safe hands. Everything was always kept neat and tidy, and the overall installation looks so good; it looks like we had never even had an oil boiler in the first place. The heat pump itself is working very well, and is significantly less noisy and intrusive than our old boiler. Handover of the system was useful and clear, and we received all of our documentation digitally shortly after installation.
