Ian arrived on time to carry out an annual boiler inspection which was completed without fuss. The HEAT team from office to technician, have been used for many years due to their friendly and professional manner. A great company and easily a recommended go to service provider.👍

Heat Leicester carried out annual boiler service. Arrived on time. Carried out service quickly and efficiently. Noted a leaking pipe that was slowly dripping onto electrics. Replaced pipe.

I was very impressed with the Heat team. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to share his expertise and advice, which was much appreciated. The work was undertaken with a minimum of fuss, and great care was taken to ensure everything was kept clean. Each stage of the work was explained to us and discussed. We felt we had benefited from the work and have a much more efficient heating system to take us through the winter months. Heat is definitely the go-to contractor for any future work on our heating system.

Had a new Worcester Bosch heat only boiler to replace a 30 year old Glow Worm boiler which had started to get noisy from the fan assembly, to repair was expensive so got Heat to do the work based on previous good reviews on here and other review sites. Ben arrived on time at 8.30am and it was all finished by 12.30pm. All working fine. No complaints really, just one niggle where Ben had to chop some plaster out at the back of where the flow and return pipes came out of the ceiling close to the wall but were the wrong way round for a straight run to the new boiler so some pipe jiggling needed so some plaster had to come out for the work to be done. If you need a new boiler the can heartily recommend Heat.

I have used HEAT Leicester since I moved into my current house and have always found them to be honest, helpful and reliable. They contact you with a date and time and are always punctual. This year's service was slightly different, as the engineer who came to service my boiler noticed that something was amiss with the cylinders in my airing cupboard. Apparently, these cylinders do need a service every now and then, which I didn't know, so he sorted them out while he was here to save me having to make another appointment, which was great. I would thoroughly recommend HEAT Leicester; in fact, I did - to my neighbours either side, and I got 2 free boiler services as a thank you! :)

Heat Leicester installed Worcester Bosch air conditioning units to provide cold/warm air to our lounge and bedroom. When Ian visited our house to assess the job he provided good ideas for installing the units. The installers were friendly and easy to work with and they completed ahead of schedule. The rooms were kept clean as they used a vacuum while drilling. The outside areas were also made clean at completion.

The guys were amazing at Heat Leicester. They arrived early, did the job to an incredible standard and finished my boiler installation and relocation in one day! Cannot fault the lads at all. Ben took his time to show me and my partner everything we would need to know and helped us set up our new hive system. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a new Vaillant boiler fitted, after receiving a very competitive quote and getting it booked in, all at short notice. The engineer who came did an excellent job, was polite and courteous, minimising disruption to existing pipework in the kitchen, working quickly, carefully and cleaning up at the end.The job was started and finished on time and to quotation. Also, Heat Leicester have an excellent “click & collect” quotation and booking system ensuring simplicity and clarity of communication with their office. Ben and his team do a first class service and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We have only used Heat twice for our boiler service but have been impressed with the service and the engineers who visit. On our last service we asked out of the blue for a quote and they measured our very old radiators and explained how they could adapt the pipes. That same evening we received a very competitive quote and accepted it. The processing of booking a date and paying is very efficient and Pete who installed the radiators was a delight to make tea for. The work was carried out professionally and our house left as clean and tidy as it was before the work started. I would highly recommend Heat.

We’ve had increasing problems with our central heating going back 10 years. We had many radiators spring pinhole rust leaks and block up. Ben diagnosed the problem as due to old porous plastic pipe. He first tried to flush the system and replace faulty radiators and valves. Eventually we had to have our central heating re-piped and several radiators replaced. Ben was always up front about what he believed the problem was. It was a complex job due to the shape and construction of the house. Ben and his team (dad Pete and Zac) came up with constructive solutions and solved a lot of structural challenges minimising the amount of visible piping we needed. They needed to take up lots of carpet and flooring upstairs and they did this with the minimum of disruption and replacing all with negligible damage. Each day they tidied up and vacuumed so we could carry on living in our house, working on one half of the house for the first two days and then moving on to the rest of the house for the remainder of the week. The central heating is now all up and running and working well. Their quote for the work seemed very reasonable and they kept to it. We’re really grateful for the diligent work Heat did to renovate our heating system and would be happy to recommend Heat for anyone needing work on their central heating system.

Heat Leicester carried out an annual service on a gas fire and a Worcester Bosch gas boiler. In addition, the engineer went into the loft to check the means of support for the flue from the gas fire. The engineer arrived promptly at the time agreed. I found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and he was also most helpful, kind and courteous. These same qualities also applied to the office-based member of the team who played a vital role in ensuring that the booking process and all subsequent communication ran very smoothly indeed. The Homeowner Gas Safety Record arrived by email the day after the work had been carried out. It was very comprehensive and also very clear. The amount charged was most reasonable and, I believe, very competitive. I was able to make payment online easily and speedily. I have used Heat Leicester several for a number of years to service our boiler. More recently I have used them both for new work (fitting an AC unit) and for some follow up work. Ian and Ben always do a great job with excellent onward care. They provide an honest assessment of what needs to be done, use an excellent and clear IT system laying out what they will do and what it will cost. Then at the click of a button you can accept the quote and April will call you to arrange an appointment. You can also book service appointments directly online too. I had a problem with our AC unit recently and they came out the same day and resolved the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. A special mention for April who is a great asset to the team, working hard in her customer service role with excellent customer service skills.

Heat installed our boiler several years ago. Since then they have provided great support - both through servicing and by responding quickly to any concerns we might have with the system. Recently we thought the system was losing pressure and they called in to look at it without charge - you can't ask better than that.
