I had a new Vaillant boiler fitted, after receiving a very competitive quote and getting it booked in, all at short notice. The engineer who came did an excellent job, was polite and courteous, minimising disruption to existing pipework in the kitchen, working quickly, carefully and cleaning up at the end.The job was started and finished on time and to quotation. Also, Heat Leicester have an excellent “click & collect” quotation and booking system ensuring simplicity and clarity of communication with their office. Ben and his team do a first class service and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We have only used Heat twice for our boiler service but have been impressed with the service and the engineers who visit. On our last service we asked out of the blue for a quote and they measured our very old radiators and explained how they could adapt the pipes. That same evening we received a very competitive quote and accepted it. The processing of booking a date and paying is very efficient and Pete who installed the radiators was a delight to make tea for. The work was carried out professionally and our house left as clean and tidy as it was before the work started. I would highly recommend Heat.

We’ve had increasing problems with our central heating going back 10 years. We had many radiators spring pinhole rust leaks and block up. Ben diagnosed the problem as due to old porous plastic pipe. He first tried to flush the system and replace faulty radiators and valves. Eventually we had to have our central heating re-piped and several radiators replaced. Ben was always up front about what he believed the problem was. It was a complex job due to the shape and construction of the house. Ben and his team (dad Pete and Zac) came up with constructive solutions and solved a lot of structural challenges minimising the amount of visible piping we needed. They needed to take up lots of carpet and flooring upstairs and they did this with the minimum of disruption and replacing all with negligible damage. Each day they tidied up and vacuumed so we could carry on living in our house, working on one half of the house for the first two days and then moving on to the rest of the house for the remainder of the week. The central heating is now all up and running and working well. Their quote for the work seemed very reasonable and they kept to it. We’re really grateful for the diligent work Heat did to renovate our heating system and would be happy to recommend Heat for anyone needing work on their central heating system.

Heat Leicester carried out an annual service on a gas fire and a Worcester Bosch gas boiler. In addition, the engineer went into the loft to check the means of support for the flue from the gas fire. The engineer arrived promptly at the time agreed. I found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and he was also most helpful, kind and courteous. These same qualities also applied to the office-based member of the team who played a vital role in ensuring that the booking process and all subsequent communication ran very smoothly indeed. The Homeowner Gas Safety Record arrived by email the day after the work had been carried out. It was very comprehensive and also very clear. The amount charged was most reasonable and, I believe, very competitive. I was able to make payment online easily and speedily. I have used Heat Leicester several for a number of years to service our boiler. More recently I have used them both for new work (fitting an AC unit) and for some follow up work. Ian and Ben always do a great job with excellent onward care. They provide an honest assessment of what needs to be done, use an excellent and clear IT system laying out what they will do and what it will cost. Then at the click of a button you can accept the quote and April will call you to arrange an appointment. You can also book service appointments directly online too. I had a problem with our AC unit recently and they came out the same day and resolved the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. A special mention for April who is a great asset to the team, working hard in her customer service role with excellent customer service skills.

I had a new boiler and 9 radiators and full system fitted by Heat Leicester. It was excellent service from the whole team. They started and finished earlier they said and in quotation price. Their work is very clean and clear. Also help me out in couple of little things in my house. They are a very professional and competent company and I will definitely recommending them.

Heat installed our boiler several years ago. Since then they have provided great support - both through servicing and by responding quickly to any concerns we might have with the system. Recently we thought the system was losing pressure and they called in to look at it without charge - you can't ask better than that.

Ben called and asked if he could come early. He arrived and was professional courteous, friendly and polite. It was a very good experience from contacting Heat to the finished service, l would recommend this company and staff without any hesitation.

Zack arrived on time and carried out the service to my boiler as requested. I was happy with the work and professional manner in which it was carried out.

Heat Leicester put in new Combi boiler removing old boiler, loft gravity fed tank and redundant pipework at a most competitive price. The whole process from estimate to completion was fast efficient and courteous with attention to detail. Registration of paperwork was also undertaken by the office. Zack and Olly worked solidly for 8 hours making good, clearing and cleaning. A minor detail reported was dealt with the Same Day! If only all companies had the same methodology!!!

Had my annual boiler service done by (heat) which Zack carried out by the time which I was given. I would use this firm again, no problem.

Very happy with our boiler & radiator replacement from Heat Leicester at the end of June. Pete and Zack worked hard all day and were friendly and helpful, keeping us informed with everything they were doing and suggesting a few tweaks as they went. All round it was an excellent job from start to finish - from April in the office to Ben providing the quote & advice and Pete & Zack doing the fitting. Really impressed and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heat to anyone else....

After having several boiler fitter quotes, I was recommended Ben from Heat Leicester. Ben explained all my options for the replacements of my boiler from where I can rehouse it and my requirement and answered all my questions. The installation was done within the 2 days and it was carried out professionally and efficiently, all work areas were kept tidy during the work. Even my changes on the day were accommodated. End of the day the house was left in a clean tidy state and even after the installation everything was left cleaned and tidy. Ben, Pete, Olly and Zak were all very polite, kind and courteous and worked very efficiently. Pete also restored my air cupboard, so it was still useable. We were concerned about having a good shower, which we were used to on our old system, and they replaced the one they originally installed without any problem. Cleared up and left no mess at all. We had a whole new heating system fitted with Heat. All new pipework, boiler, rads etc and they were amazing! Clean, tidy, helpful and very knowledgeable. In and out in three full days. Straight forward quotation with honest transparent advice without selling extras that others tried to. I had got a number of other quotes and this one was the best by far - due to honest advice. Work was done in a timely manner and so far happy with work, only done yesterday. Pete was a nice guy who did a good job and tidied up after himself. We kept getting reminders about the appointment which was useful. Original quote included a plume kit, Pete discussed this with me about the option of not using it. Decided against using it so got taken off the bill.

This is the second time I have used the services from Heat. They are a really approachable and organised service. I booked in my boiler and gas appliances for a service. Heat were the first company I contacted, a survey was booked in for 24 hours later and the quote landed in my inbox an hour or two after the survey was complete. No upselling, or messing about. The quote was reasonable and came out better than any of the others I had for the exact same spec. Was booked in for a two day job which involved all existing radiators, pipework, tanks and boiler to be ripped out and gas supply lines adjusted. Work was completed by lunchtime of day two. Received a couple of phone calls from them throughout the day to discuss any problems so a decision could be made quickly. Came home to a tidy clean home with new heating and Ben walked me through everything that went on and what to expect as well as setting up my phone to work with the Hive thermostat. Beyond the service which was exceptional, having the survey booking, quote, and invoice all online was great. It meant I could deal with it at my leisure and not need to sit on the phone. It's something that I've come to expect with any modern company and it's worth it.

A professional team who discussed all my options on a boiler/hot water tank replacement. Work was started and completed within their schedule, any problems they encountered were remedied without any delay to the installation. After all the work was completed all the rubbish and old equipment was taken away and they even washed down the outside of my conservatory to get rid of any brick dust that had settled there. Excellent service of boiler, during difficult times, as back in local lockdown. Precautions taken on all sides but proceeded as access via carport. Service was arranged easily and communication, due to change in local circumstances, was dealt with promptly. Would recommend Heat for installation and annual service.

Had new a boiler and radiators fitted by Heat. The guys did a great job over two days. They arrived punctually and not only did they replaced my boiler and radiators but removed both water tanks from the loft, copper tank from the airing cupboard then removed all the waste materials. They were very efficient, professional and friendly throughout. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ben and the team fitted a Glow worm boiler with 10 year warranty for me at a very competitive price. This included relocating the boiler from the kitchen to airing cupboard! They did a great job of explaining options for boiler, locations for any pipework etc. I was very impressed with how quickly the job was completed and how tidy their work is. These guys removed my old back boiler & fitted a new combi boiler in the position I requested, the lads were very professional, very informative & friendly, my old pipes were not used to the extra pressure and started to leak, gave them a ring and they were back within 10 mins and replaced the pipe. They did a fantastic job.

I had snapped the filler key inside my boiler. It was easy to make an appointment to suit me and they came when they said they would. Amazingly they got the broken half of the key out. I was given options and a price for each. I chose to have a different filler system fitted. They charged me exactly what they said they would for parts and labour - which was less than just the call out charge of British Gas. I am a totally satisfied customer and I will gladly recommend Heat Leicester.

Having received several quotations that from Heat stood out from all others, not just being the most competitive but being based on an efficiently carried out estimate by Ian, someone who obviously knew what he was talking about. The work was carried out by Ben and the team, on time and within the quoted price with some additional remedial work undertaken at no additional cost. Although we left them to it for most of the time what we did see was a team working together, extremely friendly and helpful to the customer. When returning home we were truly impressed by both the quality of workmanship and the cleanliness of the areas in which they had been working. Not forgetting the friendly admin. support provided by April. All in all a great example of customer service of the highest level.

Ian arrived on time, explained what he had to do, we went out came back 6 hours later, to a lovely warm house. Would not have known anyone any had been in the house. Added bonus £200 cheaper than an online company.

Heat installed a new boiler for me . They came on time as per appointment . They were friendly and helpful from the outset and throughout. They cleared all their working rubbish away . Boiler and heating up and running on day 2 . A lot cheaper than British Gas . Very professional in there approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEAT to friends or family .
