We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

We needed the hob gas pipe moving to allow a new electric oven to be fitted. Phoned Mark, and he managed to fit us in and send one of his engineers around the next day. She was super efficient, and when she had finished helped us with the new (electric) oven. Thanks for the really quick and helpful service.

Very professional and on time fir appointment. Explained all that was needed. Boiler serviced and a new water pipe put in. Which was placed neatly. They were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend the company.

I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. They have recently fitted a new hot water cylinder for me which was completed efficiently and provided excellent service. This week I had a water leakage in my kitchen which I noticed in the evening. I messaged Mark and he replied later that evening asking for photographs and details. He then agreed to come out first thing the next morning and within a couple of hours had replaced the pipes and fixed the problem. I couldn't be more grateful to Heat Tech.

Mark and his team have carried out annual services on my domestic boiler for some years. The team are utterly professional and work quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards. Charges are fully explained in advance and on each occasion I have been invoiced for the pre agreed sum. Excellent.

Tracing and rectifying leak

We noticed a small leak coming through the downstairs ceiling. It proved very difficult to find but once it was located the exact cause was established. The remedy involved installing a new shower which Heat Tech did most efficiently. A big job for a small leak but one which had to be done. I'm pleased with the new shower. All in all a very satisfied customer. I would have no hesitation in using Heat Tech again and would definitely recommend their services.

We have the top of the range Home Care cover with British Gas. We were left without hot water for over a week (not classified as an emergency according to Dyno, who carry out plumbing work on behalf of British Gas), and no sign of resolution. We contacted Mark and although we live outside the area his company usually covers, he agreed to help us. He came as a recommendation from two people we know. Mark ordered the parts and carried out the repairs in a very timely and professional manner, thoroughly testing everything before he left. He left the area spotlessly clean. From our initial contact with Mark, right through to completion, Mark kept us informed each step of the way. If the software allowed, we'd give him more than 5*. We are indebted to Mark and his team member for coming to our rescue and putting an end to lukewarm showers in the gym / local swimming pool, in winter. We cannot recommend this company highly enough - so professional and efficient. We felt we could trust Mark totally.

Water Leak - amazing Advice followed by a prompt repair & excellent aftercare

We had a mains water leak which had obviously been going on for some time with water saturating an internal, but load bearing wall. I had no hesitation calling 'Heat Tech Services' as I knew I would receive an excellent and prompt solution at a fair price. As it was the weekend and Mark was busy, he could not actually get to us until the following week. He was incredibly helpful, giving the best temporary solution, including what we could do ourselves to save time and money before they could come to fix the pipe. The pipe was excellently and quickly fixed by the end of Monday. The site was left clean and clear of debris. I felt like a very stressful situation was calmly, expertly and promptly sorted without causing a financial headache. I had a query regards moisture on the pipe after the job was completed and Mark thoroughly explained the possible reasons and asked me to call back if I was still concerned. The workers mended the pipe perfectly and saved us a lot of hassle over a very busy Christmas period. Thank you. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

Leak by hot water cylinder

Having seen wet floorboards by the hot water cylinder, a phone call to Heat Tech led to a quick visit in order to identify the problem. Fortunately a new hot water cylinder was not required but a sticky heating valve controller and some reconfigured pipework was needed to resolve the issue. As it was just before Christmas and a complete shut down until the New Year, we were delighted with the quick service and the problem was sorted. We switched to Heat Tech in mid-December 2021 as British Gas Home Care were completely unable to sort out a problem in a timely fashion and expected us to wait until after the New Year without central heating for an engineer to call.
