We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

Mark returned my call promptly following my initial enquiry. His team arrived on time and were polite and professional at all times. They serviced our unvented hot water cylinder. They also replaced a zone valve actuation head as our central heating wasn’t turning off. This was the first time I had contacted Mark and shall do so again in the future

Mark listens, is patient - and is a clean and tidy worker, who takes away packaging and broken parts. He is polite and does the job well. If you are in trouble e.g. water overflowing, he will attend the same day after booked work. He trains apprentices.

Clean and efficient job well done. The problem was a mysterious leak which will need on going monitoring. Mark identified the possible cause and we will see what happens. He fitted in two visits around his busy schedule and repaired toilet cistern whilst he was here. I would definitely recommend him for all plumbing and heating work.

Mark and George came out to look at our (old non standard) boiler which had locked out. Cleaned out clogged internal gauze filter in flow pipe and checked other functions; heating now working properly. Punctual, professional and efficient as always with clear explanations and recommendations.

I had Mark round to service the boiler, repair a radiator valve and improve the condensate pipe run. He and his team arrived on time, completed the work thoroughly and with care and were very polite. A pleasure to have in the house! They left the place clean and tidy and charged a fair price for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I called Mark with the intention of asking for a quote to replace my boiler. As it is cannot be repaired I needed the work carried out quickly. Mark was honest to say that he is so busy that he cannot commit to a boiler installation in the next week or so. However, what he did give me was unbiased, valuable advice during a long telephone conversation and this advice has been very helpful in my decision for my new boiler.

I selected HeatTech on the recommendation of a neighbour. Communications were good - when the engineer was delayed by his previous job he rang in plenty of time to explain that he was going to be late and why; if only more tradespeople would do this. When he arrived, the engineer was polite and effected the service efficiently. I certainly plan to use HeatTech again and am happy to recommend them.
