We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

Mark on a Saturday evening talked us through a leaking boiler issue we had. Via WhatsApp pictures and over the phone he gave us clear and concise instructions. He resolved the problem and was calm, clear, and amazing throughout the call. When this COVID 19 issue is over we will be using him again to service our boiler. Would not hesitate in recommending him. Reliable reasonable service.

Brand new thermostatic controls fitted ( Nest ) and after my initial misunderstandings ( Nest doesn't supply user instructions ! ) and after a phone call to Mark, all was sorted. Would highly recommend Heat Services.

I contacted Heat Tech Services in the morning in relation to a fault on my boiler, it wasn't producing hot water. Mark got in touch with me about half an hour later and at 2 pm I had an engineer at the door. He diagnosed the fault immediately and fixed it. The engineer even waited some 10 minutes for access while I returned home. Other companies were going to come the following week and, with 2 small kids at home and an elderly grandmother, I desperately needed hot water in the house. Honestly, I couldn't rate this company highly enough. I was so impressed with their service. I used them for the annual boiler service last year and will certainly continue using them in the future. Thank you, Heat Tech!

Our gas boiler failed on the Saturday morning before Christmasand would not reignite. This required a call out and action to avoid not having heating over the Christmas period with little time to resolve the problem. Mark gave technical advice over the phone to try to resolve the problem but without results it required a visit late on Saturday afternoon. He analysed that it was a control valve problem and replaced the part from his stores in the van which avoided further delay or a return visit. Excellent speedy service at a reasonable callout price delivered politely and I would recommend Heat Tech Services. Andrew Gibson

I had Mark round to service the boiler having been let down by someone else. He and his team arrived on time, completed the work with care and were polite. We encountered a small problem after service which they quickly returned and resolved, great communication. They arrived when they said they would, were clean and tidy and charged a fair price for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
