We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

I had Mark round to service the boiler having been let down by someone else. He and his team arrived on time, completed the work with care and were polite. We encountered a small problem after service which they quickly returned and resolved, great communication. They arrived when they said they would, were clean and tidy and charged a fair price for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Mark has done three pieces of work for me since February -- bringing my heating system back to life, facilitating access to my main water stopcock and remodelling my shower. All done with skill and speed and to my complete satisfaction. In addition, he is always pleasant and helpful. I would certainly approach Mark if I needed any further work done.

Heat Tech were asked by us to quote after hearing great reviews from other customers. We went ahead and everything happened as explained and planned. The actual week long work flow went like a dream. Our 18 radiators were cleaned out, the new boiler fitted, tested and working. What was special was that Marl and his team were on time and took time to explain each step. Mark also worked out a smart way for our complete new heating system to avoid unsightly external pipe work so that everything is neatly confined within the roof space. All work was also made good to a very high standard. Mark and his team also worked through the UK's hottest days on record. I highly advise others to contact Heat Tech on any major domestic heating or plumbing project.

Mark on a Saturday evening talked us through a leaking boiler issue we had. Via WhatsApp pictures and over the phone he gave us clear and concise instructions. He resolved the problem and was calm, clear, and amazing throughout the call. When this COVID 19 issue is over we will be using him again to service our boiler. Would not hesitate in recommending him. Reliable reasonable service.

Very easy booking on the phone. Engineer arrived on time and explained what was work was being carried out. I had a couple of concerns with the boiler running on it's own when not on timer, which were professionally answered and cleared up those queries for me. Price was as quoted, will use Heat Tech again.

On one of the coldest days so far, we had a problem where our boiler became faulty and would not light up, so had no heating or hot water. Called Mark in the morning and within a few hours he had been round to diagnose the problem and then sourced a replacement part and fixed the problem shortly after. We could not of hoped for a better response and service. We have used Mark for a number of jobs over the last 6 months and highly recommend him and his team. Very professional and helpful.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Mark when I first moved to Rickmansworth in 2014. He and his team had done work for my son, so I had no hesitation in asking him to do some things that were that needed here. He installed a new Combi boiler, with all that that involved, disposing of the old boiler and enormous tank. He also took away an old radiator and replaced it with a new one on the opposite side of the room. Since then, he and his team have regularly serviced the boiler. Mark has an excellent work ethic which he passes on to new members of his team. I have no hesitation in recommending Heat Tech.
