We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

Mark recommended Honeywell Motorised valves which he fitted to my Worcester Bosch central heating system in a professional and timely manner as per his estimate. I would most certainly use Mark again.

Our boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the year and Mark was round within a hour of calling him. He sourced the part quickly and had us up and running again very quickly. We were very happy.

Mark was recommended to us a few years ago by another of his clients and we've been contacting him for all our plumbing needs since then. From fitting new boilers, to repairing redundant (but still live) mains supply pipes leaking into our kitchen, to replacing troublesome toilet seats, his service is always completely satisfactory, perfectly prompt in an emergency and very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others. In fact, I already have done.

Our heating/hot water system failed us over the bank holiday.... no hot water. I phoned Mark at 8.30 am on Tuesday, and he was at our place by 9.45, diagnosed our problem, and had replaced the faulty part in 40 minutes. This is exemplary service ..... I know Mark has a very full work schedule. I also admire the fact that Mark was accompanied, as he has been on previous occasions, by an apprentice ( on this occasion a young woman) who he was instructing and giving hands on experience while he worked. On the whole highly skilled and experienced trades people who work for us are reluctant to take on apprentices ..... it's easier just to do the work yourself, and the paper work is daunting. Some of these are near retirement, and a lifetime of experience will go with them. So well done Mark for passing on your skill to the next generation.

Clean and efficient job well done. The problem was a mysterious leak which will need on going monitoring. Mark identified the possible cause and we will see what happens. He fitted in two visits around his busy schedule and repaired toilet cistern whilst he was here. I would definitely recommend him for all plumbing and heating work.

We found ourselves with no heating or hot water and a significant leak from the boiler, which had tripped out the electrics in most of the rooms in house downstairs - on a Sunday morning. Mark arrived and had it all fixed within a very short space of time. Great work, very knowledgeable and we will definitely be using his services from now on.
