We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a

I have been using Heat-Tech for installation and servicing of my central heating boiler since 2013. Also general plumbing. Just had another annual comprehensive boiler service carried out in the usual efficient way. What I like about Heat-Tech is that if I want clarification or help on any c/h or plumbing matter during the year I just have to phone Mark. He is either instantly available with advice or phones me back very promptly.

Full Boiler system extraction and system replacement - VERY professional

Outstanding job by Mark, Sapphire and the rest of the team. Very professional in the initial diagnosis of the old boiler system; transparent on what the problems were and the options open to me; competitive quote and invoicing process for the new combi boiler system which they recommended to replace my old system. The old boiler system was quite a antiquated installation but Sapphire and her team got to work straightaway and were simply excellent in extracting that and installing a fully functioning replacement Vaillant combi boiler and NEST thermostat system - and in a very fast and efficient time too. The Heat Tech team are highly recommended (they came recommended to me too), very trustworthy and I will continue to use their services in future.

Boiler broke down, no heating or hot water. Heat Tech reviewed the problem within 48 hours and diagnosed the issue which was fully explained. They then proceeded to book us into the earliest slot a week later when the problem was resolved. They were highly professional, efficient and good value for money. We would definitely recommend Heat Tech and will be booking them for our annual service.

Identification and stopping of leak

We had a leak somewhere under the kitchen floor but did not know what it was. We were unable to turn the water off. Mark arrived when he said he would and found the problem. We were delighted that he managed to fix the leak without taking up the floor despite the fact that this meant he had to work in a small and uncomfortable space. He cleaned up thoroughly, including taking out some broken concrete rubble left by a previous contractor. Clearly, we are very pleased!

HeatTech serviced the boiler they fitted three years ago. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the work agreed. He answered a few questions and was pleasant throughout and paid strict attention to COVID safety procedures.

Mark attended a water heater issue raised by my tenants. He attended when promised, had great communication throughout and resolved the problem on the day. I only researched the company online as now reside in Australia. I would recommend Mark (Heat Tech) to anyone as he is exactly the type of trusted tradesmen you want to deal with, will definitely use them again.

We had an ancient boiler, attached to questionable pipework which had been modified by various plumbers over the years. The boiler was removed, and the space completely cleared of any remaining pipework. New boiler fitted in the same position, and every pipe re-run in a very professional manner. This meant it looked great, and also gave us much more space, as the pipework was positioned more tidily against the walls. Sapphire, our lady plumber worked without a break over two days, until the job was done. All left neat and tidy. So pleased we are awarding Heat Tech the maintenance contract as well.

I used Mark for the first time for a boiler service. He was on time, carried out a thorough service and worked in a clean and tidy fashion. Mark also carried out a separate repair to a radiator. Overall I was very happy with the high quality of work and service.
