I have used Heat Tech for a number of years now and they continue to deliver prompt, friendly and reliable service.

The email the day before reminding me that the Service was due to be carried out was very helpful and assuring. The Engineer, Ian, arrived on time and carried out a full Service within the schedule and budget. No hidden extras. Ian was extremely pleasant and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in calling on the services of this Company for any future problems that may arise.

I have a boiling water tap in my kitchen which is 3 years old, but it suddenly started to leak by the tank under the sink and so I needed a plumber fairly quickly. My usual plumber is good but incredibly hard to contact and never available at short notice, however, I left a message for him to call me early that morning. I spoke to a local friend about this problem that same morning and she recommended Mark to me. When I had heard nothing from my plumber by lunchtime I decided to call Mark and he answered the telephone quickly. We had a discussion about the problem which resulted in me sending pictures by WhatsApp to him. He then called me back quickly and diagnosed the problem. The following day two plumbers appeared and they worked hard to solve the problem, but alas specialist spare parts were required from the manufacturer. Off his own bat, Mark spoke to the manufacturer and managed to secure a brand new replacement tap under the warranty. The new tap was couriered to me quickly and Mark sent the same two plumbers back to instal it. All done with a minimum of fuss or hassle. To be honest I was very impressed with Mark's no nonsense approach to jobs and the initiative he showed in going direct to the manufacturer without bothering me.

Mark has been me go to plumber for about 5 Years. The following work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Service Boiler. Replace leaking radiator. Replace plastics pipe work with copper to the central heating pressure vessel. 5 Star work from a 5 Star company. What more can you say.

We use this company for our regular boiler service and also for other projects such as fitting a heated towel rail. We feel confident we are getting good work done for a fair price and the company is good to deal with.

Our hot water system was on the blink. HeatTech carried out a very detailed investigation, very promptly. It was a very frustrating and intermittent problem. They made several visits and in the end we decided that the boiler was really past help. They installed a new boiler very quickly indeed.
