We engaged Heat Tech Services to replace our old boiler with a new one. The service provided was exemplary in all respects. In fact, the new boiler was delivered to us on the previous evening, ensuring an early start on the Thursday. Sapphire arrived promptly and her work - with the able assistance of Seb - was first class in all regards. She quickly found solutions to a couple of minor problems and completed the fitting speedily, neatly and efficiently, and left the work area spotless. Moreover, she explained the working of the boiler clearly and patiently and was unfailingly pleasant and polite. I will have no hesitation in engaging this company for future work.

This is the first time I have used this company for my annual boiler service. Sapphire was extremely efficient and carefully explained the work carried out during the service. I was impressed by her attitude.

We contacted Marc at Heat tech to a boiler service at my mothers house through personal recommendation (my mother’s neighbour). Marc was very accommodating in setting up the appointment and the fact that my mother is not comfortable with people in her home. Sapphire, the technician, turned up on time and set to work immediately on servicing the boiler. We hardly noticed she was there and upon completion she explained what she had done and how we should pay. This worked extremely well for us, the boiler is now safe for the winter and my 94 year old mother remained totally unstressed by this process.

I used Mark for the first time for a boiler service. He was on time, carried out a thorough service and worked in a clean and tidy fashion. Mark also carried out a separate repair to a radiator. Overall I was very happy with the high quality of work and service.

The first time used Mark and his team, hugely impressed with the knowledge, attention to detail, and prompt reliable service. Arrived exactly when arranged and efficiently diagnosed and fixed problem. Brilliant.

Discover reason for poor water flow from bath and basin taps in main and ensuite bathrooms of a new build development. It emerged the fault was with the taps themselves - wrong specification for hard water area - both blocked with limescale and narrow-gauge Flexi hoses restricting the flow. Removal of diffusers improved flow significantly in one tap but didn't eliminate the problem in the other. Tap judged faulty - needs to be replaced. In the interim plumber used his initiative by switching the better performing tap to main suite and relegating the faulty tap to the less used bathroom pending sourcing of new fitments. The bath tap, due to the position in which it has been installed, is inaccessible for maintenance so was advised to refer back to the construction company for remedial action. The engineer stuck to the brief until he had provided a working solution and a recommendation for future action. Subsequently HeatTech followed up with a phone enquiry to ensure customer was happy with the outcome and to endorse the engineer's recommendations. Full marks for customer service. The cost was very reasonable. I use Heat Tech for annual boiler maintenance and have every confidence in their ability to deal with other issues as evidenced above.

Very professional and on time fir appointment. Explained all that was needed. Boiler serviced and a new water pipe put in. Which was placed neatly. They were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend the company.

Mark is a professional heating engineer who came around promptly at an agreed time. He completed work to our satisfaction that included; replacing a heating pump, some pipe work and bleeding our heating system. All the work was done at a reasonable cost that was quoted in advance.

My elderly parents had an issue with their upstairs toilet which was preventing them from being able to use it. I got Heat Techs telephone number from a recommendation on the Nextdoor App. And am so pleased I did. I spoke to Mark and he spoke to my mother within an hour, obtained the information he needed and was able to give a very reasonable quote very quickly. They had some very professional, polite chaps over on the same day and my mum was very pleased with the work they did and was able to use the toilet on the same day. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from beginning to end. Top class! I would definitely recommend.
