We had an ancient boiler, attached to questionable pipework which had been modified by various plumbers over the years. The boiler was removed, and the space completely cleared of any remaining pipework. New boiler fitted in the same position, and every pipe re-run in a very professional manner. This meant it looked great, and also gave us much more space, as the pipework was positioned more tidily against the walls. Sapphire, our lady plumber worked without a break over two days, until the job was done. All left neat and tidy. So pleased we are awarding Heat Tech the maintenance contract as well.

Heat Tech Services Limited were a pleasure to deal with. They found time to fit me in to their diary as I had a heating breakdown. They fixed the immediate problem and returned to fit the problem quickly and efficiently. They were tidy, courteous, professional and charged as quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be asking them to take on the regular servicing of my heating system.

I've been a Heat Tech customer for a few years now and would recommend Mark and his employees. Works are always done precisely and well. Most recently I've had a gas safety certificate done, boiler service and new toilet fitted. In the not so distant past we've had an outdoor hot water tap installed.

I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. They have recently fitted a new hot water cylinder for me which was completed efficiently and provided excellent service. This week I had a water leakage in my kitchen which I noticed in the evening. I messaged Mark and he replied later that evening asking for photographs and details. He then agreed to come out first thing the next morning and within a couple of hours had replaced the pipes and fixed the problem. I couldn't be more grateful to Heat Tech.

Heat Tech eventually solved a problem with my underfloor heating which had previously seemed insoluble and alongside that dealt with a minor plumbing emergency that happened while they were here. I have used them on three occasions now, they are reliable, communicative and keep expense to a minimum by establishing as many details as possible about a job before they come so they have the right parts/equipment with them. Highly recommend.

This was the annual service of our boiler and was carried out with customary efficiency, speed and courtesy by Sapphire and Tom, who left the area in an extremely tidy and clean state.. The cost is extremely reasonable and was precisely as stated. As is customary, no complaints at all over the work.

I had a problem with a leak from my boiler. I called Heat Tech at 5:30pm and spoke with Mark who was extremely helpful and arranged for Francesco to visit the house first thing the following morning. Francesco was amazing, he was very polite and studious and I would fully recommend Heat Tech based on my experience.

I've previously engaged Heat Tech for some repairs at my home and was happy to go back to them with a recent query. Mark was really helpful over the phone and managed to solve the issue without the need for a call out and so without any cost. We have the top of the range Home Care cover with British Gas. We were left without hot water for over a week (not classified as an emergency according to Dyno, who carry out plumbing work on behalf of British Gas), and no sign of resolution. We contacted Mark and although we live outside the area his company usually covers, he agreed to help us. He came as a recommendation from two people we know. Mark ordered the parts and carried out the repairs in a very timely and professional manner, thoroughly testing everything before he left. He left the area spotlessly clean. From our initial contact with Mark, right through to completion, Mark kept us informed each step of the way. If the software allowed, we'd give him more than 5*. We are indebted to Mark and his team member for coming to our rescue and putting an end to lukewarm showers in the gym / local swimming pool, in winter. We cannot recommend this company highly enough - so professional and efficient. We felt we could trust Mark totally.

Following an attempted home repair that failed and water could not be turned back on, a call to Mark at Heat tech in the late evening proved the best decision of the evening! Mark was calm, helpful and immediately reassuring. He came out within 30 minutes of our call for help. All was restored and the water back on, we could not fault any part of the service and professional help he gave. A great service indeed.

Having tried every trick possible, I decided it was time to call in an expert. Called first thing on Monday morning and got an appointment for the same day. The guys turned up on time and within minutes the toilet was unblocked. No fuss. No mess. Professional and efficient is how I would describe the service. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to do business with Heat Tech and I would definitely recommend calling them for your plumbing problems. Our hot water system was on the blink. HeatTech carried out a very detailed investigation, very promptly. It was a very frustrating and intermittent problem. They made several visits and in the end we decided that the boiler was really past help. They installed a new boiler very quickly indeed. Throughout the process they always responded to queries/texts from us very speedily, even out of hours. We have used HeatTech for many years and would thoroughly recommend them

Used Heat Tec over Christmas period as heating was not working. Engineer (Dave) came out on 27 Dec., changed motor. However, problem soon returned, and he made 2 more visits, very promptly after my call. Diagnosed and sorted an elusive fault on 6 Jan. All is in perfect order. Very pleasant, ever ready to help, any time. Fair and reasonable cost. Call handlers also extremely patient and polite. Will be our regular service engineers in future.

I had a serious problem with my boiler right in the middle of the Christmas break. The service I received was simply exceptional. They came to my property immediately, even give the holiday period when a lot of companies had shut down, and put my mind at rest straight away. They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite, friendly and well organised and gave me on honest feedback until my extensive repairs were completed. I spoke with a few different members of the team and each one was more knowledgeable and helpful than the last. Given the state of my boiler and the damage that had been done by a serious escape of water I had serious concerns for the cost of the work they completed and the parts that they placed. However, the invoice I received was fair and reasonable and I have complete faith in them. I have now referred both my father and brothers to them so they know they have a local, reliable firm they can rely on when they need any assistance. First class!
