We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a

Heat Tech has been servicing our boiler for more than 6 years as well as carrying out small plumbing repairs in the house and we've been very happy with the service and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Mark returns phone calls and answers email promptly and in an emergency, I'm always confident his team will do their best to sort out the problem. The guys won't bamboozle you with jargon either! A quality service that I highly recommend if you want a job done by a professional.

I called Heat Tech on Friday morning having had a cold shower this morning so see if they could fix my boiler. Although they had a very busy schedule they managed to squeeze me in during the afternoon anyway. They worked their way through the various potential fault with the boiler eventually narrowing it down to a couple of things. I was really impressed that they even had some of the parts required on the van rather than having to go to a from the plumbers merchant. Needless to say the boiler was fixed and I was VERY happy with the service provided.

We had a new heating system installed with a combi boiler and some replacement radiators. This also involved taking away all the old water tanks and piping. The job took a week and we were delighted with the quality of the work and the team were polite, clean and tidy and a joy to have around. The new system works beautifully and we would recommend Heat Tech unreservedly.

I have had my boiler and hot water cylinder serviced for the last two years and I have been delighted with the work - done with care and thoroughness as well as the efficient and courteous service and helpful attitude. A point to note is that the use of overshoes to keep your floors clean may be what a customer should expect but it is all too rarely encountered. These little things can make such a difference.

Around lunchtime we realised that we had lost heating and hot water. Looking at the boiler it was obviously dead. We called Mark Ockenden at Heat Tech and he called back within 20 minutes. He came to the house as soon as he had completed his other work for the day. It was clearly a difficult problem to resolve but he persisted and a replaced transformer got our boiler working again. It was clear that Mark was going to spend as much time as necessary to get our boiler working again. Excellent service.

Heating system was losing pressure in 2-3 hours, and Mark tried to seal the leak, which was believed to be in the concrete screed below wooden tiled flooring. This, in spite of 2 attempts, did not work, so we asked for the cheapest alternative, which was to have new piping to the 4 radiators affected. Because of the time of year we were anticipating it to be done in 4 weeks but, in fact, it was started within a week and completed in under 2 days. Mark was on a short holiday and his staff did the work very swiftly and we felt were efficient, tidy and charming. Mark came and checked the work done on his return. Finally, the cost of the work was good value for the time involved.

I had a combi boiler installed by Heat Tech Chorleywood, replacing an older boiler and water tank. An excellent experience from first to last. A very thorough survey, followed by a clear and professional quotation from Mark; responsive and intelligent customer relations; and a team of installers (Sapphire and Edin) who absolutely knew what they were doing, took an obvious pride in the quality of their work, didn't cut any corners, worked their socks off, and did a superb job.
