Heat Tech installed a new Vaillant boiler for us. Following a site visit, their initial quotation was issued very quickly, was in a clear format with various options available, and was very reasonable. We were able to book in the work very quickly. The young lady who carried out the work was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. My wife, in particular, was mightily impressed that a woman carried out the work! After the installation, we noticed that some air had built up in the radiator system, which we understand is quite normal when a new boiler is installed. Heat Tech returned very quickly to release the air etc. They also registered our guarantee for us directly with Vaillant. All in all, we are very happy indeed with the service offered by Heat Tech.

We needed the hob gas pipe moving to allow a new electric oven to be fitted. Phoned Mark, and he managed to fit us in and send one of his engineers around the next day. She was super efficient, and when she had finished helped us with the new (electric) oven. Thanks for the really quick and helpful service.

I Whatapped Mark on Tuesday and by 10am on Wednesday morning the problem was fixed. A fast and efficient service as ever.

Discover reason for poor water flow from bath and basin taps in main and ensuite bathrooms of a new build development. It emerged the fault was with the taps themselves - wrong specification for hard water area - both blocked with limescale and narrow-gauge Flexi hoses restricting the flow. Removal of diffusers improved flow significantly in one tap but didn't eliminate the problem in the other. Tap judged faulty - needs to be replaced. In the interim plumber used his initiative by switching the better performing tap to main suite and relegating the faulty tap to the less used bathroom pending sourcing of new fitments. The bath tap, due to the position in which it has been installed, is inaccessible for maintenance so was advised to refer back to the construction company for remedial action. The engineer stuck to the brief until he had provided a working solution and a recommendation for future action. Subsequently HeatTech followed up with a phone enquiry to ensure customer was happy with the outcome and to endorse the engineer's recommendations. Full marks for customer service. The cost was very reasonable. I use Heat Tech for annual boiler maintenance and have every confidence in their ability to deal with other issues as evidenced above.

Very professional and on time fir appointment. Explained all that was needed. Boiler serviced and a new water pipe put in. Which was placed neatly. They were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend the company.

Mark is a professional heating engineer who came around promptly at an agreed time. He completed work to our satisfaction that included; replacing a heating pump, some pipe work and bleeding our heating system. All the work was done at a reasonable cost that was quoted in advance.

My elderly parents had an issue with their upstairs toilet which was preventing them from being able to use it. I got Heat Techs telephone number from a recommendation on the Nextdoor App. And am so pleased I did. I spoke to Mark and he spoke to my mother within an hour, obtained the information he needed and was able to give a very reasonable quote very quickly. They had some very professional, polite chaps over on the same day and my mum was very pleased with the work they did and was able to use the toilet on the same day. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from beginning to end. Top class! I would definitely recommend.

I have used Heat Tech for many years and now have had some radiators changed this week. The whole process was straightforward with a preliminary visit and quote through to the work being done on time and for a fair price. Every member of the team has been professional and competent. We have used Mark for some years before at another house to install a new boiler, annual servicing and various heating issues. Mark always responds very quickly and this time our boiler developed a fault and stopped working. Mark diagnosed the issue, discussed with us what was needed, and then ordered the parts required . The work was completed very promptly to get the boiler working and also completed servicing of our Vaillant boiler and mega flow. Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful and completed the work to a high standard. I will certainly continue to use Heat Tech in the future .

Used Heat tech for the first time and they were able to fit us in on the same day. The engineer (Saphire) immediately understood what was needed and the whole job was done in half a day. As a result the water pressure from the mega flow doubled. We have lived here for 15 years and never had the pressure so good. Definitely will use them again.

HeatTech are known on the Estate I live in and I had already had a recommendation. The work I needed doing was a new shower unit in my walk-in shower, a new kitchen tap with added water filter and a new cistern valve in one of the other bathrooms. The hardest part of the work for Sapphire, who did the shower was having to remove tiles in order to get the piping out without upsetting the other bathrooms using a power showers. Fortunately I had some tiles left from the original job about 30 years ago. She grouted those tiles really well and no-one would know anything had changed, except me, of course! Sapphire had two young helpers for the other two jobs. I am extremely happy with their approach to the work and the efficient and friendly manner in which it was done and would certainly recommend HeatTech. Helen Dean

We have used this company for a few years now for boiler and water tank service. Ethan attended twice this month regarding a minor leak. We were impressed and are always pleased with the team generally, very prompt and reliable.

I phoned Mark and he sent an engineer George round the same morning. The pump on our heating system was replaced. We are still working through other issues on an old heating system.

I used Heat Tech recently to replace a faulty shower pump. They were able to carry out the work at quite short noticed and had all the required materials to do the job when they turned up. Very professional conduct through out.

Found Mark’s contact details when searching online for Which Trusted Traders. Repairs to a shower valve, kitchen Triflow tap and a flush cistern were needed. Most of contact with Mark was via emails where he always replied promptly and provided helpful information. Mark himself or another one of his colleagues came on the agreed date & time and carried out the required work even agreeing to take on additional items which needed attention. Mark and his colleagues were very polite and helpful and the all the work was done tidily. I can certainly recommend Mark and will contact him again when required.

We have a megaflow system that started to leak. Mark advised on the best course of action to contain the leak, while allowing us to still have hot/cold water, and had someone around the following day to fix. All done quickly and efficiently. One of the few people/companies that really understand how megaflow systems work. Thanks.

I have been using Heat Tech for all of my home plumbing/heating issues over the last 2 years. I have always found Mark and his team extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. My boiler stopped working a few days ago and I was left with no hot water or heating. Mark came out within 30 mins (after 6pm) and had the boiler working within the hour. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I needed to upgrade an existing radiator in terms of size and power. As I had hardwood flooring it was also necessary to adapt the existing pipework for the existing 400 to be extended to accommodate a 600. The work was excellent and completed efficiently. Mark was assisted by an apprentice I was extremely impressed by the clarity of his instruction to the new member of staff. This was similar to that I was privileged to enjoy at the quotation quotation stage. The cost was within budget and initial quote. Most definitely a professional whom I would welcome back.
