Rang to remind me that service was due, guys arrived on time and completed job in the time frame specified at booking. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I have used this company for years and see it, deservedly grow. Knowledgeable reliable and clean work at a fair price. They have also come out and helped when I had gas or plumbing emergencies, a local company who take on and train local apprentices too.

I have used Heat Tech a few times now, and go back to them because they've been efficient and prompt. When our old house throws up quirky, unusual problems they've done what it takes to find a solution.

I called Heat Tech and spoke to a very nice person called Sarah who explained Mark the engineer would be calling me back to ask a few questions about what was needed as my radiators were not working sufficiently. Mark called back and we discussed the procedure for a power flush for my heating system, which is 30 years old, so I wasn’t expecting miracles but that’s what I got. The job was booked in and two very professional guys called Neil and Lewis arrived, very polite and easy to talk to and they started the job. I also had to have a new circulation pump fitted. The guys worked hard as my rads were very gumped up but that didn’t bother them they cleared them and my radiators are working brilliantly. I was chuffed and so pleased I’ve found Heat Tech and will be definitely using them again. It’s was so refreshing to have the work carried out so professionally by experienced people. A big thank you to the Heat Tech Team from start to finish.

Mark came out to my house and fixed something my my heating very quickly and well. I asked him to diagnose a water pressure issue which I’d had a quote on from another contractor and he gave me a much better solution which was very cost efficient. The team did a great job of this - awesome to meet a female plumber also!

Mark from Heat Tech Services emailed me v promptly after I had called him to ask him to service our boiler which was also not working very well, the Heat Tech guys arrived promptly and on time, carried work out efficiently and neatly. The team were polite, helpful and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable.

Even though I have a full British Gas home care agreement my experience with Heat Tech surpassed BG in every area. HT are competitively priced so paying separately for work that could have been carried out by BG was a no brainer, they were in and out quickly and knew what they were doing. Very reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending and HT will become a trusted trader I know I can and will call upon again.

Mark came very quickly on a Saturday lunchtime to repair a sudden mains leak in the kitchen - it involved cutting out the back of the cupboard and locating and repairing the leak. He was very efficient and managed to finish the repair while I was dishing out roast dinner to the family. Very impressed & grateful!

Called for a couple of plumbing problems in a newly purchased property. They were polite, punctual and clearly knew what they were doing. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

My first time using Heat Tech Services. The appointment was pre-booked, a reminder was sent and the polite and professional engineer arrived as scheduled. Excellent service and value for money.

Heat Tech engineer George came the day after I called, to replace our water pump and check the boiler because the heating was not working properly. He was excellent and a credit to Heat Tech. I had never used the company before but had been recommended. They are just excellent and very helpful and accommodating and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again.

Having seen wet floorboards by the hot water cylinder, a phone call to Heat Tech led to a quick visit in order to identify the problem. Fortunately a new hot water cylinder was not required but a sticky heating valve controller and some reconfigured pipework was needed to resolve the issue. As it was just before Christmas and a complete shut down until the New Year, we were delighted with the quick service and the problem was sorted. We switched to Heat Tech in mid-December 2021 as British Gas Home Care were completely unable to sort out a problem in a timely fashion and expected us to wait until after the New Year without central heating for an engineer to call.

Heat Tech came in good timing to solve boiler pressure problem; later central heating was on, but a new leaking found, Heat Tech came again in late afternoon to finish a reliable service, so far boiler OK.

We chose Heat Tech Services Ltd from a Which plumber search. Called the company, explained our requirements. Received a very prompt response where the guys completed an excellent job the next day. Clean, tidy and very efficient. Highly recommend 👌

After contacting Heat Tech about fixing our boiler, they were great from start to finish. Sapphire was very friendly and helpful, doing the best she could to fix the fault and went out of her way to come back later that day to sort it. Reasonably priced and very reliable - would highly recommend!

Called on a Saturday and had a quick response and appointment for Monday morning. Washing machine valve replaced. Polite and good service. Would use again for any plumbing jobs.

I received a recommendation for this company, and used them for the first time to replace a faulty heating timer and a boiler service. The engineers did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it for a reasonable price. I am happy to recommend them without any reservations.

I have a boiling water tap in my kitchen which is 3 years old, but it suddenly started to leak by the tank under the sink and so I needed a plumber fairly quickly. My usual plumber is good but incredibly hard to contact and never available at short notice, however, I left a message for him to call me early that morning. I spoke to a local friend about this problem that same morning and she recommended Mark to me. When I had heard nothing from my plumber by lunchtime I decided to call Mark and he answered the telephone quickly. We had a discussion about the problem which resulted in me sending pictures by WhatsApp to him. He then called me back quickly and diagnosed the problem. The following day two plumbers appeared and they worked hard to solve the problem, but alas specialist spare parts were required from the manufacturer. Off his own bat, Mark spoke to the manufacturer and managed to secure a brand new replacement tap under the warranty. The new tap was couriered to me quickly and Mark sent the same two plumbers back to instal it. All done with a minimum of fuss or hassle. To be honest I was very impressed with Mark's no nonsense approach to jobs and the initiative he showed in going direct to the manufacturer without bothering me.

You cannot ask more from a contractor than they are prompt, easy to deal with, turn up on time and then they diagnose and swiftly fix problems.

Second time using Heat Tech and again excellent service. My elderly mum had no hot water but Mark diagnosed where the problem was, over the phone. Amazingly they were able to come out the same day and had the problem fixed within twenty minutes. They were very clear explaining what the problem was, which impressed my mum, as she has dementia and often struggles to understand people. Can’t rate them highly enough.

New boiler installation of old system. All my contact with Charlie and Carol was professional, informative and timely. I am very pleased with my new boiler and the resulting heat and hot water. Charlie's team - Ethan, Tom and then Lewis and on last day Harrison were excellent - thorough, patient (with all my questions) and gave a lot of info and updates of what they were doing and why.
