We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.

Heat Tech carried out a thorough service to our boiler, having seen inside it had obviously not been carried properly for many years. Marks engineers arrived on time as promised and spent a long time stripping the boiler down and cleaning all the major elements. They respected the location of the boiler which in the en-suite bathroom off our bedroom and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with Heat Tech and will defiantly call them in next year. I recently had a problem with my heating system and decided to use Heat Tech after Mark was recommended by several friends and neighbour's in Chorleywood. He and his team were really through, punctual and reliable. They went to a great deal of trouble to track down the problem by a process of elimination rather than guesswork. My final bill was extremely fair representing the time as opposed to astronomical call out fees. I can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

My Mother's boiler had stopped working, as she is 200 miles away from us, we had to rely on a recommendation from another tradesman. My Mother has dementia and has a live-in carer. Mark took the time to inspect the boiler within hours of my call and diagnosed a couple of faults. He returned over the next 2 days and not only fixed 2 problems but also cleaned the boiler and gave it a gas safety check. This resulted in him having to work most of a Saturday. I was kept updated each day with costs and actions taken which was supported by photo's of before and after. Everything was dealt with in a prompt, courteous and professional manner offering exceptional value for money. Mark is a hardworking, honest and trustworthy tradesman. We can't fault the service provided in any way except that we wish he was in our local area!

Thoroughly professional job to repair and service boiler. Mark and George managed their time effectively to perform a diagnosis (quick visit between other jobs), then get the appropriate part, and fit as soon as possible. Not only were they efficient, they also went out of their way at the end of a day (at no extra cost) to complete the job quickly and minimise heat-off time. Trustworthy, courteous and reliable - highly recommended.

Last week my boiler failed, I came home to a freezing cold house. It was late, Mark was about to go out for the evening but he spent 20 minutes helping try to reset my boiler. The next day he was working miles away, didn't get back until really late but he came by my house and fixed my boiler. Mark is straightforward, honest, none of that teeth sucking or whistle blowing antics that some plumbers adopt and send you into a sweat. Instead, a speedy, quality service . He explains things in simple terms without making you feel stupid. He builds long term relationships rather than looking at a problem as an opportunity to make lots of money. He is really good value, charges what feels like the right amount. Would recommend Mark to anyone.

We found ourselves with no heating or hot water and a significant leak from the boiler, which had tripped out the electrics in most of the rooms in house downstairs - on a Sunday morning. Mark came round to add new heating elements into my electric hot water tank as my hot water was not heating properly (after nearly 20 years with the previous elements). He responded to my initial inquiry quickly, took the time to listen to my problem, and gave me a clear plan of what he would do to fix it. He gave me a very accurate quote and was upfront about all costs. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly (he even took the time to help explain some other aspects of how my hot water tank works which I really appreciated). I trusted him completely and would certainly recommend his services (I initially found Mark through a 'Which Trusted Traders' search). I'm really enjoying having hot showers again - they're better than they've ever been in this flat.
