We had no hot water which British Gas failed to diagnose or rectify for days. We called Heat Tech, who came and fixed the problem immediately. Sapphire and George were so efficient, friendly, competent and a pleasure to deal with.

Mark and his team have carried out annual services on my domestic boiler for some years. The team are utterly professional and work quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards. Charges are fully explained in advance and on each occasion I have been invoiced for the pre agreed sum. Excellent.

I called Mark to get my hob commissioned after my kitchen fitters fitted the kitchen, he came round very promptly, spent half an hour making sure my gas supply was ok but more importantly made sure I was strong enough to turn the gas off if the need arose.

We had a mains water leak which had obviously been going on for some time with water saturating an internal, but load bearing wall. I had no hesitation calling 'Heat Tech Services' as I knew I would receive an excellent and prompt solution at a fair price. As it was the weekend and Mark was busy, he could not actually get to us until the following week. He was incredibly helpful, giving the best temporary solution, including what we could do ourselves to save time and money before they could come to fix the pipe. The pipe was excellently and quickly fixed by the end of Monday. The site was left clean and clear of debris. I felt like a very stressful situation was calmly, expertly and promptly sorted without causing a financial headache. I had a query regards moisture on the pipe after the job was completed and Mark thoroughly explained the possible reasons and asked me to call back if I was still concerned. The workers mended the pipe perfectly and saved us a lot of hassle over a very busy Christmas period. Thank you. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

For the second time this year we have had to call Mark out for an issue. He went through it all on the phone and arranged for someone to come out on the day. Which we were extremely grateful for esp in the cold. We can’t fault the service with Heat tech, thank you for your help Mark and team.

After contacting about 7 plumbers who never got back to me, Mark was recommended through a friend. Him and his team ended up coming back 3 times in one day to fix separate problems (its an old house) and i honestly can not fault their work. I had a problem with an overflow pipe in the loft and also a radiator that wasn’t working. Heat Tech arrived on time the next day and solved both issues and also answered questions about the heating system which was really helpful.

Mark has been me go to plumber for about 5 Years. The following work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Service Boiler. Replace leaking radiator. Replace plastics pipe work with copper to the central heating pressure vessel. 5 Star work from a 5 Star company. What more can you say.

I’ve used HeatTech before and they’ve always been excellent. This time one of my heating pumps (not installed by them) sprang a leak and we had to shut the whole system down. HeatTech got someone here within a couple of hours of my call, and did their usual highly professional job of fixing the problem and replacing the damaged components. Highly recommended.

I called Mark at Heat tech on Tuesday 13th, he arranged for George to come on Wednesday 14th. They arrived, as promised, at 8:30 am, the work was carried out within a couple of hours. They were so tidy and polite, the workspace was left clean and tidy after having two radiators removed from both sides of a wall. collateral damaged done to the floor in the dining room which was okay as floor is coming up anyway, but I was kept informed at all times as to what had to happen. The next good surprise was the invoice I received, very pleasantly surprised at the charge for the job. I was recommended Heat Tech by a neighbour and am so glad she did, any plumbing jobs I need doing in the future will be with Heat tech, and yes I will definately be recommending them to others in the future. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my boiler pump on the same day that I telephoned them. Workman was pleasant to deal with. Very happy with both the service and the work completed.

Mark was incredible knowledgable and thorough when he visited us and went through in detail our old system with two boilers over 3 floors. He checked and double checked how it all worked and how to improve our system with a new boiler. The quote arrived quickly and dates booked in. Sapphire, the chef engineer plus 3 other engineers, arrived on time and with respect to our home, took everything out and replaced the new system , looks like a pice of art now and not spaghetti junction!. Nothing was a problem, any queries checked and resolved. I highly recommend if you want a water/ gas related job, large or small, then use Heat Tech. The whole experience of dealing with HeatTech is a pleasure, from first contact with their receptionist through to sign-off of the work and invoicing. Efficient, online, professional - can't fault them! This review is for a boiler and fireplace service and safety check, but I'd say just the same of HeatTech for the major heating system installation they did for me last year.

As usual the plumber arrived at the agreed time. Boiler given annual service. Area left clean. I have always had prompt, efficient service from this company, whose details I was given by the boiler manufacturer after the builder's plumber left the boiler leaking. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Their workers are always clean, well presented and polite. On a previous emergency occasion the office went out of their way to sort out a prompt response.
