We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.

We have used Heat Tech for our last two services and have been impressed both times. We noticed we have a leaking valve and unsure how long it had been like that, also unsure what to do in this Covid situation we called Mark and thankfully said he could come and fix it. He came and fixed the problem and we maintained social distance. Continue to be happy with their service and would 100% recommend them to other people. Thank you Mark.

I have used a number of different plumbing companies and individuals over the years and I have to say that Mark at Heat Tech is a clear cut above everyone we have ever used before. We had 2 issues (Blocked bathroom sink and a broken radiator valve) - He and his team turned up at the agreed time, got straight to work and resolved both issues with amazing efficiency. We needed to have a second boiler pressure gauge and filling loop installed as the existing controls were all in the loft and being in our seventies this was extremely difficult for us to access. We contacted HeatTech who gave us a quote which we thought was very reasonable and asked them to go ahead. The engineers arrived punctually were friendly and helpful and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. We can highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.

Outstanding job by Mark, Sapphire and the rest of the team. Very professional in the initial diagnosis of the old boiler system; transparent on what the problems were and the options open to me; competitive quote and invoicing process for the new combi boiler system which they recommended to replace my old system. The old boiler system was quite a antiquated installation but Sapphire and her team got to work straightaway and were simply excellent in extracting that and installing a fully functioning replacement Vaillant combi boiler and NEST thermostat system - and in a very fast and efficient time too. The Heat Tech team are highly recommended (they came recommended to me too), very trustworthy and I will continue to use their services in future.

Responded immediately to my somewhat frantic phone call at 8.30am Sunday morning when I had water showering from the ceiling. Quickly located and fixed broken pipe in loft, hoovered it dry and cleared out all soggy insulation. Very pleased with the service indeed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We noticed a small leak coming through the downstairs ceiling. It proved very difficult to find but once it was located the exact cause was established. The remedy involved installing a new shower which Heat Tech did most efficiently. A big job for a small leak but one which had to be done. I'm pleased with the new shower. All in all a very satisfied customer. I would have no hesitation in using Heat Tech again and would definitely recommend their services.

I called Mark early in the evening about a significant toilet leak, as well as a leaking kitchen tap which had gradually been getting worse. Two members of his team came early next afternoon and soon had the repairs done, for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. We have the top of the range Home Care cover through British Gas. We were left without hout water for over a week (not classified as an emergency according to Dyno, who carry out plumbing work on behalf of British Gas), and no sign of resolution. We contacted Mark and although we live outside the area his company usually covers, he agreed to help us. He came as a recommendation from two people we know. Mark ordered the parts and carried out the repairs in a very timely and professional manner, thoroughly testing everything before he left. He left the area spotlessly clean. From our initial contact with Mark, right through to completion, Mark kept us informed each step of the way. If the software allowed, we'd give him more than five stars. We are indebted to Mark and his team member for coming to our rescue and putting an end to lukewarm showers in the gym/local swimming pool, in winter. We cannot recommend this company highly enough - so professional and efficient. We felt we could trust Mark totally.
