We are a Gas Safe™ Registered company based in Chorleywood Hertfordshire providing domestic heating and plumbing services to clients throughout Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Amersham, the Chalfont’s and surrounding local areas in Herts, Middlesex and Bucks.
Established in 2003 we have built up a reputation for providing a
first class service at a reasonable price to our many local customers.

Planned for Mark to visit at the end of May to review current heating solution. Investigation identified a problem with the heating pump. This was replaced very efficiently. Very happy to recommend Mark and am pleased I now have his contact details.

I had a problem with an electric valve causing the the house to overheat. Mark advised of the problem on Wednesday morning - component changed Wednesday afternoon with a very reasonable bill. First class service yet again.

Mark from HeatTech performed a full service on my boiler. He was excellent. Very diligent and thorough and communicated and explained everything he was doing as he worked on each task. I felt very confident that Mark was performing a very diligent service. He spent time, was not rushed or agitated in any way. Mark was recommended to me by a colleague and I will definitely use again.

Mark and his apprentice came to do the annual service of our boiler. They did a clean, professional job as usual and identified that the hot water thermostat wasn't working. Mark came two weeks later and fitted a new thermostat, meanwhile we used the immersion heater. Mark also cured a noisy vibration in the boiler cabinet. Once again we were completely satisfied with the service provided.

Mark and his team replaced an internal/external pipe and were efficient and effective. They are totally professional and we were willing to wait a week to have them deliver the work rather than call anyone else. Superb service as always and for a reasonable price. My central heating failed. Mark, of Heat Tech Services Ltd., quickly identified what the problem was. Pipe blockage and pump failure. Replaced the guilty pipework, replaced the pump, and had me back up and running in less than two hours. Everything was left clean and tidy. A truly professional plumber.

I had a blocked pipe in my utility room from the washing machine which overflowed. I called Heat Tech who responded within two hours and rectified the problem very efficiently. The invoice charge was also very reasonable and I have now asked Heat Tech to do my annual boiler service in future. I would definitely recommend Heat Tech.

Typical very cold weekend and boiler plays up, no heating & no hot water. Neighbour recommended Mark from Heat Tech. Gave him a call and he called in on way home from another job late afternoon. Sorted the problem out in no time. He was very pleasant & looked efficient. No having to call back with a part as he had one with him. Heating & hot water back on and we could breath a sign of relief. Have already mentioned Heat Tech to friends.

Our tap had been leaking, vibrating and humming for a while. I called Mark from Heat Tech at a neighbours recommendation and am really impressed with the service we received. The team were over to replace our tap sooner than originally discussed and were knowledgeable and efficient. The team were covid secure, which was reassuring. Very happy with this company and will be using for any future work.

Mark attended a water heater issue raised by my tenants. He attended when promised, had great communication throughout and resolved the problem on the day. I only researched the company online as now reside in Australia. I would recommend Mark (Heat Tech) to anyone as he is exactly the type of trusted tradesmen you want to deal with, will definitely use them again.

I needed a heating engineer in a hurry. Heat Tech were recommended by my sister. Phoned them in the afternoon and they were on the doorstep at 8:30am the following day. I would normally be wary of any tradesperson that could respond that quickly, but they were highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I will happily use them again

We had no hot water which British Gas failed to diagnose or rectify for days. We called Heat Tech, who came and fixed the problem immediately. Sapphire and George were so efficient, friendly, competent and a pleasure to deal with.

Kieran from Heat Tech serviced our boiler. He was prompt, polite, tidy and observed Covid guidelines. I appreciated receiving an email reminder that the service was due, along with confirmation of the appointment and email invoice to pay by Direct Debit. This is the second year I have used Heat Tech for my boiler service and expect to use them again the future.

Boiler went down Christmas Eve, freezing Christmas. Saved by heating engineer I never knew existed. Recommended by friendly plumber. How right she was. Mark arrived at first possible opportunity, scrutinised the boiler from every point of view - he was definitely a problem solver. He certainly had an eye for detail and discovered some little problems where things had just disintegrated, goodness. Should have been serviced earlier but at the time we were in Lockdown and I have been isolated ever since. He changed the fan, burner gasket, and ignition electrodes on the spot and went on to tighten manual air vent in the airing cupboard - getting rid of a leak was unexpected benefit. All this, no fuss. I was left with warm radiators, proper hot water and the emergency heater redundant, thank goodness. Now the house is nice and cosy and I thank Mark. Added bonus I now have a heating engineer to call on to do the annual service. Result, excellent!!!
