This is the second time I have used Heat Tech. On both occasions I have received excellent service; Sapphire, who serviced my boiler this time, is very professional.

It doesn't look as though the team need another recommendation but I am delighted to add one. Another prompt, thorough and efficient visit. Top marks to Heat Tech - they are excellent!

Boiler went down Christmas Eve, freezing Christmas. Saved by heating engineer I never knew existed. Recommended by friendly plumber. How right she was. Mark arrived at first possible opportunity, scrutinised the boiler from every point of view - he was definitely a problem solver. He certainly had an eye for detail and discovered some little problems where things had just disintegrated, goodness. Should have been serviced earlier but at the time we were in Lockdown and I have been isolated ever since. He changed the fan, burner gasket, and ignition electrodes on the spot and went on to tighten manual air vent in the airing cupboard - getting rid of a leak was unexpected benefit. All this, no fuss. I was left with warm radiators, proper hot water and the emergency heater redundant, thank goodness. Now the house is nice and cosy and I thank Mark. Added bonus I now have a heating engineer to call on to do the annual service. Result, excellent!!!

Work carried out speedily and to my complete satisfaction. All problems solved by operators who acted very efficiently and courteously at all times.

Heat Tech installed my boiler near 14 years ago (extremely professional installation). Found my boiler was leaking late Wednesday night for which Heat Tech attended the next day. The issue was quickly identified and remedied. Heat Tech knows the products they work with extremely well and I have 100% confidence in their technical knowledge. Fantastic service - thank you.

I needed a heating engineer in a hurry. Heat Tech were recommended by my sister. Phoned them in the afternoon and they were on the doorstep at 8:30am the following day. I would normally be wary of any tradesperson that could respond that quickly, but they were highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I will happily use them again

We had a mains water leak which had obviously been going on for some time with water saturating an internal, but load bearing wall. I had no hesitation calling 'Heat Tech Services' as I knew I would receive an excellent and prompt solution at a fair price. As it was the weekend and Mark was busy, he could not actually get to us until the following week. He was incredibly helpful, giving the best temporary solution, including what we could do ourselves to save time and money before they could come to fix the pipe. The pipe was excellently and quickly fixed by the end of Monday. The site was left clean and clear of debris. I felt like a very stressful situation was calmly, expertly and promptly sorted without causing a financial headache. I had a query regards moisture on the pipe after the job was completed and Mark thoroughly explained the possible reasons and asked me to call back if I was still concerned. The workers mended the pipe perfectly and saved us a lot of hassle over a very busy Christmas period. Thank you. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

Mark and his team have carried out annual services on my domestic boiler for some years. The team are utterly professional and work quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards. Charges are fully explained in advance and on each occasion I have been invoiced for the pre agreed sum. Excellent.

I called Mark to get my hob commissioned after my kitchen fitters fitted the kitchen, he came round very promptly, spent half an hour making sure my gas supply was ok but more importantly made sure I was strong enough to turn the gas off if the need arose.

We have used Heat Tech several times over the past few years to fix emergency issues with our heating. Always extremely reliable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. This time it was a planned visit for a boiler service. 100% delivered as anticipated.

Mark was incredible knowledgable and thorough when he visited us and went through in detail our old system with two boilers over 3 floors. He checked and double checked how it all worked and how to improve our system with a new boiler. The quote arrived quickly and dates booked in. Sapphire, the chef engineer plus 3 other engineers, arrived on time and with respect to our home, took everything out and replaced the new system , looks like a pice of art now and not spaghetti junction!. Nothing was a problem, any queries checked and resolved. I highly recommend if you want a water/ gas related job, large or small, then use Heat Tech. I called Mark at Heat tech on Tuesday 13th, he arranged for George to come on Wednesday 14th. They arrived, as promised, at 8:30 am, the work was carried out within a couple of hours. They were so tidy and polite, the workspace was left clean and tidy after having two radiators removed from both sides of a wall. collateral damaged done to the floor in the dining room which was okay as floor is coming up anyway, but I was kept informed at all times as to what had to happen. The next good surprise was the invoice I received, very pleasantly surprised at the charge for the job. I was recommended Heat Tech by a neighbour and am so glad she did, any plumbing jobs I need doing in the future will be with Heat tech, and yes I will definately be recommending them to others in the future. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my boiler pump on the same day that I telephoned them. Workman was pleasant to deal with. Very happy with both the service and the work completed.

Arrived on time. Cheerful pleasant engineer. Advised me that the Vaillant boiler might need a new fan at the next service. Reasonable bill. Happy customer as always with this company.

A cold November day when my boiler packed up, no central heating or hot water. Phoned Mark, he was with me within a very few hours, fixed the boiler and showed me how to avoid similar problems. I will certainly call on him again for any plumbing or boiler needs.

Excellent communications made this a very easy and worry free experience. I called and was given an time for the next day to fix the heating, this was followed up with checks and gather information to ensure it could be fixed in first visit. They arrived on time, and with greater technical knowledge than previous person, they fixed the valve rather than replacing, thus doing it in half the time and half the cost. Very satisfied.

Thank you very much for the good communications, prompt attendance and for making right a WC pipe fitting that had been attempted unsuccessfully by another firm. A good job done at a fair price.

The boiler stopped working so after a friend said call Heat Tech Mark diagnosed the problem and fixed it ... No problems no hassle and fast professional company.... Will be using them again.
