Steve arrived just after 8am as scheduled to fit our new Worcester Boiler.He was friendly,polite and professional and explained everything we needed to know and we would thoroughly recommend.We are now enjoying the benefits of our new Boiler

We found Heatable on YouTube where we appreciated the advice and up to date reviews on combi boilers. With the information and advice there we were able to decide on the best option for us. We had a quote from their website, which was much lower than our previous quotes so went ahead and booked the fitting. Within 3 days it was all done, fast efficient and a stress-free experience. We can highly recommend this company.

I was extremely happy with the service I received when my new combi boiler was installed. Simon, Darren and James were all fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly and clearly very committed to doing a great job. What really stood out was their dedication to getting everything completed in one day. They worked extra hours to make sure the installation was finished properly, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain everything clearly — from how the combi boiler works to how to set up and use the Hive thermostat. On top of that, they patiently answered all the random questions I asked throughout the day without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful to Simon, Darren and James for their hard work and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was recommended Heatable through the Gary Does Sollar YouTube channel (which is excellent). Heatable was a great recommendation. I was really well looked after by Paul Roper initially and then Anna, who organised the install. RPS did a great job on the install and made sure all the cabling was tidy and they hoovered up everything after themselves very nicely. Well done everyone!

I would recommend Heatable as they were able to let me put together a package online, send a few photographs and then arrange for a gas safe registered engineer to fit my boiler. Not sure if I’m allowed to name names - so I’ll just say that the engineer that visited was courteous, professional and worked hard to replace my boiler. They did a great job - the pipe work is tidy, the instrument is working great and they gave me a demo on how to adjust settings/top up pressure as it is a more modernised design to the old filling loop. Would recommend Heatable - great comms, great staff and an efficient service overall.

From finding the right boiler, sorting the right add ons, sorting the finance and then the install. Heatable were superb. I was honestly super impressed with these guys and I would highly recommend. No one likes spending money and a boiler isn't that interesting. But the whole experience has actually been fun

The engineer arrived early enough to get a good start on the install. She was very friendly and helpful. The install went well, though I did notice a minor issue a few days later. I logged it and the original installer got back in touch and talked me through it very easily. Great service!

I cannot fault the service I received . The new boiler was installed within two days of my initial enquiry. The price was most competitive. The workmen were efficient, courteous and left no mess whatsoever.

Ordered new boiler, from a wide choice offered,on the Saturday and had the boiler installed on the following Wednesday.The fitter arrived promptly at 8.00am and carried out all the required work, quietly and efficiently.The installation was installed by midafternoon, the fitter took time to explain the operation of the boiler and also the Hive control system linked to my mobile phone.He was very patient explaining the variou functions and removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy.I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as an installer and in particular the fitter that installed the boiler.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Didn't have to lift a finger as Heatable customer service organised everything from sending the boiler quote, placing the order to installation. Guys who came to install were no hassle got on with the job. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I would have still been without hot water and heat if I had not taken advice given to me by the customer services staff who were outstanding as they explained things very clearly on the phone and then followed it up by an email . Thank you very much for sorting me with a boiler, house is now very warm and cosy. Will definitely recommend Heatable to my friends and family.

Having Solar and Battery fitted was smoothly and quickly handled. All the paperwork was swiftly dealt with and I was kept fully up to date. Installation was clean and tidy and the system is working perfectly.

I had been dreading replacing my old heating system with a combi boiler, but Heatable made the experience amazingly good. It was very easy to find the right replacement at a good price, and the service from the Heatable team with the few additional questions I had was exceptional - shout out to Ruby and Sophie for that. Even the independent installers arranged by Heatable were awesome, pulling an 11 hour shift to fit everything in one day and they were still smiling by the end. Honestly, I can't think of a single thing that could have been better!

I found Heatable online and was impressed by their quality and prices. After supplying photos of installation site and details of my old boiler I was surprised to get a phone call from someone to confirm that the boiler was slightly larger than my existing boiler and would probably not fit the existing cupboard in the bathroom - this is very reassuring to know that they took everything into consideration and made doubly sure that my order was suitable for the space. I opted for the ten year plan, which was very quick and easy to sort. The boiler and pipes arrived an hour before the fitter. The fitter (Luke) was professional, considerate and thorough and the fitting was completed in just under 4 hours with very little noise or disruption, leaving only a small layer of dust to wipe away. Whilst brochures and instructions were left, the fitter Luke also showed us and explained how he had set up the control unit. Three days later our new boiler is quiet and it working efficiently and I am sorry I waited so long to decide to replace it. Thank you Heatable, you will be highly recommended to friends, family and even strangers!

Absolutely fantastic new boiler installation experience from Heatable and the local installer they sent. We recently moved into the house, the existing old boiler packed up and we had no hot water. Called a couple of local engineers who were unable to fix (for anything looking like a reasonable cost). Got a quote from one of them which turned out to be £1500 more than the one from Heatable (and actually a newer model Worcester Bosch from Heatable). Very slick quote and booking process, the engineer turned up on time and took out old and put in new. Very happy and would highly recommend Heatable.

Really worth using if you don’t have the pennies to buy one out right! Within 10 mins form filled checks done and booking slot confirmed. Easiest thing iv purchased
