Competitive quote & excellent communication. Engineer was prompt and professional and I have a fantastic new boiler - Highly recommend.

Replaced an existing boiler with a new combi boiler, removed the old water tanks, immersion, associated pipework and shower pump, chemical flush following on from the install. Explained the process throughout, ensured that I understood all the controls. Tested the system and made sure I was happy with everything. Cleaned and hoovered up afterwards and removed all the rubbish afterwards. Very Impressed.

Ordering was simple and straight forward. Ordered, arranged fitting and then called them several days later to bring appointment forward which was not an issue for them. Ionut called ahead the day before to confirm and arrived promptly on the day. Professional, polite, clean and thorough. Couldn’t have asked for a better engineer.

Tonys work was very professional and he finished the work in very good time and made sure I was happy before he left and left me his phone number if I had any problems later.

I contacted Heatable for a quote for a combi boiler installation and cannot fault the service received. I was looking for removal of a hybrid heat system boiler and replacement with a standard gas combi boiler for a 3 bed terraced property. I had quite a few quotes but Heatable stood out for good communication and value. One company tried advising it would cost an additional £2k to £3k extra for the same job! Heatable reviewed all the requested survey photos and rang me to say they were satisfied that the job could be done at their standard boiler replacement pricing. I did contact them with queries over warranty, payment and service and their communication was friendly but professional throughout and all questions answered. I also took up a 0% finance offer that was offered as I was wanting a quick install after having no hot water for 4 weeks and husband due to have surgery the following week. My installation was booked for within 48 hours of payment being received. I was sent details of my installer (with a photo) and clear advice on arrival times. Simon was very professional, explained everything fully and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I booked for a new boiler exchanging my 37 year old one via Heatable website on a Monday for the engineer to carry out the work the next day. Heatable phoned me shortly afterwards to say that day is not available and would 2 days later be acceptable which was okay. Heatable kept me informed via emails of time the engineer would arrive and his name and brief discription of his qualifacatons. The Engineer arrived at 08:00 and got straight to work removing the old boiler and installing the new Worcester Bosch GreenStar boiler. Chatting with the engineer while he was working we established a few things in common which gave me piece of mind that he was a sound professional guy. The engineer worked hard, completed and tested the boiler in 1 day and being very pleased with the outcome I said I would clean up. Heatable added a few other objects to the job, which the engineer fitted, which other company's didn't and was cheaper when I checked online. I will contact Heatable and ask for the engineer (if he still works there) to service the boiler each year to keep the 10 year warranty in place. I can't thank Heatable enough to have this engineer carry out the work, he's very professional, knowledgable and chatty. Thank you.

Painless from beginning to end. Everything went as smoothly as possible. The engineer was great, sorted everything very efficiently, did a top job and left everything tidy.

From first contact to the completion of the boiler installation, I cannot fault the service provided. The engineer was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing. The area of the install was left spotless. If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!

I needed a new boiler and researched several companies. I chose Heatable because the website was easy to navigate, gave several options of boilers and offered quick and very reasonable quotes for the whole installation. The installer Ashley was wonderful. He turned up on time, gave great advice and worked efficiently and professionally. He was extremely polite and helpful, showed me how everything worked and everything was left spotless. I’m impressed with how easy this whole experience has been.

I had to make an unexpected decision about a new boiler earlier than hoped. I came across Heatable and read the reviews which made me contact them for further advice. All my queries were dealt with and being more than satisfied with a very short lead time to get the job done cinched it for me. On the day logistics were communicative, the engineer rang with ETA and the job was completed and explained despite a few hurdles (overcome without complaint) in very quick time. Under 6 hours and I had heat and hot water once again after 3 weeks without. A credit

Heatable just came to install a combi boiler for me. They were half the price of British Gas, and twice as nice! ☺️ The installers/engineers were brilliant too - quick, efficient, friendly, hardworking - and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The Heatable team online/on the phone were super helpful. I was worried when I turned down the British Gas quote, but luckily for me, Heatable took my eye, and a week later (at my convenience) I have a fabulous new combi boiler. A fair price too, which I can pay in installments. Happy customer indeed 😀

From me answering a few questions on their website to the end of the installation of my brand new Combi Boiler Heatable were fantastic and up to £500 cheaper than other quotes I obtained. Everything happened just as explained, the logistics were all taken care of and my installation engineer Shaun was very professional and friendly. I had a 2 day installation and everything ran very smoothly I could not be happier with all work carried out. I highly recommend Heatable, keep up the excellent work guys. We had a new boiler fitted by Heatable without any problems. The fitter was very polite and showed his ID before starting the job. Everything was left tidy. Highly recomended

I had a new boiler installed within a few days of receiving the quote. The price on the quote is a fixed all inclusive price which is great. The engineer completing the work was fantastic and the boiler was changed within a few hours. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone thinking about a new boiler

Booking process was simple, booked on Friday afternoon when my old boiler packed up and got a slot for the following Monday. Heatable called me to clarify a few points raised by the photos they asked for. Took a bit longer than expected due to the ancient existing boiler, but Tom did a good job and kept me updated. House now warm!

I wish I hadn’t stressed so much in advance about replacing my boiler, because the whole process with Heatable was seamless and stress free - to the point I felt I must have missed something?? It’s not supposed to be that easy, surely?? Gordon in Glasgow was brilliant, a real asset to the team.

We found Heatable on YouTube where we appreciated the advice and up to date reviews on combi boilers. With the information and advice there we were able to decide on the best option for us. We had a quote from their website, which was much lower than our previous quotes so went ahead and booked the fitting. Within 3 days it was all done, fast efficient and a stress-free experience. I was extremely happy with the service I received when my new combi boiler was installed. Simon, Darren and James were all fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, friendly and clearly very committed to doing a great job. What really stood out was their dedication to getting everything completed in one day. They worked extra hours to make sure the installation was finished properly, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain everything clearly — from how the combi boiler works to how to set up and use the Hive thermostat. On top of that, they patiently answered all the random questions I asked throughout the day without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Overall, the service was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful to Simon, Darren and James for their hard work and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was recommended Heatable through the Gary Does Sollar YouTube channel (which is excellent). Heatable was a great recommendation. I was really well looked after by Paul Roper initially and then Anna, who organised the install. RPS did a great job on the install and made sure all the cabling was tidy and they hoovered up everything after themselves very nicely. Well done everyone!
