Very competitive quote and any concerns I had with the proposed installation were discussed and explained to myself. On the day the new boiler arrived exactly to time and the fitter worked incredibly hard to install the boiler, complete the system cleanse and a few extra bits and pieces I had requested. It was all balanced and tested before he left. Very pleased!

Heatable were always very easy to deal with, from start to finish. When they gave the quote, they talked me through the different options, explaining the details. I appreciated that they sent through photos and videos showing installations (including on a slate roof) so we knew what to expect. They then installed 12 panels and a battery very efficiently in a single day - in time for the lovely sunny weather we've had this spring. We're generating lots of free electricity and I'm very happy!

Needed an old standard boiler upgraded with a new combi boiler, and moved as the old one vented through the chimney. I found the website very easy to use, and it came up with a surprisingly cheap quote! As part of the process you need to upload photos of the property and current installation, this was easy to do but it became clear the job may be a little awkward due to rerouting of pipework and the vent. Cue a fair bit of taking more photos and then discussing my options, which I thought was excellent - I was aware there may be problems so would much rather make sure in advance that the work could be done rather than find out when the engineer turned up. I was left with two options as to where the new boiler could go, one option was about £800 more, but at no point was any pressure put on me to go for the more expensive one, in fact I would say the opposite. I booked for the next day but was phoned about an hour later to say it would probably be a two day job so would need to start the day after - no problem for me. Engineer turned up as expected, worked none stop for nearly two days in the hottest May weather ever and never stopped smiling! The job was completed to spec and all seems to work well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatable - price, simplicity, and quality of work were all fantastic, as was their customer service when I was trying to work out what needed to be done.

Super happy with Heatable! John came to fit our new boiler and was absolutely brilliant – friendly, on time, and clearly knew his stuff. He got everything set up quickly, explained how it all works, and left the place spotless. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend Heatable (and John!) to anyone thinking about getting a new boiler.

Excellent work and Company, the engineer arrived prompt at time stated, for my new boiler to be installed. He was very conscientious with his work and tidy. He did not have a break all day, I was very impressed. When the job was finished he explained all the paperwork and went through the new boiler with me as it was a different make to my old one. It is a bit of a minefield choosing a boiler and company but I am very pleased I chose heatable. They have had good reviews and which rated plus blue-light endorsement so for me it was a good bonus. The customer service is excellent too and I was kept informed all the way through the process. I will definitely refer the company to anyone I know who is looking to replace their boiler. Very good. It was just 6 weeks ago that we started our journey with Heatable. We now have a great system installed with 20 panels and an Powerwall 3. It’s up and running and are really pleased with the performance and service that we have had from everyone along the way. It started with the system design and quotation stage with Paul. Very informative easy to talk to and a very competitive quote. Then Craig helped move us onto the next stage where the hardware was ordered and we were introduced to our installer Steve. The whole process has been very straightforward painless and things have happened all the way through on time every time. Highly recommended!!

After having a bad experience with a solar install back in 2016, i decided i wanted to go with a larger company and one with a great review score, and Heatable ticked both boxes. Heatable didn't disappoint either, offering a great deal on Tesla Powerwall 3s and excellent pre-sales journey. I was supper happy i went with them (up to this point) What i didn't appreciate at the time is how Heatable works compared its competitors; Heatable is a boiler and renewable sales company, but they don't have their own engineers, instead relying on 3rd Party installers. I didn't initially see that as being a problem after watching their youtube install videos, until it was. Heatable installed a Powerwall 3 for me back in November 2024 and it went well, then on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 they sent their contracted installers back to add a DC expansion battery. During the install some issues came up, but the engineer left and I though all was well, that was until 7pm when the lead Powerwalls drained to 0% (ignoring the reserve), then shutdown and went into battery fault mode. It appears a critical step didn't happen during the install, which is the 2 Powerwalls must be synced, by running a calibration step to balance out their state of charge. If this doesn't happen, then one battery can complete discharge to 0% before the other and the the system will enter a battery fault state. Well that is exactly what happened! The solar panels have been running for only a few hours and everything use great! The fit and finish of the work was great and the products were exactly as advised! The install took one day longer than expected due to an issue that arose from no fault of their own. They were incredibly helpful though and and worked around my schedule to make sure it got installed in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend. Easy to contact and kept me informed of every step as it was progressing.

Mihah was here till 10pm the first day getting the boiler up and running for me. Came back to complete the job a couple of days later (was a big job also included full deep flush and 9 trv valves). Very happy he was lovely he kept the areas clean and left it all clean. Very happy with the finished product

Simply the best ! Replaced an old boiler ( over 30 years old) all new pipes etc , no hidden costs, no hard sell ! Excellent service from start to finish! From my first enquiry to installation! The company delivered an outstanding professional service, the team/ CEO should be so proud! I was worried there was going to be some sort of issues ( as something usually does when working with trades) No nothing smooth. Just had a battery & solar install carried out by Heatable, overall I am very impressed with the team. The initial quote and ordering stage was extremely simple, with regular updates from them regarding the DNO approval and ETA for the Powerwall. The installation team turned up on time and did a very neat and tidy job, couldn't really ask for anymore, would highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a battery/solar solution. It also helps that they provided the cheapest quote as well providing a great level of service.

Had the best experience from my initial contact right thought to post installation. John and Gabby provided the right level of detail and advice to help me select the right boiler. They explained the whole process and got me booked in immediately. Communications and follow up were reliable and timely and they provided details of the engineer pre visit. Ordered a 2nd Tesla Battery for my Heatable installed Solar System . Richard from EVC was designated as the Tesla Approved Installer and undertook the survey and liaison with Heatable . The unit was installed brilliantly on the stated agreed date and so neat an install to completely blend into the existing cable runs and Tesla Gateway . Richard was also an Enphase approved engineer and was able to sort out the software side of the operation to have me up and running the same day. Heatable took care of all the required paperwork and supplied the insurance certificate for the job and all the National Grid authorisation paperwork which ensured I was totally ready for my exportable tariff to provide payback from my supplier of all exported energy. Heatable again showed why they are the go to company for a successful and trouble free supplier for Solar Energy upgrades.

Ordered a new boiler on Wednesday and installed the following Tuesday, on our agreed date. The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Quick, easy and with excellent communications. Good price for a good product as well.

From start to finish I can only praise Heatable for their excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable admin team, gas engineer who called me to answer any questions I had within hours of asking. The two engineers who fitted our combination boiler today were skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and left the house spotless when they finished. Would recommend to everyone looking for a new combination boiler.

I had a boiler service and it was a quick process. The engineer and his apprentice were polite and answered our questions. I had my new boiler fitted this morning and what can i say what a great job and company Heatable are cleaned up after and informed me of everything i needed to know my whole experience from first telephone call to finish of job first class thank you.

The speed is incredible. I chose my package online, applied for finance, sent some pictures, had a little further discussion over email regarding details and I had a new boiler installed within 24hrs. Half price of what British Gas were quoting for the same job!

Heatable was great for my solar installation! They have the top kit and are very responsive to emails. I got the Alpha ES system, which is affordable but looks very smart. From start to end, my 16-panel solar installation took a month. It was installed by Biotech Renewable, who were great as well. There were no shortcuts, etc. I had to use panels on a flat roof, and they absorbed any additional costs for them.

Heatable have been very easy to contact, gave good advice on the new boiler options. Installer, Kevin, was great, turned up on time and worked hard all day to get new boiler fitted and working. Would recommend Heatable and Kevin.
