Boiler broke down over the weekend. After being told it was beyond compare we checked online and confirmed a new boiler and install date within a day or two. Boiler installed and engineer explained all details of the system and controls. Very professional job

Right from my first contact with Heatable (I phoned them - no cold calls) they were polite and helpful. I was looking for a new boiler and they provided one and installed it within three working days. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the installer kept me informed right throughout the process. They cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I had an explanation of how the new boiler worked and a follow up call from the office to check I was happy. Not only that but they were the cheapest quote I had! A very happy experience.

Found this company on Google, watched their YouTube videos and checked the website. Happy with the prices and went for it. Spoke to Amanda in customer services on the Saturday who arranged everything and by Wednesday boiler was installed and up and running. I had an old boiler replaced at a fixed price, no hidden extras. It was good to talk to the very pleasant but not pushy office staff, they recommended the perfect boiler for my needs, I didn’t feel rushed into the purchase, they gave my lots of their time and listened to me, then kept me informed every step of the way. I ordered Saturday and had the boiler installed on Tuesday, the perfect day for me. The engineer was pleasant, hardworking and did a very clean job. The old boiler and all rubbish was removed

Recently had 10 solar panels and a tesla powerwall3 installed by Heatable. The whole process was completely hassle free, everything happened on time on budget and exactly as they said it would, I would certainly use Heatable again. JDM Earth were on site to do all the electrical work and installation, they are very friendly and work to a very high standard, I am impressed with the performance of the whole system and so happy with the whole experience.

Through the process of initially contacting Heatable, at all stages I have had good communications with the team at Heatable and then their selected partners for the actual installation and commissioning. I selected Heatable for a GivEnergy AIO with Gateway for my home. I already had Solar PV with its own inverter and a FiT meter and a Ohme ePod EV Charger which is integrated with Intelligent Octopus Go. The time taken by the DNO to approve the design and issue the G99 took only slightly less than stated, but during that wait, Heatable kept me informed. We exchanged information about my setup including photos and that made the whole process including the installation very smooth. Heatable answered my questions and the estimated time to install (half-a-day) was accurate.

This was a painless experience from buying the Boiler …….that got even better when Tony the engineer who was designated to install the Boiler arrived ……, to leaving my property …I am 100% satisfied 😊

The gas boiler was installed very well by an obviously very experienced Engineer who was friendly and courteous and worked very hard to complete the installation in a day. At all times communications with Heatable have been very good and I can happily recommend them.

The service we had from Heatable and associated contractors was brilliant. The initial design consultant was incredibly good at answering all questions and guiding the design process to get the best results for my objectives. The installer, Ben at EVC, handled the install professionally with great communication at every stage and with the help of the roofing team completed the job in a day. Everything was thoroughly explained and installer's handover to my phone apps was faultless. I also have drone footage of the solar array, which was an added bonus. I can't thank the teams enough on their professional and friendly approach throughout. It confirmed to me that out of all the companies I looked at, Heatable was the best decision.

Looked online for boiler providers after crazy quote from British Gas. Heatable were great from start to finish big shout out to Scott who put up with all my questions and provided a very competitive quote, once ordered boiler was fitted next day and the fitters were brilliant. Thanks Heatable

The engineer was punctual and professional. He did whatever was included in the quotation that I have purchase. He installed the new boiler based on manufacturer specifications, nice and tidy. Overall, I am very happy with the service the Heatable company had delivered. Thumbs up!!!

Rob the heating engineer phoned the day before fitting to give time etc that he would arrive, he arrived on time the following day and got straight to work replacing my old boiler he didn’t stop till it was finished, his work was outstanding very professional explained everything to me and set up timers etc to suit our needs . Very clean and tidy covered surfaces with dust sheets and cleaned everything up on completion making sure i understood the system before leaving would 100% use again

Customer Service Quality Value Had an air split conditioning system installed yesterday 10/03/26 via Heatable. The whole experience was so easy. The communication throughout was excellent. The installers arrived on time and they have done a very neat, top notch install. They left no mess and everything works as it should. All in all a great experience from Heatable and I recommend them as a trusted company. They will be my first port of call for anything else I need in the future. Again highly recommended

I wasn't sure about using Heatable at first. It didn't seem right arranging a new boiler installation without someone coming round to survey first. But, I trusted the excellent reputation of Heatable and I'm pleased I did. So easy to book, and to submit the required photos. Paul, the engineer who came to install, did a great job, didn't create any mess, and explained how to use the new controls. They were also a fair bit cheaper than the other two quotes I'd obtained.

Fair quote, fast response, courteous and professional workmen, completed within promised timescale, all round excellent service.
