Excellent service, fast, easy to complete the arrangements and a professional installation with nothing too much bother! Cost-wise, the same conversion was priced by British Gas at 2000 pounds dearer! So, its not cheap but definitely cheaper going with Heatable. Gordon was faced with a back boiler conversion to a new Valiant 32 kW system. Lots of work involved in the reconfiguration of pipework, installation of the new system, including wireless controls, testing and commissioning. All completed with care and respect for my property by an experienced professional installer, A good reputable company using great people to provide professional and tidy installation. From the booking process through to the actual fitting, I would highly recommend. The booking system is easy to navigate and booked my new boiler just over 24 hours later. The guys attending contacted me the day before and then again in the morning to keep me updated. I have inherited a very old boiler so it was quite a difficult job switching this out but the guys were fantastic and worked late until all work was complete. Highly recommend

From start to finish Heatable were great! They helped with my choice of boiler and the order process was very easy. Our boiler had broken and they came and fitted the new one the very next day, even though it was a Saturday. Jay and his workmate were very good. They were polite and friendly and explained everything they needed to do and worked virtually non-stop all day to get the job done. Once finished they cleaned up and left everything in order. They then made sure we understood how to operate the boiler before leaving. We have been singing their praises to family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a new boiler. Their service and great prices are second to none. We received a call from Heatable on the Monday morning to check if everything had gone okay and to let us know that they would be dealing with the gas safety registration and the 10-year warranty registration which would then be forwarded to us. They also said to ring them if we had any concerns. All in all, I don't think you could ask for any better service.

Easy buying process with heatable, the main plus points were the value and the ability to pay at 0% over 2 years. Paid on the Saturday, installation completed on the Tuesday. The installers arrived on time, were polite and explained everything that would happen. The work was completed in about 7 hours and everything was left clean and tidy. Great process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Heatable.

We had a new boiler fitted which was being relocated from the attic to an airing cupboard. The job ended up requiring significant additional work as the existing gas pipe was insufficient and the flue needed to be extended. All of that was included in the price given before the job started so there were no surprises. The local contractor used for the work was extremely professional. The engineer was punctual, worked very hard for two days, and was clean and thorough. Unfortunately the condensate pump was faulty but they ordered a replacement and came back to switch it over within the week. The boiler has been functioning perfectly and silently since the work was completed and Heatable were in touch soon afterwards to make sure we were happy.

Needed a replacement boiler as my 13 boiler was leaking and I decided it was past its usefulness. I researched a more energy efficient boiler and decided the best was a Worcester Bosch. Once I had checked out the price I looked for someone to supply and fit. The most competitive were Heatable who also had some excellent reviews. I went online at 16:00 and looked for a fitting date and lo and behold it was 9:00 the following day! I booked and paid for it and true to their word turned up with the boiler. Magnaclean and in-line water softener and fitted it in a few hours. Total satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend not just Heatable but the Worcester Bosch boiler.

Approaching Christmas with a 15 year old boiler constantly losing pressure and steaming like a power station, I decided to get a new boiler. My usual heating man couldn't help me until the New Year but he confirmed that the Heatable price was very good. I chose the first available date and received an e mail the day before advising me that the engineer would be there the next day at 8:00 am. He arrived on time, the new boiler arrived shortly after and he was finished and all cleaned away by mid afternoon. I had not appreciated that this involved quite a few changes to the system to meet new regulations. Thanks to Heatable I have a nice feeling of satisfaction that I did the right thing at the right time.

I have never used any service like Heatable's before but I can say I would absolutely recommend them having just had a combi boiler replaced yesterday using their service and installers. It was under 48 hours from ordering to completed installation. They made the whole boiler replacement experiance simple, the website is modern and easy to use and the ability to add extras etc is welcome as I needed some TRVs also. I also like their video content and reviews, really helpful. The speed at which they can work from ordering on the website to install itself is surprising and almost everything went flawlessly. Only one non critical part (a frame) didn't arrive on time but our installer worked around the issue to get the boiler installed on time. On the point of the installers they use we had Tommy our local Heatable installer and can I say he was EXCELLENT and an absolute credit to their company. An experienced professional who kept us updated from the evening before and on the day throughout the install, we were definately in safe hands. When there was one small issue with a part that hadn't arrived on time he worked around the issue without fuss nor panic and got everything done to his very high standards. Can I also send a shout out to Sophie on the web chat who helped me out during the booking, fast and efficient reply and service! 10/10 will use Heatable again and I would recommend them, you are in safe hands.

Needing a replacement boiler, I found out about Heatable UK after watching YouTube vlogger Cameron Gray’s 2 year old video about his use of them. It’s worth a watch. After a couple of conversations with their sales team, I discontinued my dialogue with some other local suppliers as Heatable UK impressed me most. This proved to be a great decision. They are price competitive (which is always attractive!) and the service they provide is exemplary. Right from the start, their sales and technical teams engage heavily with you to ascertain exactly what the best boiler is for your location and needs. You are asked to provide certain photos (of internal boiler location, external flue outlet location, etc) in order to help them guide you towards the most suitable brand and model for you. What is really attractive about Heatable UK is that, at no point throughout the process, do you feel under pressure from an intense sales pitch. They really do prefer to listen and help instead, which is delightful. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing mostly with user-friendly sales advisor, Jon Bailey, who epitomises his company’s strong customer satisfaction ethos. I had a pre-conceived idea of the boiler I fancied but, after analysis of my very awkward, high up, flue exit location, Jon (ably backed by his top technical team colleagues) determined that I would be much better off (literally) using a less expensive boiler that’s flue design would circumnavigate the problem. Top service!!

My new boiler installation was carried out on time and as per the agreed price. The boiler engineers were polite and courteous and explained the work they were going to do. Any complications were discussed with me and dealt with efficiently. Once the boiler was installed, the functions were explained to me and connected to my hive system correctly. They then dealt with the cleanser and inhibitor and fitted a carbon monoxide alarm. Once finished they then cleaned up my kitchen area and made sure I was happy with everything.

My boiler having died after 15 years there was no alternative but to invest in a new one. Heatable appeared during an online search and I found it very easy and straightforward to navigate the site. Good selection of boilers together with fixed prices and information stating what was included in the price. Different methods of payment was made clear. Having chosen my boiler a slot was arranged for 4 days later. On the day everything went according to plan and the engineer did a great job of installing and commissioning the boiler. Very happy with the team at Heatable and the whole procedure from start to finish.

So glad we decided to use Heatable to replace our boiler. The online survey and ordering process was straightforward. The boiler and materials required were delivered on the morning of the installation. The engineer arrived the same morning and carried out an assessment of the property. He advised that the boiler would not have been suitable for our home. He liaised with Heatable to rearrange the installation and adjust the order, etc. The whole process was efficient with excellent value for money. I was looking to install a new boiler. Eon with boxt was coming in considerably cheaper than British Gas. Looked into prices on Heatable for the exact same product (WB greenstar 4000 30kw). Rob in customer service was brilliant. Offered to price match the eon/boxt prices. And we chose Heatable as they were local to us. The online system was very easy to navigate, and everything up to picking what day you want the engineer to come out was faultless. There was a good selection of dates available; we could have had the next day, but had commitments, meaning we were only available at the end of the week. We received frequent contact about who our engineer was, what time to expect and what to prepare. Our engineer, Daniel Pratt was outstanding. I had contacted the previous evening to confirm that my out-of-hours communication reply was on time. He was exceptionally professional, looked after and treated the property with utmost respect. He was super conscientious as I had just walked in from a night shift, whilst my other half was around, if there were any issues. Did a really nice, outstanding job on taking our existing boiler out and replacing it with the new. Exceptional job done, especially considering it was a tight space. Then went on to explain everything and cleaned up really well afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend Heatable and Dan the engineer. Well done!

Heatable is an easy choice for a new boiler, straight forward online website with easy to navigate information. Picked and ordered after some research and decided to buy a Viessmann 050 boiler. Order was placed on Monday and it was delivered on installation day Wednesday morning. Robbie texted me to let me know that he was on his way, a really nice guy. Very friendly and did a great job with my boiler installation. Everything was done so smoothly and with care and attention to detail. Experience with HEATABLE was Awesome
I am absolutely delighted with my solar panel (13), battery storage and ev charger installation, which was completed over the weekend. Project Manager Team Leader Craig of Heatable was exceptional in securing the necessary DNO G99 approval, which takes weeks, but is essential for a system exporting to the grid. Craigs selection of regional installer Devon Renewables was quite magnificent as Steve (the one with the pointy stick) worked solidly over the weekend to complete the installation, both inside and up on the roof. As a chartered civil engineer I can only describe the installation as a work of art. I look forward to exporting many kWh's to the Grid. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Craig of Heatable and Steve of Devon Renewables for your solar panel, heat pump or boiler installations. Finally, I am most grateful to Andrew, specialist designer, in providing a top-notch fully integrated design, which is cost effective. I recently had a 24kWh Sigenergy Sigenstor home battery and gateway installed, and the entire process went smoothly. Josh from Heatable kept me updated at every step. After I placed my order, Heatable even offered a free gateway and reduced the price, which was a great surprise. The installation was carried out by VSL on behalf of Heatable. Despite facing challenges with the location I requested for the battery, the two installers worked hard and persisted until 9pm to get everything set up. The device looks fantastic and is working perfectly so far.

Needed a replacement boiler urgently,Heatable was a company that caught my attention while searching the internet, offering a reasonably priced new boiler with no hidden costs plus quick installation. Engineer arrived on the day that I had asked for installation.He fully checked out my old system, then he asked if he could start the installation on the next day , so I send yes. The new boiler was delivered later that day. Aaron and his co worker arrived early the following day, they installed my new boiler in record time, they both did a brilliant job between them and left the area spotless after completing the job. I recently had a boiler installed by Dan, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, Dan was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced in his work.
