I have never used any service like Heatable's before but I can say I would absolutely recommend them having just had a combi boiler replaced yesterday using their service and installers. It was under 48 hours from ordering to completed installation. They made the whole boiler replacement experiance simple, the website is modern and easy to use and the ability to add extras etc is welcome as I needed some TRVs also. I also like their video content and reviews, really helpful. The speed at which they can work from ordering on the website to install itself is surprising and almost everything went flawlessly. Only one non critical part (a frame) didn't arrive on time but our installer worked around the issue to get the boiler installed on time. On the point of the installers they use we had Tommy our local Heatable installer and can I say he was EXCELLENT and an absolute credit to their company. An experienced professional who kept us updated from the evening before and on the day throughout the install, we were definately in safe hands. When there was one small issue with a part that hadn't arrived on time he worked around the issue without fuss nor panic and got everything done to his very high standards. Can I also send a shout out to Sophie on the web chat who helped me out during the booking, fast and efficient reply and service! 10/10 will use Heatable again and I would recommend them, you are in safe hands.

The speed is incredible. I chose my package online, applied for finance, sent some pictures, had a little further discussion over email regarding details and I had a new boiler installed within 24hrs. Half price of what British Gas were quoting for the same job!

It was just 6 weeks ago that we started our journey with Heatable. We now have a great system installed with 20 panels and an Powerwall 3. It’s up and running and are really pleased with the performance and service that we have had from everyone along the way. It started with the system design and quotation stage with Paul. Very informative easy to talk to and a very competitive quote. Then Craig helped move us onto the next stage where the hardware was ordered and we were introduced to our installer Steve. The whole process has been very straightforward painless and things have happened all the way through on time every time. Highly recommended!!

Great Customer Service from start to finish.Easy on line app for the E- Survey if required.The installation team explained the process, from the removal to the installation of the new boiler.They explained the Worcester Bosch guarantee and certification. All my questions were answered in a polite and friendly manner and they left their work areas clean and tidy. Impressed with the speed they worked and left a very satisfied customer.

I ordered a new boiler from Heatable, from start to finish the process was easy and the people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The Engineer who installed the boiler, Dean, was probably the best tradesperson we have had in our home, and we've lived here 45 years. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even cleaned up after himself. Excellent service throughout the whole process. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The engineer Max was probably one of the best engineers I have ever had. His skills as a heating engineer, electrician, plumber, and brick layer were top notch, coupled together with his solutions mind was outstanding. Very very happy with the person sent. I was not too happy that I may have had to get a 22mm pipe running around my house, which I had accepted I had no chow, for Max to state it wasn't needed. So things started out on a positive. To make things even more challenging I had my boiler moved from the kitchen cupboard to the garage, with boiler removal freeing up a large cupboard and now a new kitchen cupboard too. He was extremely prompt onsite and cleared up everything as he was leaving. Still impressed with his brick work and pipe work, he takes pride in what he does. Working with Heatable from start to finish has also been a joy. A modern feeling company with a huge focus on the customer service (check out their social media). Pricing was better than all the quotes I had in and they were very responsive in "all" my questions - which there were many. All in all a very very happy customer. Friends are bored of me talking about this.

Pre-sales were excellent, really helpful, and clear. Having various finance options available is great, with a third up front and the rest over 4 years, 0% was super useful for me. The installation planning was great, and the boiler arrived on time. The gas engineer, Adam, had a van breakdown on the day and called me to explain, and we worked through various options, all aimed to give me the best outcome. We arranged a new day for the installation. The installation went well, and Adam kept me informed and explained how to use my new boiler. Thanks for the great service. Would recommend.

We found Heatable quotation tool online to be easy to use & understand. You could see straight away what the panels would look like on the roofs and they supplied a suggested panel quantity and value. We contacted them when we decided to proceed with several other providers, but they stood out for us. The sales person did not do a hard sale on us, but sent us various different configurations we could have and talked us through the options. We agreed to have 10 REA Power FUSION 2 REA-HD108N-C3-450 450W panels, 2 Battery Storage Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 8.0 (8.06kWh / 7.8kWh with 6kw inverter and a sigenergy gateway. We paid a deposit of 25% and was issued an insurance policy to cover this deposit. The surveyor said the house was ok to proceed. Heatable did all the application to Scottish & Southern Electric to get approval, & all the chasing, keeping us informed of progress. When we had approval they made a fitting date for the following week, the scaffolding arriving on the day before. The fitting team arrived on Wednesday morning and we were fully installed by Thursday pm. On Friday the electrician, Josh, came back and went through the installation in detail with us and has been on the end of the phone if we had any questions. We had one panel which had a scratch on it, which they changed immediately. Heatable helped us through obtaining the export numbers, providing documentation and have been there on the end of the phone anytime we’ve needed support. Cost as agreed.

Heatable were very informative and answer all my multiple questions timely, when I was ready to say let’s do it, they got me a installation date with a few days and the installers (J.Cook) arrived as planned and were equally helpful and efficient! Would had use heatable again and I’m saving up to do that (I’ve one roof still to fill with solar (just need to save up first!). 😎

Best price and good service. Needed to replace an old boiler and header tank with a new combi boiler. Went to website, chose my suitable boiler from a choice of good, better and best and chose an installation date. Liv emailed and kept in contact with any questions. Day before installation, was contacted by the installer, Kevin, who said he was coming tomorrow at 8 and a photo of him. Kevin came promptly at 8 and job was done by the end of the afternoon. Place left neat and tidy. Good job, well done. Thank you.

Heatable is an easy choice for a new boiler, straight forward online website with easy to navigate information. Picked and ordered after some research and decided to buy a Viessmann 050 boiler. Order was placed on Monday and it was delivered on installation day Wednesday morning. Robbie texted me to let me know that he was on his way, a really nice guy. Very friendly and did a great job with my boiler installation. Everything was done so smoothly and with care and attention to detail. Will be using Heatable and recommend to anyone that is looking to upgrade/service their boiler. Great service

Old boiler gave up the ghost last Friday. I contacted Heatable on the Saturday, and they responded very quickly as I needed reassurance and had a few questions. The process was very straight forward, from start to finish, all staff courteous and efficient. All I had to do was provide them with a number of photos of the old system and stuff to get the process going. So I committed to a new Worcester Bosch 4000 Greenstar, it was due to be fitted on the Tuesday, but I had a call saying it will have to be Wednesday 10/12 which was fine with me. The engineer, Jack, arrived early and had already started work as I had been walking my dog. Jack was industrious and his work first class cannot praise high enough, very professional and took pride in his work. All done by about 5.00 p.m., Jack explained how the new system works and other relevant things, plus left me with all relevant paperwork. I highly recommend Heatable, seamless process from start to finish and a new Boiler and a very reasonable price, just before Christmas.

Our old 19yr old combi boiler broke down so decided to purchase a new replacement. After seeing adverts on TV & looking online chose this company. We ordered on the Wednesday a Worcester Bosch combi boiler & 2 days later it has been fitted & all old taken away. I was nervous using an online retailer for something as important as a boiler but I need not have worried. Competitive price and good website, not much help in choosing but I knew what I wanted anyway. Easy to deal with all the way through, online booking and payment was simple, they even split the bill for me over 2 cards. Installation slots available in as little as a day although it suited me to be a few days later. Engineer - Ionut communicated well, arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, skilled and tidy. Installation was no issue. Up and running by mid afternoon. Overall great experience

The quote was fully inclusive of all works needed to be done. The install date was the next working day, and the installer was fast, clean and professional throughout, staying late to ensure the job was complete and everything was fully understood before he left.

I had my Alpha boiler installed by Jonny, what a great guy and very professional in his work. Jonny was busy the whole day and everything change he made or something he thought I should be aware of he took the time to take a photo and explain what he had done. So all in all I am really happy with the boiler so thank you Heatable and Jonny for the great work.

Heatable were great! Great customer service and great installation! My boiler was failing, and it was quite stressful to make a decision. Then I finally looked at Hestable. Excellent support and advice throughout! By Monday evening I had decided and paid, by Thursday the boiler was fully installed! The technicians came at 7.50am and by 1pm they had fitted the boiler, flushed all my old radiators, explained everything and that's it - sorted!

From start to finish it was straight forward and efficient. The engineer was superb and professional. The workmanship and knowledge was evident. Quick and mess free at completion. Cheapest quote and 3k cheaper that other quotes recieved. Made what i thought would be a nightmare new boiler installation a smooth operation. Boiler is a winner too, bosch all the way
