From start to finish I was kept informed and i bearly did anything ( other than a few coffees), the service from the heatable team was fantastic I would recommend in a heartbeat, it's a refreshing change for me to have 100% confidence in the workmen that did my install from scaffolding to commissioning the install I am so happy 😁

After some issues with getting quotes, and having an order postponed by a rival company 2 days before Christmas I was not sure what to expect. I hoped the good reviews for Heatable would back up my decision and they did. The boiler replacement was completed on time, the engineer Ryan was great, and when I did call heatable after placing the order they were very friendly, efficient and no nonsense. I will use again.

I can truly refer the service from Heatable. I was provided information, and support in sorting out the finance for the boiler (which was a very simple process and completed and reviewed within 24 hours). The ease of booking the install was again easy and hassle free. The turn around is very quick (within 48 hours) and when the installer arrived he conducted himself professionally and his work was to a very high standard. He cleaned up after himself and the service throughout was faultless.

From the technician appointment to finish an excellent service. Replacement combi fitted same day by very competent, Clean and tidy installer, all waste removed . The quoted price very competitive with no additional fees, and the benefit of 6 months interest free credit, hard to beat

From start to finish I found Heatable a very good company to deal with, even with a few months delay on my part they were very good, when it came to to the wiring up & commissioning the sparks are 1st class if I ever moved again I’d definitely give them my next instal, I’m very happy with my instal.

The initial hurdle of our installation date being moved twice left us without hot water or heating for a lot longer than initially expected. People at heatable were in contact with us and really went out of their way to resolve this as quickly as possible. The installation took a day and no mess was left anywhere, the plumbers did a really good and tidy job with it. We went for Valiant ecoTec plus and the plumbers really knew this boiler in and out and I can't recommend them enough. Far better price and experience than dealing with local plumbers directly.

Heatable was super efficient and helpful. Easy comms and people who understood our needs for an urgent new boiler. The contractors they used, local to us were fantastic. Very professional and helpful and really went above and beyond to ensure we had working heat and hot water. Excellent service and good value also.

I've just had a combi boiler installed and my previous open vented system removed. My fitter was Mohammed who I cannot praise enough having experienced a few issues with previous plumbers. He was polite, very professional and tidy and worked non stop for two full days. The Heatable website quote was very easy to use and there were no extra costs. I would definitely recommend them and should I need to, would use them again.

I needed a new boiler when my old one was condemned by my service engineer. This was a condensing boiler so we had no heating or hot water. We were expecting cold weather and we had been told a new boiler could not be fitted until the following week. Luckily I came across a web page that offered purchase and fitting of boiler within 2 days. I got a quote for a boiler and fitting saving me over £400 off my first quote for Same boiler fitted within 2 days. I accepted straight away. The fitters name was Ashley and he arrived punctually explaining clearly what he was going to do. I found him to be very friendly and carried out the work diligently and left the house very clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend the company for the service and purchase of boiler

I found the website very easy to navigate. Lots of choice, lots of information available. Help there if you need it. No pushy salesperson. The end (fitted) price clearly visible from the start. It was easy to book installation on a date that suited me. The fitter arrived on time; I even knew what he looked like as they provided a picture of him before the day so no chance of inadvertently letting someone else in. The fitting went without any problems; he was very polite and courteous and obviously very competent and knowledgeable in his profession. I wouldn't have hesitated in recommending their services. A+++++ from start to finish.

My old (very) boiler finally died on Saturday 14th February. By Wednesday 18th February I had a new, much improved boiler installed and fully operational. The whole process with Heatable was fast and efficient. I had a detailed conversation with the Salesperson on Sunday and received a quote which showed, in full, what I would be receiving. The price was very competitive; much less than others I had been given. A word about the engineers who carried out the installation. They let me know in advance when they would arrive and arrived on time. They were very polite , friendly and hard working. They also stayed late into the evening dealing with an air blockage and wouldn’t leave until I had heating restored. I was very grateful for this as I have a baby granddaughter in the house. Would highly recommend.

I have done a combi boiler from heatable and process went very smoothly. Engineer's who did the job, were very helpful. They have gave us right advice about related issues in our radiators. Great job 👍

We enjoyed excellent customer service from Heatable, plus a very reasonable price for a new boiler plus fitting. Our fitter, Harley, was lovely, got the whole job done in 4 hrs (including removal of the old boiler) and gave us some advice about the oddities of our heating/hot water system. Would recommend Heatable to anyone.

It was easy to arrange the installation of our new boiler, and the cost was very reasonable. Veron, the installer, was excellent and did a very thorough job, and was very helpful, explaining everything about the boiler. He even stayed late to ensure we had hot water for the evening before returning to finish the rest of the job the next day.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process were very helpful and made the install seamless. Install day was great. The whole team worked very hard and the work was complete in a day. (14 panels and Alpha battery) I found the price very competitive and chose heatable over the large energy company that I work for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend heatable and will use them again when I'm ready to expand the battery storage. A Big thanks to everyone involved.

Installation was a breeze the fitters were very well organised and quick again very helpful nothing was too much and explained in layman terms how to operate the system If your looking for a no nonsense company I highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for renewables or replacement Boilers to look no further !

Booked a new boiler and install for the following day when out boiler broke. Technician was very helpful, tidy and installed without any fuss.
