Quite glad to have chosen heatable and associated supplier Ashby Eco for their quick and efficient work even if slight issue. They resolved the issue and took full responsibility to complete the work at earliest opportunity.

Heatable weren't the cheapest quote we had, nor the most expensive, but they understood what I wanted and came up with a design to match. (The G99 application took a while to come through but that's not their fault...), Their installers Rollings Renewables were very good - easy to deal with, tidy and made a really nice job: much neater than other solar installs I've seen. Overall: very satisfied.

Solar install by Heatable. The quote was simple to set up and they helped us explore options before making a decision. Once we knew what we wanted the process was easy and explained clearly to us every step of the way. Install was prompt and completed to a high standard. Everyone involved knows their stuff and takes the time to explain things which we really appreciated. Great company to use would highly recommend.

I chose Heatable to install Solar PV, Battery storage and an EV charger at my new property. The whole installation from start to completion was completed in under two days. The quality of the work is excellent and staff were professional and friendly. All liaison with the Local grid supplier was promptly concluded. Ordered a new gas boiler online which included a fixed price quote and picked a convenient date for the install. The gas engineer phoned the day before to confirm time he would arrive and was spot on. The install went to plan with Russell suggesting an improvement to the original install which means the waste water pipe is within the house and I will not have the issue of a freezing pipe outside and the heating not working. Russell was a pleasure to have in the house with the job completed by early afternoon. He explained the controls on the new boiler before leaving. Thank you Russell and Heatable. Great company which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very comprehensive information provided on the system and all the components. Expansive quotation with a number of options for consideration. Very knowledgeable people to help select the right system, for the on-site survey and during the installation. People all very courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. First class installation, extremely pleased with the way the installation was carried out. Highly satisfactory to have everything demonstrated as fully functional before any of the installation team left the site. The system is fully compatible with Octopus which is helpful in exploring new tariffs. The scaffolding costs applied were incorrect as the team decided that it was not necessary to have scaffolding on both sides of the roof. After discussion the costs were reduced. The scaffolding took a few weeks to be removed, but had any problem occurred it would have enabled an easy fix.

Painless, easy process from first contact to final commissioning of the system. From scaffolders, solar panel installers and the battery and gateway electrical installer, all were on time, courteous and professional. Really pleased with the system which is up and operating giving me clean grid free electricity.

From start to finish the experience has been excellent. Good communication. Great workmanship. Cannot find fault.

I couldn't be happier with heatable.co.uk for my solar and battery system installation! From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. A huge shout-out to Isabel who was an absolute star – she responded to all my emails super quickly, even after months of my various questions. She was consistently friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to deal with. Hannah also deserves a special mention for efficiently arranging JDM Earth to carry out the installation. Speaking of JDM Earth, they were fantastic! I checked their five-star reviews online before agreeing, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. The entire installation was seamless. The heatable.co.uk website itself made the planning stage a breeze. It was so easy to use, letting me figure out how many panels would fit on my roof, and any tailored adjustments I requested were handled perfectly by Isabel. And let's not forget their YouTube channel – it's brilliant! The videos are not only informative but also genuinely funny and incredibly well-edited. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience!

Went through several quotes and although Heatable wasn't the cheapest option it was by far the best option with 0% finance and Maddie and John on the phone were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. So often the sales people as so blasé about selling you items... a boiler is a significant purchase for most, they treated as such, there was no pressure for any additional extras and it was all sorted within a short time. The next morning the boiler arrived and the plumber arrived as it was being delivered. Our plumber James has done a great job and it's all working fine. All in all, I would recommend Heatable.

Battery and EV charger. Everything was smooth and straightforward from the quote to install. The website had well-laid-out and relevant information with which to be informed. I appreciated speaking with knowledgeable staff for the quote and sales process. Price appeared to be fair, although that’s not really the point of this review. (I had another quote which was lower, but they would not meet my needs, as in how/where the battery would be installed). Scheduling and coordination with UK Power Network were streamlined. The actual install was contracted out, I believe, but they were a good selection by Heatable; these guys knew their stuff and were a pleasure to have working in my house.

From the beginning of my order their communication and advice was great. Their engineer turned up on time. He (Gordon) was very polite. His remit was to dismantle the old boiler and replace it with the new boiler. Our boiler is in a cupboard at the top of our stairs. First thing he did was make sure our stairs and top landing was protected by covers. During the installation of the new boiler, he discovered that the existing gas piping did comply with the regulated standards. This meant that the pressure was below the required standard. So he had to replace the gas piping. Which entailed drilling through the wall at the front and rear of the house. He also had to crawl under the floor to make the appropriate connections. Nothing phased him, he took it all in his stride. I cannot praise him highly enough. He went out of his way to ensure the installation was compliant. He even vacuumed the stairs. I am a very satisfied customer.

Jordan came to do the job for Heatable and we were so impressed and happy with the installation. Very professional, tidy and efficient they were able to deliver our installation in a remarkable time frame removing all of the old equipment without any fuss. Nothing was to much and they fitted our new boiler taking into consideration our family requirements. Would definitely recommend Heatable to family and friends and also Jordan Parks gets a five star from us all day long.

There's a reason Heatable has the reputation that it does. Everything is by the book. No cutting corners. All relevant documentation required for future selling your home. I nearly went with a cheaper company, they had no accreditation but assured me it was no longer necessary (specifically MCS). Octopus did something where they no longer required MCS for exporting...I don't know if that's still the case. But it didn't matter, our home insurance requires it. You might save a few quid going cheaper, but ultimately, you'll probably require something the cheaper company skips out on and you'll end up regretting it. The scaffolding and roofers and electrician were all premium service. I'm not in the trade world, but they were so precise with everything. All very polite and friendly. All cleaned up their mess and took it away with them - instead of leaving loads of cardboard/plastic everywhere. When it comes to your home, I think you need to make sure you do everything correctly. Heatable just makes it super easy.

When searching for the right company to install a boiler, I was hoping to find a decent company who would give me the knowledge of their expertees. So far so good. Within days the boiler was installed. The installer was efficient, arrived on time and his work was continuess until he had finished.

After having a bad experience with a solar install back in 2016, i decided i wanted to go with a larger company and one with a great review score, and Heatable ticked both boxes. Heatable didn't disappoint either, offering a great deal on Tesla Powerwall 3s and excellent pre-sales journey. I was supper happy i went with them (up to this point) What i didn't appreciate at the time is how Heatable works compared its competitors; Heatable is a boiler and renewable sales company, but they don't have their own engineers, instead relying on 3rd Party installers. I didn't initially see that as being a problem after watching their youtube install videos, until it was. Heatable installed a Powerwall 3 for me back in November 2024 and it went well, then on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 they sent their contracted installers back to add a DC expansion battery. During the install some issues came up, but the engineer left and I though all was well, that was until 7pm when the lead Powerwalls drained to 0% (ignoring the reserve), then shutdown and went into battery fault mode. It appears a critical step didn't happen during the install, which is the 2 Powerwalls must be synced, by running a calibration step to balance out their state of charge. If this doesn't happen, then one battery can complete discharge to 0% before the other and the the system will enter a battery fault state. Well that is exactly what happened! I've had a nightmare experience with my Solar panel installation with Heatable. I ordered in February of this year, got the G99 approval in March, installation scheduled for early May. 29th July my solar installation is still not complete. The installers heatable used for my installation completely messed up the first attempt to install my panels. Smarter Utility. The first installation was a complete disaster. 24 panels with 64 slate fixings. The fixings were found by me not to have been fixed into the roof trusses and the rubber exterior covers on the brackets were also flapping up and down when windy. Smarter Utility had to come back and remove the full roof installation, fit 330 new slates where the 64 rail brackets were incorrectly placed with no fixings to the roof trusses. The brackets were screwed through flimsy sarking boards. The second attempt went as per the heatable YouTube video on the correct way to fit the bracket and rail system o. However I found that heatable had supplied me 2 different panels. I had ordered 24 450w Rea panels but found before 2nd installation that I had 4 450w panels and 20 440w panels. 40mm difference in length between the 2. The second install was done 4 weeks ago, but I'm still waiting on the bird mesh to be completed. I only got offered £250 compensation for the whole debacle. This equates to a measly 1.5% of the cost of my package. My experience with both Heatable and Smarter Utility has been very poor.
