I wanted to replace my old combi boiler and decided to get quote from Heatable. They were very professional throughout process of giving me a quote, suggesting combis that would suit my house, and no hard sell. I chose the day I wanted combi installed and engineer tuned up on time and fitted new boiler. He talked me through new controls and was friendly and helpful. First class service. Would highly recommend this company

Heatable was great for my solar installation! They have the top kit and are very responsive to emails. I got the Alpha ES system, which is affordable but looks very smart. From start to end, my 16-panel solar installation took a month. It was installed by Biotech Renewable, who were great as well. There were no shortcuts, etc. I had to use panels on a flat roof, and they absorbed any additional costs for them.

I had my new boiler fitted this morning and what can i say what a great job and company Heatable are cleaned up after and informed me of everything i needed to know my whole experience from first telephone call to finish of job first class thank you.

Just had a battery & solar install carried out by Heatable, overall I am very impressed with the team. The initial quote and ordering stage was extremely simple, with regular updates from them regarding the DNO approval and ETA for the Powerwall. The installation team turned up on time and did a very neat and tidy job, couldn't really ask for anymore, would highly recommend Heatable to anyone looking for a battery/solar solution. It also helps that they provided the cheapest quote as well providing a great level of service.

Simply the best ! Replaced an old boiler ( over 30 years old) all new pipes etc , no hidden costs, no hard sell ! Excellent service from start to finish! From my first enquiry to installation! The company delivered an outstanding professional service, the team/ CEO should be so proud! Mihah was here till 10pm the first day getting the boiler up and running for me. Came back to complete the job a couple of days later (was a big job also included full deep flush and 9 trv valves). Very happy he was lovely he kept the areas clean and left it all clean. Very happy with the finished product

I found Heatable to offer a great service and would not hesitate to recommend.... From a price that I could not find cheaper to excellent customer service, the gent who fitted the new boiler was friendly and courteous, and turned up on time, he talked us through the new boiler controls with the Hive app. Very happy to recommend Heatable, how companies should work.

Steve & Chris were fabulous, following what could have been a very tricky job Steve and Chris found a solution and got straight to work , started early and finished late the first day , completely finished on the second day, extremely respectful and very tidy. Excellent communication with both sales and the site engineer. Timings all worked perfectly fitting in with the school run. The site team were great. Really polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. They took all old parts an packing with them also which was great! They explained the boiler guide and helped down load the correct app to my phone to enable me to remotely control the heating system. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

Our boiler decided enough was enough and being in the month of February it was urgent it was replaced. I found Heatable online, the website was informative and a call to the office enabled me to talk through my options and order a new boiler to be fitted 2 days later. Also, an offer of 4 years interest-free credit and a 12 year warranty on the new boiler were offered in the deal. The boiler was delivered early on fitting day and Iso the plumber was soon removing the old boiler and installing the new one. He was a joy to have in the house, thorough with his work and great to chat with. He made sure everything was in place and we were happy with the new system and how to set the heating modes. All around a great service and I would not hesitate to recommend Heatable for your new boiler replacement...

The two engineers arrived on time and as soon as the supplies arrived, they worked continuously. They were fast and professional. When they had finished they took all the items associated with the old boiler, cleaned all the areas they worked in and showed us how the boiler worked. Extremely satisfied with them and would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service from the moment I met Ben @ Heatable. Great price. Excellent Product. SigEnergy battery is working as I expected. Installer explained everything and just a few minor adjustments, exactly how I wanted it. Followed Heatable on YouTube for a long time. Knew they were the Installer for me.

Our old boiler packed up in November, After searching on internet .l found Heatable , who after speaking to them was given a various quotes,l was given helpful advice on what I needed,and what was our best option.l accepted the Quotation which was better than I expected. 2 days later the engineer we had arrived with all the new boiler and materials.Steph our engineer, was polite, friendly, and very efficient and very knowledgeable. Our new boiler was fitted where we asked for it to be, new piping where required, the system was the filled then the Boiler was lit and all necessary tests performed . Steph came back following morning to make sure everything was okay, she ran through all the instructions again to make sure that we understood everything but if we had issues later just to call. I would recommend this company and Certainly recommend our Engineer.

Fantastic all round. So simple to pick our boiler and book the installation on a date that worked for us. Communication was great before the install date and Greg our engineer was brilliant on the day. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Heatable's price competitiveness was excellent and they were very helpful in configuring the type of layout I wanted. They also removed the burden of submitting G99 application for DNO approval off my shoulders. Four courteous and friendly installers from Electrical Innovations (Derby) installed the roof panels, battery storage and the rest of the electrical system. They did a super efficient, clean and tidy installation finishing with an overall overview of the systems functions.

Every contact with this company at every level was a joy, they listened, helped and all knew their product. Everything worked as it should and the engineer who installed the new boiler was also first class. I have now used them again on another property. They are the Octopus Energy of the heating world!
