Boiler replacement - Worcester Bosch Greenstar 2000 24 kW. The website was easy to use, and the communication and support offered via email were excellent. After choosing the right boiler, the work was scheduled and completed within days. The engineer was excellent - would definitely use again. The boiler works well.

We had a new central heating system with Hive controls installed this week. Heatable’s engineers were absolutely excellent, bang on time, very professional, extremely polite and the quality of the work and installations is superb. Price and quality are great. Office backup staff were very hands-on and made sure everything went to plan. All in all, a five-star company.

First class service from start to finish, Heatable made everything easy from choosing a boiler to financing it and arranging installation. We were kept updated on the progress regularly and were made aware of the engineer coming. We had Roy and his Son replace our boiler, and they were true professionals. Nothing was too much, and they kept the house tidy and secure the whole time. They were respectful to my dog and family, and I would honestly recommend them to anyone. So far, so good with the installation. Everything looks bang on, so I don’t foresee any issues, but I do feel confident in the unfortunate event that an issue occurs, it will be dealt with quickly.

They were extremely helpful pre-sales over the chat function and helped me compare to a competitor. What swung it for Heatable over a large competitor was the friendliness of people answering my queries, range of boilers, payment options, and just that friendly touch with all of it. Also, the Which accreditation really informed my decision, too. Really easy to submit photos pre-install using your phone, and then a follow-up pre-install to confirm all is good. The engineer was friendly, professional, and thorough, and walked me through a few things. Just had a follow-up call from Sonia to ensure all is okay as well! Already recommended Heatable to a friend who has purchased now too!

I was recommended Heatable by my brother, who had just had solar panels installed. A simple online questionnaire gave me an approximation, which, after a follow-up phone call, was reduced by £250. The price was agreed, and the installation 10 days later. Scaffolding was erected as planned, and 9 am next morning the installation team arrived. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Then we had a problem. The Tesla battery supplied was faulty, which in no way was Heatable to blame. Heatable obtained a new battery and arranged to return on my next available day, which was 5 days later. New battery fitted and everything is working far above my expectations. Since getting up and running, I have not used any electricity from the grid, and I am well pleased. I only have a small suitable roof for panels, so I could only fit 6, but they are working superbly. I would recommend Heatable to anybody without hesitation.

We had a new Worcester Bosch 400 boiler fitted today and our overall experience was excellent, great service and the Gas fitter John was absolutely amazing 🤩 great overall experience and we would highly highly recommended using Heatable. Thanks for everything. 👏👏

I used Heatable to replace a 1980’s conventional boiler and cylinder and header tank with a combi, moving boiler to airing cupboard. Heatable do what they say on the website. Online booking was easy. You need to upload some photos which helps if you have a smart phone. Pricing was competitive and there are a few discounts if you ask. The online price was the price charged - there were no extras. The only additional expense was for a replacement insert for a hot water tap in the bathroom, which could not cope with the increased pressure. I did this myself. Before the installation, Heatable contacted me to run through the details and make sure enough parts were ordered in especially for the flue to give flexibility for the install. The engineer, Shaun, arrived as planned and completed all the work in two days. He removed old lead pipework, cyclinder, an old steel tank, the header tank, and even made a new access in the downstairs floor so he could remove the old pump which was under the floorboards. The new boiler was fitted in the old airing cupboard and flue installed through loft and roof. All pipework was neat and walls and roof sealed. He was very thorough and I was amazed at the amount done in two days. It’s early days but the boiler, Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 30kw, is performing well - much better than the old system

Engineer finished a perfect job in only one day, changing system to combi boiler. Arranged to choose a boiler model avoiding scaffolding. Engineer managed to connect to our WiFi thermostat Engineer Mindaugas Mandeika was simply perfect

I needed a new boiler so I did the usual thing and shopped about. Having spoken to numerous companies Heatable stood out from the rest . I have experienced unbelievable service my allocated engineer (Dan) turned up on time , talked me through the boiler installation process , exceptionally clean worker , patiently talked us through the operation of the boiler and didn't leave until he was sure we could operate and schedule the new boiler (Worcester green star). Overall it was an excellent service. Easy to use website and very competitive prices. Email correspondence was prompt throughout keeping me informed of all details. Adam, the engineer, arrived as planned and installed the boiler and some radiator TCVs. I was very satisfied with the work carried out. On this experience I would definitely recommend Heatable.

I chose Heatable because Which? recommended them. I had reservations because they were online only and weren’t going to do a site visit, but I trust Which?, so gave them a chance. The Heatable staff were friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The engineer was great too, he was friendly, efficient, talked through every thing with me and left the room as he found it. The service I received was faultless.

I’m over the moon with the install of the Tesla powerwall 3. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. Excellent service from start to finish! The team were able to make some last minute changes to ensure I received the correct products and best service. A complex boiler replacement was done within 1 day and the team were incredibly professional and proactive. I gladly leave reviews but genuinely recommend this team to anyone who is seeking an excellent service at a fair price. No complaints! I also got a free Hive system.

The product arrived on time, and the engineers who installed the boiler were highly qualified. They not only set up the Wi-Fi connectivity but also performed an initial checkup of both the heating and water systems in the house. Additionally, they cleaned up the old boiler and the surrounding area after the installation.

From the moment we placed the order, heatable made expectations. They dealt with questions we had, communicated clearly and followed up when needed. On the day of installation, the process was smooth with clear discussion and feedback. The fitter did a great job and ensured we were satisfied eith everything.

Really happy with the whole experience. I was nervous about about the install in particular but all aspects have been well communicated and a quality install with quality products. I found Heatable to offer a great service and would not hesitate to recommend.... From a price that I could not find cheaper to excellent customer service, the gent who fitted the new boiler was friendly and courteous, and turned up on time, he talked us through the new boiler controls with the Hive app. Very happy to recommend Heatable, how companies should work.

Steve & Chris were fabulous, following what could have been a very tricky job Steve and Chris found a solution and got straight to work , started early and finished late the first day , completely finished on the second day, extremely respectful and very tidy. Excellent communication with both sales and the site engineer. Timings all worked perfectly fitting in with the school run. The site team were great. Really polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. They took all old parts an packing with them also which was great! They explained the boiler guide and helped down load the correct app to my phone to enable me to remotely control the heating system. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

From the outset the team were fantastic. We were not sure we could have the unit where we wanted but Jon took all the details and photos , spoke to the engineer and called us back promptly. The whole process was super easy and Paul even called to move the date as he wanted to make sure an engineer who is used to our type of house could do the installation. He even responded to my 10pm email asking to make sure they are here by 9am the next day as we had appointments we had forgotten about. Installation was done really well and we are very pleased with the unit. Thank you!

Very easy and considerate company to deal with. Communication and planning has been excellent. Solar panal and battery installation just completed.
