Our old boiler packed up in November, After searching on internet .l found Heatable , who after speaking to them was given a various quotes,l was given helpful advice on what I needed,and what was our best option.l accepted the Quotation which was better than I expected. 2 days later the engineer we had arrived with all the new boiler and materials.Steph our engineer, was polite, friendly, and very efficient and very knowledgeable. Our new boiler was fitted where we asked for it to be, new piping where required, the system was the filled then the Boiler was lit and all necessary tests performed . Steph came back following morning to make sure everything was okay, she ran through all the instructions again to make sure that we understood everything but if we had issues later just to call. I would recommend this company and Certainly recommend our Engineer.

Fantastic all round. So simple to pick our boiler and book the installation on a date that worked for us. Communication was great before the install date and Greg our engineer was brilliant on the day. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Heatable's price competitiveness was excellent and they were very helpful in configuring the type of layout I wanted. They also removed the burden of submitting G99 application for DNO approval off my shoulders. Four courteous and friendly installers from Electrical Innovations (Derby) installed the roof panels, battery storage and the rest of the electrical system. They did a super efficient, clean and tidy installation finishing with an overall overview of the systems functions.

Every contact with this company at every level was a joy, they listened, helped and all knew their product. Everything worked as it should and the engineer who installed the new boiler was also first class. I have now used them again on another property. They are the Octopus Energy of the heating world!

Nice tidy installation carried out. The operation of the boiler fully explained. The area was left clean and tidy with all rubbish plus the old boiler removed.

Fair price for the boiler and all of the bits that are covered in the purchase as part of the installation. Replacing a twelve year old Heat Line not in production anymore. Prompt installation within a week of purchase and the chap who came to fit it, Tom, was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to get our Worcester Bosch fitted quickly. Love a service where you get what you pay for.

From my first phone call to the installation and after care Heatable were Top class great communication and instructions gave me an appointment that suited me and on the installation day Simon was keeping up to date with every part of the job he was a very experienced tradesman and his work was so clean and tidy I would recommend Heatable and Simon to anyone who wants a rolls Royce service of boiler installation and fitting.

I’ve just had solar and a battery fitted by Heatable . I have to say from start to finish the service and quality of the work has been amazing. I’ve thought about getting more panels fitted with battery storage for a while and I’m so glad I went with Heatable. Initial quotes were delivered quickly and once agreed upon I was kept well informed They arranged the scaffolding which was installed exactly when they said it would be. The lads who did the actual install Bradley, Max and Steve did a really neat job. Explaining things to me along the way. After the installation my app login and next steps were clearly explained. All in all a fantastic and easy experience from start to finish. A great company with friendly and very knowledgeable people. If you are thinking of Solar I wouldn’t hesitate and get in touch with Heatable for a 1st class service.

Simon and Chris turned up and got stuck in straight away , they had the work done very quickly with no issues, they took the time to show us how to set the app up and how the battery works , you wouldn't have known they were there ,very clean and tidy, They even texted the following day to make sure everything was up and running and that we were satisfied with both the work carried out and the battery. Great work ethic by Ionut. Arrived at 8am and did not stop until the job was done to his high expectations. Cleaned up afterwards and went through everything with us, from the boiler functions to the controller. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

So I thought it all seemed too good to be true as the price was cheaper then anywhere else and they could install very quickly which made me nervous but turns out I had nothing to worry about! Service has been great throughout and really easy so takes all the stress away!

Complex install of Gas boiler needing roof access but Heatable did an amaing job and got me a great deal with the boiler itself. No need to look for another provider.

The Engineer arrived on time and they handled the work professionally. Also made arrangements of using the Loft boards on the extension roof. This helped us avoiding the hassle and cost of acquiring a scaffolding for the Flue fitting on the roof. Have been using the Viessmann Combi boiler now for about close to 3 months without any issue. Would recommend Heatable to any prospective customers as we received the best service and price from them.

I had 22 REA solar panels with 10Kw battery storage installed by Heatable, and I can confidently say it was the best experience from start to finish. From making an enquiry about purchasing a new combi boiler to fitting it really could not have been made easier. Rob my contact on the customer services line was excellent and ensured I had the right boiler for me. The fitter was most helpful in contacting me the day before the fitting to give a more precise time of arrival. On the day he did everything that was expected and delivered it in a professional/friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as a company that offers value for money, speedy service and is very professional in all areas that I have come into contact with.

Contacted Heatable back in October to enquire about a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. The renewables team were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. After placing my order they kept me informed of progress with the required G99 application and once it had been received they were able to schedule the installation in a reasonable timeframe. There was a hiccup on the week of the planned install with their sub-contractor letting us down with just 3 days notice, despite the job being planned several weeks in advance. Heatable were brilliant and managed to find a different installer who stepped in at short notice and did the work on the Saturday as originally planned. It took him longer than expected so he returned on Sunday to finish the job off. On the Sunday we noticed that the Gateway unit door was not sealing correctly and as it is located outside it needed sorting. The installer said he would contact Heatable the next day and sort out a replacement. He then called to say he would return the following weekend with a replacement. A few days later I noticed that the PW3 was not working as expected, so I contacted the installer. Even though the replacement Gateway door was delayed, he still came on the following Sunday and made some adjustments to the system to get it working correctly. He has promised to swap over the Gateway door as soon as it arrives. I would have no hesitation recommending Heatable to anyone looking at battery storage systems.

Very Happy with Boiler and the installation. The engineers were great, they talked me through all the steps and explained exactly what they needed to do. Before the installation, I asked Heatable a few questions and they answered straight away on the online chat and email. I was impressed on how easy it was to arrange online and was installed within 2 days. Also one of the engineers offered us a heater when we had no hot water. Thanks Heatable! I had so much trouble with my old boiler so decided to get a new one. Didn’t know a decent boiler engineer in my area so turned to the internet. Wow didn’t realise how many companies there was selling boiler packages, so turned to trustpilot ratings as I have done many times before, and found Heatable who was also backed by Which. The process was so easy with all the information you needed to pick the right boiler for you property and at a all in fitted price. Booked for a day I was free, got an email the day before stating who the engineer was and what time he would be there. The boiler was delivered that morning to my house, Kane the boiler engineer turned up with his brother and started to remove the old unit, all in all, dust sheeted/boiler out/new boiler in minimal fuss up and running in less than a day. Went through all the boiler controls and paper work, tidied and cleaned. Job done, fantastic service and would recommend to anyone, well done Heatable.

New boiler fitted today. Absolutely excellent from beginning to end, choosing the right boiler for me and arranging to be fitted the next day. Our fitter was amazing (Dan) quick, efficient, and cleaned up at the end. Made sure everything was working correctly, and explained everything. A new boiler is a big decision, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who is unsure. Thank you Heatable

Will from Heatable went above and beyond with our boiler installation this month (May 2025). Moving from an old back boiler to a combi was a lot of work but everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly, leaving us very impressed with his expertise and dedication to every element of the job. We cannot thank Will enough for his kindness with our pets, even when one of our cats decided to use one of his work sheets as a bed.
