Pre-sales were excellent, really helpful, and clear. Having various finance options available is great, with a third up front and the rest over 4 years, 0% was super useful for me. The installation planning was great, and the boiler arrived on time. The gas engineer, Adam, had a van breakdown on the day and called me to explain, and we worked through various options, all aimed to give me the best outcome. We arranged a new day for the installation. The installation went well, and Adam kept me informed and explained how to use my new boiler. Thanks for the great service. Would recommend.

British gas quoted us 3k+ and was a total nightmare trying to get anywhere with. I decided to try Heatable and it was such a breath of fresh air. Heatable & E-Verve were great! I had some challenges we faced such as changes to number of panels as we couldn't reliable tell until the date of installation how many panels would fit, but communication between the two parties was great. And they did their best to fit as many as possible. The installation was great and the team completed it in one day, they were super friendly and left no mess. I had some issues with Alpha & their software but the team at Heatable were quick to resolve this for me, even on a Friday! And when I had many questions they were happy and quick to answer them. They might be a more premium quote, but you get what you pay for, support from multiple teams, high quality kit installed and helpful aftercare! I would absolutely recommend.

From the outset the team were fantastic. We were not sure we could have the unit where we wanted but Jon took all the details and photos , spoke to the engineer and called us back promptly. The whole process was super easy and Paul even called to move the date as he wanted to make sure an engineer who is used to our type of house could do the installation. He even responded to my 10pm email asking to make sure they are here by 9am the next day as we had appointments we had forgotten about. Installation was done really well and we are very pleased with the unit. Thank you!

Heatable is an easy choice for a new boiler, straight forward online website with easy to navigate information. Picked and ordered after some research and decided to buy a Viessmann 050 boiler. Order was placed on Monday and it was delivered on installation day Wednesday morning. Robbie texted me to let me know that he was on his way, a really nice guy. Very friendly and did a great job with my boiler installation. Everything was done so smoothly and with care and attention to detail. Replace conventional boiler with combi

I used Heatable to replace a 1980’s conventional boiler and cylinder and header tank with a combi, moving boiler to airing cupboard. Heatable do what they say on the website. Online booking was easy. You need to upload some photos which helps if you have a smart phone. Pricing was competitive and there are a few discounts if you ask. The online price was the price charged - there were no extras. The only additional expense was for a replacement insert for a hot water tap in the bathroom, which could not cope with the increased pressure. I did this myself. Before the installation, Heatable contacted me to run through the details and make sure enough parts were ordered in especially for the flue to give flexibility for the install. The engineer, Shaun, arrived as planned and completed all the work in two days. He removed old lead pipework, cyclinder, an old steel tank, the header tank, and even made a new access in the downstairs floor so he could remove the old pump which was under the floorboards. The new boiler was fitted in the old airing cupboard and flue installed through loft and roof. All pipework was neat and walls and roof sealed. He was very thorough and I was amazed at the amount done in two days. It’s early days but the boiler, Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 30kw, is performing well - much better than the old system

The whole process, from selecting a boiler online to fitting, was as easy as 1,2,3. Ordered on Saturday completed on Tuesday. Matt, the engineer, called the day before to clarify a few details. He arrived early on the day and talked me through the fitting. The boiler arrived by courier an hour later. All done by mid afternoon and he left the place clean and tidy. Communication with Heatable was swift and clear and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. A seamless, painless process. Excellent.

Through the process of initially contacting Heatable, at all stages I have had good communications with the team at Heatable and then their selected partners for the actual installation and commissioning. I selected Heatable for a GivEnergy AIO with Gateway for my home. I already had Solar PV with its own inverter and a FiT meter and a Ohme ePod EV Charger which is integrated with Intelligent Octopus Go. The time taken by the DNO to approve the design and issue the G99 took only slightly less than stated, but during that wait, Heatable kept me informed. We exchanged information about my setup including photos and that made the whole process including the installation very smooth. Heatable answered my questions and the estimated time to install (half-a-day) was accurate.

From Sales team Scott who was so knowledgeable to Tom the installation/booking team they made it a seamless process. Most importantly the Engineer visit Dan who was so efficient in his work. I recently had a boiler installed by Dan, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, Dan was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced in his work. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything in a clear and honest way. The installation was done efficiently, with real attention to detail, and Dan made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He even tidied up so well you wouldn’t have known work had been done! The new boiler runs smoothly, quietly, and much more efficiently than the old one — a noticeable improvement already. I really appreciated Dan’s workmanship and the pride he takes in doing a job right. I’d highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality boiler fitting. after reading reviews and comparing products and prices we decided on heatable and placed an order a couple of months in advance with full payment, just before installation we notice heatable had reduced their price and contacted them and we received a no quibble refund for the difference, I also had a query about the boiler I had ordered which was explained without any jargon, the people at heatable were very polite and helpful. The day of installation went very smoothly as planned, the engineer {Simon} was very pleasant and respected my property, upon completion he explained the controls, and left everything clean and tidy. all in all we are very pleased and glad we choose heatable

Needed a replacement boiler urgently,Heatable was a company that caught my attention while searching the internet, offering a reasonably priced new boiler with no hidden costs plus quick installation. Engineer arrived on the day that I had asked for installation.He fully checked out my old system, then he asked if he could start the installation on the next day , so I send yes. The new boiler was delivered later that day. Aaron and his co worker arrived early the following day, they installed my new boiler in record time, they both did a brilliant job between them and left the area spotless after completing the job. My new solar panel installation.

I was recommended Heatable by my brother, who had just had solar panels installed. A simple online questionnaire gave me an approximation, which, after a follow-up phone call, was reduced by £250. The price was agreed, and the installation 10 days later. Scaffolding was erected as planned, and 9 am next morning the installation team arrived. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Then we had a problem. The Tesla battery supplied was faulty, which in no way was Heatable to blame. Heatable obtained a new battery and arranged to return on my next available day, which was 5 days later. New battery fitted and everything is working far above my expectations. Since getting up and running, I have not used any electricity from the grid, and I am well pleased. I only have a small suitable roof for panels, so I could only fit 6, but they are working superbly. I would recommend Heatable to anybody without hesitation.

Very poor installation, one comlete failure, then re-install. 2 different panels sent for install. 5 months duration and still not completed.

I've had a nightmare experience with my Solar panel installation with Heatable. I ordered in February of this year, got the G99 approval in March, installation scheduled for early May. 29th July my solar installation is still not complete. The installers heatable used for my installation completely messed up the first attempt to install my panels. Smarter Utility. The first installation was a complete disaster. 24 panels with 64 slate fixings. The fixings were found by me not to have been fixed into the roof trusses and the rubber exterior covers on the brackets were also flapping up and down when windy. Smarter Utility had to come back and remove the full roof installation, fit 330 new slates where the 64 rail brackets were incorrectly placed with no fixings to the roof trusses. The brackets were screwed through flimsy sarking boards. The second attempt went as per the heatable YouTube video on the correct way to fit the bracket and rail system o. However I found that heatable had supplied me 2 different panels. I had ordered 24 450w Rea panels but found before 2nd installation that I had 4 450w panels and 20 440w panels. 40mm difference in length between the 2. The second install was done 4 weeks ago, but I'm still waiting on the bird mesh to be completed. I only got offered £250 compensation for the whole debacle. This equates to a measly 1.5% of the cost of my package. My experience with both Heatable and Smarter Utility has been very poor.

I always look at reviews, always, it gives the customer so much more information to go on when making the right decision. Was it the right decision this time? ABSOLUTLEY! I contacted Heatable through their website and received a call from Scott, who talked me through my options. We have just moved into a new property and the boiler was 30 years plus old. It still worked, but wasn't a Combi Boiler which I wanted. Talking through the options with Scott, I had previously made a choice on the boiler I wanted, but there was the same make for a little more money which had a 10 year guarantee instead of 7 years, so I went with that purely for piece of mind I had a call from a lovely young lady called Naomi who arrange everything for us, the appointment was set and the engineer booked in and she made everything simple and easy to understand in the process of how things would be done Our engineer was a lovely guy called Dave and he was with us for two days He arrived on time and sent us a text message before hand to say what time he would be with us It was VERY WARM in our loft, where the old boiler was and the new one being fitted, poor guy must have lost a stone in weight up there! Dave fitted the boiler and new flue, laid brand new pipework in the loft space and actually THOUGHT about things! No "Ahhh its a loft I will just lay this here", no, a very considerate job, with the workmanship being top notch and once everything had bee
