Had a replacement upgraded boiler the Worcester 4000. We booked it up online after some research. Just a few days after booking Richard our plumber turned up on time. A polite young man with noticeable vast experience. So quick removing old unit got the waste took away. Then got stuck into the fitting after boiler being delivered. Lovely neat pipework and fitted into a small space with flu going out of property all to legal requirements. Fitted all the accessories in the kit magnetic filter. Flushing system. The carbon monoxide detector. And temperature thermostat in hallway. Cleaned up after him showed me how it works and what I needed to know. And thermostat settings. Couldn't believe how quick it was installed. Highly recommend. Finally registered the boiler for warranty. And we signed all necessary paperwork on his PDA. Wonderful job Thanks for a professional corgi registered plumber and Heatable. Hopefully the aftercare is of high standard also. Many Thanks. Robert (homeowner). Retired.

This is our second time to use Heatable. From initial contact to completion of work, all excellent. Heatable phone conversations and emails were clear, concise and helpful. The two engineers who came out completed the installation same day. They work hard, swiftly, tidly and answered all questions. Fabulous!

Perfect job in all respects, from initial contact and survey through to installation and subsequent support. That was for 16 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. Everything was done on time and very efficiently, with the sort of people we were happy to have around the house and garden. Even subcontractors such as the scaffolder were very well chosen. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Heatable again.

I needed to replace an old and inefficient boiler that was constantly leaking. I had heard good things and read various excellent reviews of Heatable which is why I decided to use them. The online ordering process was very straightforward and the price quoted was very reasonable. The installer arrived exactly at the time agreed on the installation date. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and completed the work to a high standard. I now have an efficient cost-saving boiler and a much warmer house. The whole process from purchasing to installation has been amazing. I can highly recommend using Heatable..

We found the staff at Heatable incredibly helpful. They quickly sourced the correct combi boiler we required to replace our old one. They were able to accept the photos they needed via What's App and were efficient at sorting the engineer and delivery of the boiler, all of which arrived promptly at the appointed time despite the dreadful weather. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable and when he discovered a slight gas leak next to our meter, swiftly organized a member of the Gas Board to come out and rectify the situation within an hour. All the parts provided by the firm were of good compatability and made for the whole process to take place with great efficiency. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Heatable installed storage batteries and integrated them into our existing PV system of solar panels. They also replaced our existing inverter and installed a charging point for electric vehicles. The various members of the Heatable staff that we encountered couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process, especially when various problems needed to be solved along the way. They were always very responsive when queries arose and were willing to spend time talking us through things. The installers turned up on time, were helpful, polite and friendly, cleared up after themselves, and did the job efficiently and well.

Many thanks for installing additional panels. Everything was ideal from start to finish. Installers were a great bunch of lads, very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Heatable for solar panel installation. The process is straightforward, and you are kept well informed. The making good was perfect and all debris was removed. Very impressed.

Our boiler needed replacing it was old and would trip out twice a week. We’ve been meaning to get it replaced over the last few years but the thought of getting someone in to quote and then to do the install was very off-putting. One Friday we found heatable and within 5 minutes we had a quote which was the figure we was expecting. A few days later we had a very polite gentleman arrive to replace our boiler. When finished the engineer left the place clean and was an absolute pleasure to have in our house. I highly recommend this service if you’re looking to replace your boiler

Heatable were simply outstanding.. assisted our family to get a new boiler and some much needed heat… the engineers Lee & Dan were brilliant, a lovely installation (pipework that ran up through the airing cupboard was perfect) and all installed and running in one day which was very convenient for us… would highly recommend as we couldn’t be happier thanks to the Heatable team. New boiler fitted today. Absolutely excellent from beginning to end, choosing the right boiler for me and arranging to be fitted the next day. Our fitter was amazing (Dan) quick, efficient, and cleaned up at the end. Made sure everything was working correctly, and explained everything. Will from Heatable went above and beyond with our boiler installation this month (May 2025). Moving from an old back boiler to a combi was a lot of work but everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly, leaving us very impressed with his expertise and dedication to every element of the job. We cannot thank Will enough for his kindness with our pets, even when one of our cats decided to use one of his work sheets as a bed.

British gas quoted us 3k+ and was a total nightmare trying to get anywhere with. I decided to try Heatable and it was such a breath of fresh air. Super simple online with transparent prices and you can book it yourself. Our installer Stephanie was brilliant, did a perfect job and cleaned up everything afterwards. All for over 1k less than BG quoted us. Couldn't be happier.

Heatable made installing a solar battery so easy! From start to completion the communications were exemplary. Heatable did everything they said they would and it all happened on time and at the price quoted: no surprises, no disappointments. The installer was very good. Robbie did a good work. He was skilled, polite, answered questions, kept me informed. I couldn't have gotten a better installer absolutely a 5 star experience. Besides that the price for the product and installation I think was very good.

Can’t recommend more highly, a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to an installed boiler and Hive system. Friendly, professional and no pressure sales. Combine this with the best price we could find and interest free credit, our new boiler is only costing a fraction more to what we were paying for our old boiler maintenance plan! 10 year warranty also included. HEATABLE system to combi conversion. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so smooth that I just had to. The installer on the day who for works on behalf of heatable has been amazing. His installation of a combi boiler conversion was nothing short of flawless. All done in a single day. The pipes, electricity, and the outside flute all done with skill and precision. He went above and beyond at being helpful, explained everything and kept the work area spottles. He has his own company - CHELU PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. So look him. Boiler broke down on Tuesday so bought new boiler on Wednesday got it fitted on Thursday. Fantastic service.

Excellent communications, professionalism and service from initial enquiry through to install. Would highly recommend this company to all - the install team also did our EV charger too previously and did an outstanding job then as well. My overall experience was a very positive one. I had a new boiler installed. My engineer Paul was really helpful, friendly and highly competent. He arrived very early and worked hard to ensure the boiler was installed and working efficiently. He's great at finding solutions if problems arise. Paul is a massive asset to Heatable.
