Heatable were extremely efficient and polite. They did as promised on time without any hiccups, which in this current climate, is something to behold. The fitters were first rate and provided information where required leaving our premises neat and tidy.

The team were fantastic from day 1, friendly and knowledgeable. They guided me through the process with skill and care. They would receive 6* if it were an option. GREAT JOB!

From cold to cosy and conventional to combi in forty-eight hours! After booking the installation of our Worcester-Bosch boiler on December 1st, Veaceslav and Sergio from Heatable arrived well within the scheduled window on the 3rd. They were highly professional, very respectful of our home and worked efficiently and tirelessly to swap an ancient, ailing conventional boiler with a modern, efficient combi boiler. Veaceslav was very responsive to the many questions that we had, so the entire process was as smooth and as painless any such installation could be. Having dealt with a fair share of central heating engineers, many of whom fell well short of expectations in terms of transparency and quality of work, we had begun to despair. Dealing with Heatable has restored our faith that companies which 'do exactly what it says on the tin', still exist. The Which? Trusted Trader endorsement was a significant factor in the decision to 'press the button', and the service we received exceeded our expectations.

The team at Heatable have been excellent throughout the entire process, from helping with system design and selecting the right setup to arranging the installation. A big shoutout to Simon and Chris at SR2 Renewables who carried out the installation. They were a fantastic team who went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed as neatly as possible, keeping me fully informed at every stage. I would happily recommend Heatable and SR2 Renewables to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

Marcin arrived on time and got going straight away. When told of the problem with fitting the flue he just got on with the job and fixed it. Fitted the boiler in no time at all and explained everything to me. Customer service also need a mention and are very helpful. Great company.

Purchased the Vaillant boiler due to my old one breaking down. Decided to upgrade to a Combi boiler. I have a 4 bed Edwardian house with 2 bathrooms, the improvement is amazing. I was initially worried about the water pressure, I didn’t need to as it’s now fantastic. Absolutely brilliant experience with Heatable from start to finish. Easy to understand which boiler to purchase, secured installation booking date quickly. The installation team were brilliant, tidy, helpful and great communication. We had a boiler crisis a few weeks before Christmas. Our old boiler had a critical defect that was not capable of being repaired. I contacted Heatable and found them very easy to deal with. We agreed on a replacement boiler, and it was fitted and working within one week. Their fitter was fantastic, so helpful and professional. We were in safe hands! Highly recommended.

Lewis who installed the boiler really impressed and did everything possible to ensure the job was done to a good standard, he was also very knowledgeable and kept us informed along the way (especially with the hive which was a pain to connect). ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS SERVICE. Had a boiler leaking and not repairable. Got quotes from elsewhere, then I came across Heatable boilers. Their prices were what you would expect for a boiler replacement and they had slots available on my day off. I booked a slot on Friday and by Tuesday it has been fitted in and running. Their installer Ashley was a top rate engineer and completed the job flawlessly. He answered any questions I had and demonstrated how to used everything. He was very friendly and professional. Let me start by giving some background. I had an old system boiler with a water tank in my flat. After doing some research, I contacted Heatable to upgrade the system to a combi boiler. They asked for a few photos and sent a gas engineer the very next day to assess what would be required. After inspecting the setup, it became clear that installing the new boiler in the same location wasn’t possible due to flue length and other technical restrictions. We therefore agreed to relocate the boiler. Two days later, Heatable contacted me with a revised quote, which represented a significant increase of around 30%. After some discussion and back-and-forth, we eventually agreed on the final price. A few days later, the same engineer returned, accompanied by a helper and an electrician, and the work began. The installation took a day and a half and involved extensive copper pipework, soldering, and PVC pipes running through the ceiling. The boiler is now installed and working like a Swiss clock. I’m extremely happy with the results. They are not decorators, so there is still some internal finishing work for me to do—some minor painting and a few little drywall repairs. That said, overall, choosing Heatable was an excellent decision. I was expecting far more disruption after relocating the boiler, but that wasn’t the case at all. The team was professional, careful, and respectful of the property. It wasn’t an easy job, and it certainly wasn’t cheap, but I would definitely recommend

Heatable installed my Tesla Powerwall 3 battery yesterday. Throughout the process, they acted promptly and kept me updated. It took a while because of the burocracy involved in getting permission from the National Grid. The system is up and running. Heatable previously installed a heat pump for me which also works perfectly.

My solar energy system comprises of 20 Fusion-ii 460W PV panels, 1 Tesla Powerwall 3, 1 Tesla battery expansion pack and a Tesla Gateway. The purchase and installation was without problems and very professional. Heatable are very responsive to communication and the installation work is of a very high standard. The installer was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Heatable also publish plenty of very informative YouTube videos which really helped my understanding of solar energy systems and options. Will recommend heatable to anyone considering a solar energy system.

Heatable Scheduled my boiler replacement for a Saturday morning, on the Friday i got an email to say who the engineer was and another for the delivery of new boiler, low and behold the engineer arrived on time and just as the old one was taken off the wall the new one arrived, perfect. the engineer Glenn was very methodical and worked very clean clearing old parts away and tools that he was not going to use again, once the installation was finished all rubbish was removed and everything cleared away, water and gas back on check for leaks they hey presto ignition boiler in service mode, then the heating came on and hot water, fantastic after a week without either, Cannot thank Glenn enough would highly recommend him and use for further work and the Heatable team for organizing it all. You could say I'm very pleased with Heatable experience and happy customer

New boiler installation .Truly a fantastic service - website is great and the people who work there are even better - Ruby in customer care was and absolute superstar and should be recognised and rewarded according - the engineer ,Miguel was just what you want from someone who is going to be in your home for the day - super friendly , tidy , really fast and clearly an expert in his field - we had no heating or hot water and from point of contact to everything up and running was just over 24 hours - don’t even bother wasting time thinking of anyone else when you need a new boiler❤️🤩

The quote was fully inclusive of all works needed to be done. The install date was next working day and the installer was fast, clean and professional throughout, staying late to ensure the job was complete and everything was fully understood before he left

They phoned at time of arrival and said they would be a little late.(30 mins). When they arrived they started immediately worked all day for a very long day neatly and quietly. At the end of the day (8 pm) every thing was in and working and every thing cleared away. There was a lot to clear away. They instructed me on the boiler, working fine. Then they left quietly. Almost a anti climax. Which is exactly what you need. Thanks very much.
