Needed a replacement boiler urgently,Heatable was a company that caught my attention while searching the internet, offering a reasonably priced new boiler with no hidden costs plus quick installation. Engineer arrived on the day that I had asked for installation.He fully checked out my old system, then he asked if he could start the installation on the next day , so I send yes. The new boiler was delivered later that day. Aaron and his co worker arrived early the following day, they installed my new boiler in record time, they both did a brilliant job between them and left the area spotless after completing the job. Two great professionals well done guys. Id’e like to thank Heatable for making things happen so quickly. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs a new boiler or a boiler service. Thanks again.

I was recommended Heatable by my brother, who had just had solar panels installed. A simple online questionnaire gave me an approximation, which, after a follow-up phone call, was reduced by £250. The price was agreed, and the installation 10 days later. Scaffolding was erected as planned, and 9 am next morning the installation team arrived. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Then we had a problem. The Tesla battery supplied was faulty, which in no way was Heatable to blame. Heatable obtained a new battery and arranged to return on my next available day, which was 5 days later. New battery fitted and everything is working far above my expectations. Since getting up and running, I have not used any electricity from the grid, and I am well pleased. I only have a small suitable roof for panels, so I could only fit 6, but they are working superbly. I would recommend Heatable to anybody without hesitation.

Very poor installation, one comlete failure, then re-install. 2 different panels sent for install. 5 months duration and still not completed.

I've had a nightmare experience with my Solar panel installation with Heatable. I ordered in February of this year, got the G99 approval in March, installation scheduled for early May. 29th July my solar installation is still not complete. The installers heatable used for my installation completely messed up the first attempt to install my panels. Smarter Utility. The first installation was a complete disaster. 24 panels with 64 slate fixings. The fixings were found by me not to have been fixed into the roof trusses and the rubber exterior covers on the brackets were also flapping up and down when windy. Smarter Utility had to come back and remove the full roof installation, fit 330 new slates where the 64 rail brackets were incorrectly placed with no fixings to the roof trusses. The brackets were screwed through flimsy sarking boards. The second attempt went as per the heatable YouTube video on the correct way to fit the bracket and rail system o. However I found that heatable had supplied me 2 different panels. I had ordered 24 450w Rea panels but found before 2nd installation that I had 4 450w panels and 20 440w panels. 40mm difference in length between the 2. The second install was done 4 weeks ago, but I'm still waiting on the bird mesh to be completed. I only got offered £250 compensation for the whole debacle. This equates to a measly 1.5% of the cost of my package. My experience with both Heatable and Smarter Utility has been very poor.

I always look at reviews, always, it gives the customer so much more information to go on when making the right decision. Was it the right decision this time? ABSOLUTLEY! I contacted Heatable through their website and received a call from Scott, who talked me through my options. We have just moved into a new property and the boiler was 30 years plus old. It still worked, but wasn't a Combi Boiler which I wanted. Talking through the options with Scott, I had previously made a choice on the boiler I wanted, but there was the same make for a little more money which had a 10 year guarantee instead of 7 years, so I went with that purely for piece of mind I had a call from a lovely young lady called Naomi who arrange everything for us, the appointment was set and the engineer booked in and she made everything simple and easy to understand in the process of how things would be done Our engineer was a lovely guy called Dave and he was with us for two days He arrived on time and sent us a text message before hand to say what time he would be with us It was VERY WARM in our loft, where the old boiler was and the new one being fitted, poor guy must have lost a stone in weight up there! Dave fitted the boiler and new flue, laid brand new pipework in the loft space and actually THOUGHT about things! No "Ahhh its a loft I will just lay this here", no, a very considerate job, with the workmanship being top notch and once everything had bee

Recently had 10 solar panels and a tesla powerwall3 installed by Heatable. The whole process was completely hassle free, everything happened on time on budget and exactly as they said it would, I would certainly use Heatable again. JDM Earth were on site to do all the electrical work and installation, they are very friendly and work to a very high standard, I am impressed with the performance of the whole system and so happy with the whole experience.

I recently had a 24kWh Sigenergy Sigenstor home battery and gateway installed, and the entire process went smoothly. Josh from Heatable kept me updated at every step. After I placed my order, Heatable even offered a free gateway and reduced the price, which was a great surprise. The installation was carried out by VSL on behalf of Heatable. Despite facing challenges with the location I requested for the battery, the two installers worked hard and persisted until 9pm to get everything set up. The device looks fantastic and is working perfectly so far.

They were extremely helpful pre-sales over the chat function and helped me compare to a competitor. What swung it for Heatable over a large competitor was the friendliness of people answering my queries, range of boilers, payment options, and just that friendly touch with all of it. Also, the Which accreditation really informed my decision, too. Really easy to submit photos pre-install using your phone, and then a follow-up pre-install to confirm all is good. The engineer was friendly, professional, and thorough, and walked me through a few things. Just had a follow-up call from Sonia to ensure all is okay as well! Already recommended Heatable to a friend who has purchased now too!

First class service from start to finish, Heatable made everything easy from choosing a boiler to financing it and arranging installation. We were kept updated on the progress regularly and were made aware of the engineer coming. We had Roy and his Son replace our boiler, and they were true professionals. Nothing was too much, and they kept the house tidy and secure the whole time. They were respectful to my dog and family, and I would honestly recommend them to anyone. So far, so good with the installation. Everything looks bang on, so I don’t foresee any issues, but I do feel confident in the unfortunate event that an issue occurs, it will be dealt with quickly.

I had an old boiler replaced at a fixed price, no hidden extras. It was good to talk to the very pleasant but not pushy office staff, they recommended the perfect boiler for my needs, I didn’t feel rushed into the purchase, they gave my lots of their time and listened to me, then kept me informed every step of the way. I ordered Saturday and had the boiler installed on Tuesday, the perfect day for me. The engineer was pleasant, hardworking and did a very clean job. The old boiler and all rubbish was removed

Experience with HEATABLE was Awesome
I am absolutely delighted with my solar panel (13), battery storage and ev charger installation, which was completed over the weekend. Project Manager Team Leader Craig of Heatable was exceptional in securing the necessary DNO G99 approval, which takes weeks, but is essential for a system exporting to the grid. Craigs selection of regional installer Devon Renewables was quite magnificent as Steve (the one with the pointy stick) worked solidly over the weekend to complete the installation, both inside and up on the roof. As a chartered civil engineer I can only describe the installation as a work of art. I look forward to exporting many kWh's to the Grid. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Craig of Heatable and Steve of Devon Renewables for your solar panel, heat pump or boiler installations. Finally, I am most grateful to Andrew, specialist designer, in providing a top-notch fully integrated design, which is cost effective. Excellent communication with both sales and the site engineer. Timings all worked perfectly fitting in with the school run. The site team were great. Really polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. They took all old parts an packing with them also which was great! They explained the boiler guide and helped down load the correct app to my phone to enable me to remotely control the heating system. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

Heatable weren't the cheapest quote we had, nor the most expensive, but they understood what I wanted and came up with a design to match. (The G99 application took a while to come through but that's not their fault...), Their installers Rollings Renewables were very good - easy to deal with, tidy and made a really nice job: much neater than other solar installs I've seen. Overall: very satisfied.

The engineer that has serviced my boiler for years has retired. So I needed to find another one. Heatable installed my new boiler last year and did a first class job so I thought I would give them a go. I didn’t want to enter into a service contract with monthly payments. I booked an appointment. The engineer called on the morning to give me an approximate time. Everything was okay. Warranty up to date.

A seamless experience in my solar installation with Heatable from start to finish. They answered all my questions and got back to me quickly to all emails. Was a little worried that they contract the installation out but I needn’t of worried as the installers (J.D Allen) were also spot on and also deserve a mention, as were the scaffolders who had a tricky job. After our boiler broke down the previous week, I shopped around before discovering Heatable. Not only was the quote the cheapest, it also offered more for your money than British Gas – included full system flush; magnetic filter; carbon monoxide alarm; 10 year guarantee – all extras with British Gas. Lead time for supply and installation was amazing – next day! Our installer, Sandeep Singh was friendly, courteous, extremely tidy and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heatable to anyone needing a new boiler. Well done!

I was looking to install a new boiler. Eon with boxt was coming in considerably cheaper than British Gas. Looked into prices on Heatable for the exact same product (WB greenstar 4000 30kw). Rob in customer service was brilliant. Offered to price match the eon/boxt prices. And we chose Heatable as they were local to us. The online system was very easy to navigate, and everything up to picking what day you want the engineer to come out was faultless. There was a good selection of dates available; we could have had the next day, but had commitments, meaning we were only available at the end of the week. We received frequent contact about who our engineer was, what time to expect and what to prepare. Our engineer, Daniel Pratt was outstanding. I had contacted the previous evening to confirm that my out-of-hours communication reply was on time. He was exceptionally professional, looked after and treated the property with utmost respect. He was super conscientious as I had just walked in from a night shift, whilst my other half was around, if there were any issues. Did a really nice, outstanding job on taking our existing boiler out and replacing it with the new. Exceptional job done, especially considering it was a tight space. Then went on to explain everything and cleaned up really well afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend Heatable and Dan the engineer. Well done!

I cannot praise this company too highly. Their quote for a new installed Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 was considerably less than other companies' quotes; the speed with which they arranged for replacement of the old boiler and installation to be carried out was mere days; their communication was excellent (almost to the point of being irritating!) and Dave, who carried out the work was polite, very considerate, got on with the work with no fuss, and answered questions helpfully and understandingly. Of course, the proof of how effective the newly installed boiler will be remains to be seen, but I am assured that, if there are issues, they will be dealt with quickly and unfailingly by the company.
