I had heard of Heatable through a utube spectialist Gary Does Solar. I was very impressed with the sales team Andrew who walked me through all the options. The design was not fixed and could be modified during the DNO waiting phase. I was pleased to see my deposit was also placed in a protected scheme without me asking. Similar to landlord deposit protection. After the follow up site survey, i decided to increase my battery capacity as the cost were reduced as scaffolding was not required as my solar panels were installed on garage roof. Anna heatable kept me upto date every few weeks while we waited for DNO to confirm the Export limit (6 weeks). Once the limit was confirmed, site installation dates were offered. They kept intouch and reminded day before. On the day, two team were on site. With Spencer heading the battery install and network cable connections, followed by the solar roofing team . Both teams were informative and offered improvements to inital plan or seeked approval where change was required in cable routing or panel postions. Spencer and his team walked me through the sigenergy /enlighten applications and confirmed solar and battery useage though the apps . They left site tidy and all cables were neatly installed and well clipped. Would recomend .

After years of disservice from my boiler cover and having no hot water or heating for the last 9 days after multiple replacement parts I opted for new boiler after recommendation from the insurers engineer. I looked at a few companies and heatable came out the cheapest. A range of boilers to suit all budgets and one fixed price including parts and fitting and few extras thrown in for free including reconnection of my hive system. So easy to book and setup finance if needed. Was booked in for next day and all the engineer needed was a few photos. Engineer (Sulayman) turned up early next morning as promised. He was very pleasant and got on with job right away and was finished within 5 hours, explained everything before he left and I now have hot water and heating. Would highly recommend.

Let me start by giving some background. I had an old system boiler with a water tank in my flat. After doing some research, I contacted Heatable to upgrade the system to a combi boiler. They asked for a few photos and sent a gas engineer the very next day to assess what would be required. After inspecting the setup, it became clear that installing the new boiler in the same location wasn’t possible due to flue length and other technical restrictions. We therefore agreed to relocate the boiler. Two days later, Heatable contacted me with a revised quote, which represented a significant increase of around 30%. After some discussion and back-and-forth, we eventually agreed on the final price. A few days later, the same engineer returned, accompanied by a helper and an electrician, and the work began. The installation took a day and a half and involved extensive copper pipework, soldering, and PVC pipes running through the ceiling. The boiler is now installed and working like a Swiss clock. I’m extremely happy with the results. They are not decorators, so there is still some internal finishing work for me to do—some minor painting and a few little drywall repairs. That said, overall, choosing Heatable was an excellent decision. I was expecting far more disruption after relocating the boiler, but that wasn’t the case at all. The team was professional, careful, and respectful of the property. It wasn’t an easy job, and it certainly wasn’t cheap, but I would definitely recommend

Heatable installed my Tesla Powerwall 3 battery yesterday. Throughout the process, they acted promptly and kept me updated. It took a while because of the burocracy involved in getting permission from the National Grid. The system is up and running. Heatable previously installed a heat pump for me which also works perfectly.

My solar energy system comprises of 20 Fusion-ii 460W PV panels, 1 Tesla Powerwall 3, 1 Tesla battery expansion pack and a Tesla Gateway. The purchase and installation was without problems and very professional. Heatable are very responsive to communication and the installation work is of a very high standard. The installer was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Heatable also publish plenty of very informative YouTube videos which really helped my understanding of solar energy systems and options. Will recommend heatable to anyone considering a solar energy system.

New Boiler Install
Heatable Scheduled my boiler replacement for a Saturday morning, on the Friday i got an email to say who the engineer was and another for the delivery of new boiler, low and behold the engineer arrived on time and just as the old one was taken off the wall the new one arrived, perfect. the engineer Glenn was very methodical and worked very clean clearing old parts away and tools that he was not going to use again, once the installation was finished all rubbish was removed and everything cleared away, water and gas back on check for leaks they hey presto ignition boiler in service mode, then the heating came on and hot water, fantastic after a week without either, Cannot thank Glenn enough would highly recommend him and use for further work and the Heatable team for organizing it all. You could say I'm very pleased with Heatable experience and happy customer

New boiler installation .Truly a fantastic service - website is great and the people who work there are even better - Ruby in customer care was and absolute superstar and should be recognised and rewarded according - the engineer ,Miguel was just what you want from someone who is going to be in your home for the day - super friendly , tidy , really fast and clearly an expert in his field - we had no heating or hot water and from point of contact to everything up and running was just over 24 hours - don’t even bother wasting time thinking of anyone else when you need a new boiler❤️🤩

Ordered a new boiler from Heatable after being let down by another company. The website made the process look incredibly simple, but I tend to be sceptical about things these days that straightforward and quickly become a mess to arrange. So with that in mind I was delighted to find that Heatable were exactly as simple and reliable as they appear. We completed the short questionnaire on their website to determine what size boiler we needed and when then presented with a selection of appropriate boilers with the pros and cons of each explained. We chose the interest free credit option which was quickly sorted out online also. In total the whole process took around 30 minutes. This was a Saturday afternoon and we chose the following Tuesday as the installation date. I received a phone call Monday morning confirming everything and then a text message Monday evening and another Tuesday morning from the installer to confirm what time they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite and friendly throughout, answering all the questions I had, and when they had finished removed all the mess and cleaned up properly. All in all it was a very positive experience. It's only a shame that they only do boilers so I hopefully won't be needing their services again for another 15 years or so.

Ordered new boiler, from a wide choice offered,on the Saturday and had the boiler installed on the following Wednesday.The fitter arrived promptly at 8.00am and carried out all the required work, quietly and efficiently.The installation was installed by midafternoon, the fitter took time to explain the operation of the boiler and also the Hive control system linked to my mobile phone.He was very patient explaining the variou functions and removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy.I would thoroughly recommend Heatable as an installer and in particular the fitter that installed the boiler.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Didn't have to lift a finger as Heatable customer service organised everything from sending the boiler quote, placing the order to installation. Guys who came to install were no hassle got on with the job. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I would have still been without hot water and heat if I had not taken advice given to me by the customer services staff who were outstanding as they explained things very clearly on the phone and then followed it up by an email . Thank you very much for sorting me with a boiler, house is now very warm and cosy. Will definitely recommend Heatable to my friends and family.

The heatable web site gave a very comprehensive quote of what was suitable for our home. We compared the recommendations and quotes with those of British Gas who did a visit and Heatable’s prices were hundreds less plus the boiler was warranted for not 5 years as quoted by BG but 10 years. We also had the option to spread the cost via interest free payments due 2 years which was also very easily arranged. I decided to strike while the iron was hot, so seeing that a possible install date was the next day we went ahead and booked. In less than 24 hours our boiler has been replaced. Kane and his team worked hard and completed the install before 4 pm in the afternoon. A steaming bath was had shortly after they left and the house is toasty. Incredibly quick turnaround with care and attention to detail. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend to anyone, for cost effectiveness and customer service.
