The solar panels have been running for only a few hours and everything use great! The fit and finish of the work was great and the products were exactly as advised! The install took one day longer than expected due to an issue that arose from no fault of their own. They were incredibly helpful though and and worked around my schedule to make sure it got installed in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend. Easy to contact and kept me informed of every step as it was progressing.

Excellent work and Company, the engineer arrived prompt at time stated, for my new boiler to be installed. He was very conscientious with his work and tidy. He did not have a break all day, I was very impressed. When the job was finished he explained all the paperwork and went through the new boiler with me as it was a different make to my old one. It is a bit of a minefield choosing a boiler and company but I am very pleased I chose heatable. They have had good reviews and which rated plus blue-light endorsement so for me it was a good bonus. The customer service is excellent too and I was kept informed all the way through the process. I will definitely refer the company to anyone I know who is looking to replace their boiler. Very good. Very competitive quote and any concerns I had with the proposed installation were discussed and explained to myself. On the day the new boiler arrived exactly to time and the fitter worked incredibly hard to install the boiler, complete the system cleanse and a few extra bits and pieces I had requested. It was all balanced and tested before he left. Very pleased!

After our boiler broke down the previous week, I shopped around before discovering Heatable. Not only was the quote the cheapest, it also offered more for your money than British Gas – included full system flush; magnetic filter; carbon monoxide alarm; 10 year guarantee – all extras with British Gas. Lead time for supply and installation was amazing – next day! Our installer, Sandeep Singh was friendly, courteous, extremely tidy and quick. The engineer that has serviced my boiler for years has retired. So I needed to find another one. Heatable installed my new boiler last year and did a first class job so I thought I would give them a go. I didn’t want to enter into a service contract with monthly payments. I booked an appointment. The engineer called on the morning to give me an approximate time. Everything was okay. Warranty up to date.

Dan installed new boiler, filters, flue, etc. Hot water and heaters checked. Boiler system and settings well explained. Place left clean and rubish taken. Old boiler, pipes or flue were leaking, now stopped. Thank you

Heatable recently completed my solar panel and battery installation, and overall I'm very pleased. The full turnaround time was around 5 weeks - which is very good considering all the variables involved - and the actual on-site installation was impressively completed in just one day. The contractors were polite, friendly, and professional. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

The team arrived on time, The install of the Powerwall 3 battery and gateway was a smooth operation from start to finish. I'm very happy with the work that was carried out.

New boiler installed in half a day. Together with Hive. Engineer had a few issues with existing pump and hive connectivity which he took responsibility to sort out. Heating back on and delighted to be in a warm house again! Overall an excellent job. Great communication from their office staff too, Gabby was very helpful and patient.

5th boiler installed by heatable and yet again superb service. This was fitting a tenanted house and even though we didn't attend the tenant was very pleased with the way in which the work was carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I think I may have said this before but it's a shame that more companies aren't run like them.

Andrew, Boiler and parts arrived in good time. Andrew is clearly a very experienced gas technician as he explained the day and kept me informed periodically. Having removed the old boiler and fitted the new, the boiler was commissioned and Andrew showed me how the controls worked. I have no hesitation in recommending Heatable who offer a very competitive price and Andrew who was friendly and professional.

We are very happy with the installation of our New Boiler and Steve Aston was a complete star in every respect, nothing was to much trouble and it is such a neat and tidy professional job, I myself am a Retired British Gas Inspector and I found Steve to be a gentleman in every respect, and Scott at Heatable was so helpful in making sure that we had the best deal at a very nice price, we will recommend this Trader 100% and thank you again for a good deal.

The chap arrived on time. Communication was excellent. He worked quickly and cleanly, serviced my boiler and also sorted out a minor problem whilst explaining the best way to operate it. I booked and paid for the service a couple of months earlier when there was a discount available so I was extremely happy with the value.

We had a Combi Boiler fitted. Mark and Jack had to take the old water tank and copper cylinder out. They were very friendly and professional. They tidied up afterwards and explained how to use the Combi Boiler. The ordering on line was nice and easy as well. I would definitely recommend Heatable. A very satisfied customer 😊

Replaced an existing boiler with a new combi boiler, removed the old water tanks, immersion, associated pipework and shower pump, chemical flush following on from the install. Explained the process throughout, ensured that I understood all the controls. Tested the system and made sure I was happy with everything. Cleaned and hoovered up afterwards and removed all the rubbish afterwards. Very Impressed.

Ordering was simple and straight forward. Ordered, arranged fitting and then called them several days later to bring appointment forward which was not an issue for them. Ionut called ahead the day before to confirm and arrived promptly on the day. Professional, polite, clean and thorough. Couldn’t have asked for a better engineer.

My boiler broke on sat evening . Heatable came Tuesday morning. Good communication. The fitters were friendly and explained everything clearly . I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Heatable for a quote for a combi boiler installation and cannot fault the service received. I was looking for removal of a hybrid heat system boiler and replacement with a standard gas combi boiler for a 3 bed terraced property. I had quite a few quotes but Heatable stood out for good communication and value. One company tried advising it would cost an additional £2k to £3k extra for the same job! Heatable reviewed all the requested survey photos and rang me to say they were satisfied that the job could be done at their standard boiler replacement pricing. I did contact them with queries over warranty, payment and service and their communication was friendly but professional throughout and all questions answered. I also took up a 0% finance offer that was offered as I was wanting a quick install after having no hot water for 4 weeks and husband due to have surgery the following week. My installation was booked for within 48 hours of payment being received. I was sent details of my installer (with a photo) and clear advice on arrival times. Simon was very professional, explained everything fully and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I booked for a new boiler exchanging my 37 year old one via Heatable website on a Monday for the engineer to carry out the work the next day. Heatable phoned me shortly afterwards to say that day is not available and would 2 days later be acceptable which was okay. Heatable kept me informed via emails of time the engineer would arrive and his name and brief discription of his qualifacatons. The Engineer arrived at 08:00 and got straight to work removing the old boiler and installing the new Worcester Bosch GreenStar boiler. Chatting with the engineer while he was working we established a few things in common which gave me piece of mind that he was a sound professional guy. The engineer worked hard, completed and tested the boiler in 1 day and being very pleased with the outcome I said I would clean up. Heatable added a few other objects to the job, which the engineer fitted, which other company's didn't and was cheaper when I checked online. I will contact Heatable and ask for the engineer (if he still works there) to service the boiler each year to keep the 10 year warranty in place. I can't thank Heatable enough to have this engineer carry out the work, he's very professional, knowledgable and chatty. Thank you.

Painless from beginning to end. Everything went as smoothly as possible. The engineer was great, sorted everything very efficiently, did a top job and left everything tidy.
