Tried several online options when considering a new boiler. Some enquiries resulted in pushy salespeople and streams of computer-generated e-mails, which was not what I wanted.. Heatable's site allowed me to home in on suitable boilers to replace our 22-year-old system boiler, and in my follow-up call the Customer Service guys were informative and careful to include every aspect. The deal was concluded on a Saturday morning, with the installation booked for the following Wednesday. The local contractor was diligent, a tidy worker, and completed the installation on time (08.10 to 16.45), including a trip to the local supplier for some pipes to take water to the nearest drain. Sadly we could not use the boiler, as it turned out that the existing programmer was no longer working. The contractor tried to contact Heatable, but could not get through. When I did so, I learned that the replacement of the programmer was not part of the installation package, but Heatable did offer to source local suppliers of programmers and recommended a local contractor to install it.

From estimate through to installation, Heatable have been wonderful. A thorough estimate, a friendly customer advisor, and then an engineer who went the extra mile in making sure that everything was working correctly and talking me through the controls and thermostat. He left a clean site and his phone number in case I had any immediate questions.

Solar install by Heatable. The quote was simple to set up and they helped us explore options before making a decision. Once we knew what we wanted the process was easy and explained clearly to us every step of the way. Install was prompt and completed to a high standard. Everyone involved knows their stuff and takes the time to explain things which we really appreciated. Great company to use would highly recommend.

From cold to cosy and conventional to combi in forty-eight hours! After booking the installation of our Worcester-Bosch boiler on December 1st, Veaceslav and Sergio from Heatable arrived well within the scheduled window on the 3rd. They were highly professional, very respectful of our home and worked efficiently and tirelessly to swap an ancient, ailing conventional boiler with a modern, efficient combi boiler. Veaceslav was very responsive to the many questions that we had, so the entire process was as smooth and as painless any such installation could be. Having dealt with a fair share of central heating engineers, many of whom fell well short of expectations in terms of transparency and quality of work, we had begun to despair. Dealing with Heatable has restored our faith that companies which 'do exactly what it says on the tin', still exist. The Which? Trusted Trader endorsement was a significant factor in the decision to 'press the button', and the service we received exceeded our expectations.

Heatable supplied and fitted my new boiler for a very competitive price, Dan the installer did a great job in just a few hours. The old boiler and scrap parts were taken away and a full operating tutorial was given after installation.I thoroughly recommend Heatable to anyone considering a new boiler.

After contacting a number of heating companies in my area I found a which recommended company Heatable’ well I’m overwhelmed they were fantastic from beginning to completion after the order two days later my boiler arrived with the necessary parts, the finance was arranged by the company with a 6 months interest free buy now pay later agreement Glen the heating engineer came at 8 this morning 1/12/25 and by 15.30 we have beautiful hot water and wonderful hot radiators thank you Glen and everyone at Heatable

Heatable came to my rescue when my central heating boiler finally died last month. At this time of year, all recommended gas engineers were too busy to replace it. The Heatable website was easy to use, instant quote was very competitive and installation by Tom a few days later by was excellent. (It could have been even sooner if I'd remembered to take my phone with me the next day.) He arrived at 8am with the boiler and completed the installation, checks, explanation of controls to me, and paperwork by 6pm. Customer Service people were REAL people who answered the phone and answered any questions efficiently. I've already recommended Heatable to friends.

From start to finish I was kept informed and i bearly did anything ( other than a few coffees), the service from the heatable team was fantastic I would recommend in a heartbeat, it's a refreshing change for me to have 100% confidence in the workmen that did my install from scaffolding to commissioning the install I am so happy 😁

From the beginning of my order their communication and advice was great. Their engineer turned up on time. He (Gordon) was very polite. His remit was to dismantle the old boiler and replace it with the new boiler. Our boiler is in a cupboard at the top of our stairs. First thing he did was make sure our stairs and top landing was protected by covers. During the installation of the new boiler, he discovered that the existing gas piping did comply with the regulated standards. This meant that the pressure was below the required standard. So he had to replace the gas piping. Which entailed drilling through the wall at the front and rear of the house. He also had to crawl under the floor to make the appropriate connections. Nothing phased him, he took it all in his stride. I cannot praise him highly enough. He went out of his way to ensure the installation was compliant. He even vacuumed the stairs. I am a very satisfied customer.

I found Heatable through Which. To be honest, I had never heard of the company, but read through the reviews and decided to look at their website. After answering a few simple questions online, Heatable recommended a number of different boilers which would be suitable for my property. Although their price was very similar to other well known companies, when I looked through what was included in the installation, there were extras which other companies did not offer. The guarantee period for the boiler is also a lot longer than some other companies offer. I ordered my boiler and Hive through Heatable and chose my installation date. I then uploaded the photos as requested. The entire process was very simple. Heatable emailed me the night before the installation and gave me the details of my installer, Danny, along with a photo. I also received tracking information for the boiler and Danny gave me a courtesy call as well. Danny and his team arrived on time and have carried out the work to a very high standard. They were friendly and helpful, ensured that the areas they were working in were appropriately protected and cleared up after themselves. Danny talked me through the boiler and Hive and everything was completed within 4 hours. He also explained that I would need to ensure that I had the boiler serviced every year to maintain the 10 year guarantee. Heatable and Danny have been very friendly and helpful and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic new boiler installation experience from Heatable and the local installer they sent. We recently moved into the house, the existing old boiler packed up and we had no hot water. Called a couple of local engineers who were unable to fix (for anything looking like a reasonable cost). Got a quote from one of them which turned out to be £1500 more than the one from Heatable (and actually a newer model Worcester Bosch from Heatable). Very slick quote and booking process, the engineer turned up on time and took out old and put in new. Very happy and would highly recommend Heatable.

Heatable were extremely efficient and polite. They did as promised on time without any hiccups, which in this current climate, is something to behold. The fitters were first rate and provided information where required leaving our premises neat and tidy.

Had my new boiler installed yesterday, haven’t had much of a chance to try it out but so far all seems to be working fine, the guys had a big job but did it in a great amount of time, left the house exactly how it was before they arrived and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.
