A family run organisation, we are based in St Albans, and are perfectly placed to supply boiler and central heating installations, repairs and maintenance to clients across the Hertfordshire area.
We are Worcester Bosch Platinum Accredited Installers offering extended Guarantee benefits on all our Boiler installations.
We are also BAXI accredited and can offer maximum warranties on their range.
Our maintenance plan HeatClub has been very well received by clients looking for an alternative to the larger insurance based providers.

Darren was excellent to deal with and responded quickly to communications. He tried to fix the problem twice before having to get a spare part. He did not charge for the extra time, just the original visit and replacement part. All is now fixed and we are very pleased. We would warmly recommend him.

Fitted new shower thermostat and parts, a complex job, given that the existing parts had to be merged with a new manufacturer thermostat and shower. All works perfectly. Replaced basin taps.

Several years ago I subscribed to the company's 'Heat Club' maintenance contract and it has served me very well. For example, a plumber attended to repair a leaking pipe in the kitchen very soon after it was reported. Heatco has done several jobs for me including fixing a knocking radiator and installing SMART radiator valves in every room. The annual maintenance visit is arranged at a time to suit me. All-in-all Heatco provide a much better service than the larger operators, but at a significantly lower price. I am pleased with the service provided and intend to renew my 'HeatClub' membership when it falls due.

Leak repair in property Two aspects - actual repair of upstairs toilet cistern leak - and installation of external stop-cock which the houses in the street do not have to enable shut-off. Required organising specialist subcontractor for the external work All work was done quickly and efficiently and good communications No significant disruption to our tenants.
