I rang Darren due to a leak in my tank and consequently no hot water. I had never used Heatco before, but saw that they had 5 star reviews. Although he was very busy with other work he came out on Saturday morning (he doesn't usually work weekends) and had it all fixed in an hour for a very reasonable price! He was polite, tidy and obviously knows his stuff! I will definitely use Heatco again when needed and would recommend them.

Darren came to replace bathroom taps and a cistern valve on the toilet. He was very helpful and easy to work with. He is outstanding at communicating and responding to messages. There was a minor issue which was very promptly resolved. I also use HeatCo for my boiler servicing and they have a really good booking system so you can schedule in the date. I can certainly recommend HeatCo.

I’m really impressed with how professional HeatCo were when servicing my Vaillant boiler This is my first time using them time will tell how my boiler would be after the service. As usual, I have just received excellent service from Heatco. I had a running bathroom tap and Darren promptly came round and quickly stopped the running water. He then ordered a needed part and came back to replace this at a date/time to suit me, which was great. I have consistently found Heatco to be reliable and professional and it’s good to know that they are here, with Darren always being friendly, helpful and efficient.

Darren attended to my neighbours house to service the Vaillant boiler and replace a faulty CH zone valve. Have used HeatCo and Darren before, first class service with proper communication in advance of the visit, punctual arrival and very effective at fixing the zone valve fault quickly and without any fuss. Boiler service equally effective and quick, really pleased and fair pricing too. Darren is a particularly nice, patient guy to have in your home for heating type work. Would highly rate HeatCo on the experiences I have had with them.

Darren came to check out the issue within 24hrs of my logging the call. He confirmed what I suspected that it was a problem with the timer. Batteries were replaced and my heating was up and running within 30 minutes. Darren provides an outstanding professional service. He is very approachable and easy to do business with.
