I'm not one to leave reviews, but Joe and Dean deserve a few words to back up our fabulous experience using HeatCo. From the outset they were both friendly; from arranging the quote to responding to queries. Dean carried out the work - it was a long 5 day complete heating system installation. His attention to detail on the installation was exceptional - he carried out the work like it was his own home, tidying up after himself and ensuring the pipe runs and boiler fitting was neat and tidy. The heating was up and running first time after day 4. He unpicked the plumbing mess that we inherited and we now have a toasty home! We arranged a few quotes and visits from various heating engineers and in the end were very happy to have chosen HeatCo.

Joe has done several plumbing jobs around the house for us including ones that left other plumbers scratching their heads. He's very helpful, amiable and reliable, as well as being very skilled at what he does. Its taken a big stress away to have found him, knowing if there is ever any issue we have someone to call we can trust. I have no reservation in recommending him.

We had our first service on our boiler that was supplied and installed by Joe @ Heatco last year. They are a very professional company, tidy and polite, nothing is too much trouble for them, all questions answered. Would highly recommend.

Heat co were amazing and it was really efficient to book my appointment online which was really easy. The response time was super quick and the engineer was really helpful and polite and sorted out our problem really with ease but was careful to check through all possible faults. Overall excellent traders, I would trust every time.

Looked to be an easy fill in job but as we had HeatCo cover we decided to leave it to the experts to fit it. I am glad we did. Unbeknown to us, the old tap had completely rusted in to the sink unit solidly locking it into place. Of course, HeatCo's engineer had all the tools to hand and the experience to persuade the fitting to move before cutting it out and fitting the new unit. Excellent job well done.

I have been using Heatco services for many years now and will carry on for years to come. Daren knows what he is doing and has been looking after my old boiler years after years so that I made the most of it. When I had building works done, I asked Heatco for advice, and although they didn't do the job (as they don't work with builders), they were very helpful in understanding what we needed. Since we have had a new boiler installed they are happy to come and help, as well as service it for a very decent price. Excellent service, very nice people to deal with!

It was easy to book an appointment online for a boiler service with early availability and the engineer Darren was early rather than late (with a text to say they would be early and checking that was OK). Darren was very pleasant and when I queried a TVR on a radiator he immediately looked at it and fixed a sticking pin. Took his shoes off at the door too! Verbally gave information after service and then was sent certificate and invoice (for quoted price on the website) immediately afterwards.

I have been using HeatCo's services for a number of years now. I have met three of their people over this time and all of them have provided excellent service and workmanship. Recently I used another firm for a side job and actually realised there was an error in their work but Darren from HeatCo diagnosed it immediately, ordered a part and sorted it out within a few days. He also gave our boiler an annual service which we have done like clockwork by HeatCo. As an aside, HeatCo replaced a boiler for me a few years ago. I was involved in a disastrous process with my former insurance company. They sent out engineers to mend a small problem with our old boiler - they actually ended up making the situation worse due to a lack of understanding about my "commerical" named but domestic rated boiler. HeatCo really saved the day. The firm contracted by the insurers ended up asking HeatCo to intervene as they realised they were making a real mess of the boiler. The situation deteriorated with the insurer and we ended up needing a new boiler fast. We have been without heat and water for a few weeks at this point and Joe had been invaluable in the process with diagnostic checks and advice on the matter. Dene from HeatCo gave up a day of his weekend to come and sort it out for us so we didn't have to wait a day longer to warm up! We have had heat and hot water ever since! They really went above and beyond for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team! Thank you from us.

Easy to book an appointment online which made life easier. Darren came round quickly and figured out the problem which needed a new part, came back two days later and fitted, very friendly. Really stress free and just got it sorted at a reasonable price. Exactly what I wanted.

Darren and Dean from HeatCo completed the annual service on my boiler, it's part of their Heat Club service, which I'd also recommend. They arrived on time, very friendly, professional work and the whole job was completed in around 30 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Booked online so that was straight forward and easy too.

As a member of the Heatco Heat Club for a number of years, we have had installations and regular boiler services which have always been prompt, effective and courteous. Can recommend Heatco without reservation.

My boiler was installed and serviced annually by Heatco. The engineers arrive on time and are always friendly, informative and leave every thing clean & tidy.

I happen to be physically disabled and use a wheelchair. My boiler stopped working at about 4pm one afternoon and since I find it very difficult to keep warm, I was desperate to get the heating fixed as soon as possible. I rang Heatco and they were literally with me in about 30 minutes. In the event it was a simple fault to fix, but I just can't thank the guys at Heatco enough. Very highly recommended!

A few years ago I needed a new boiler. quotes were obtained and Heatco came out with the best price. Not unrealistically cheap or price-gougingly expensive. Not only that, but during the initial survey they properly scoped out my requirements and made a suggestion for a more appropriate boiler for our house. I believe that this saved me money on a boiler that was appropriately sized for my home and has saved me money ever since by using less gas. The install was very tidy and I've had fault free operation of my boiler ever since. The team are super polite, friendly and get the job done with no mess. They were so good that I used them again when my parents needed a new boiler recently. Again, they turned up bang on time, installed an appropriate boiler for their needs. They helped get the system balanced and have come back for a post install service. They appear to be trusted enough by the manufacturers that they are able to offer the longest warranty on the boilers. The entire team are great. Polite, on time, efficient, tidy and know what they are doing. Just what you need from a Heating and plumbing company.

The copper pipe leading to my outside tap developed a leak. Trying not to panic I phoned Heatco for advice, spoke to Joe. I then went online to book an appointment, easy to book with good availability. Darren arrived on time and did a quick and efficient job replacing the pipe and fitting a new tap for me. Trustworthy, reliable, will definitely be using them again. Thank you Darren.

Engineer arrived promptly. Boiler check carried out and nut tightened on hot water cylinder to stop slight leak. All on schedule and budget. Engineer was polite and left no mess.

Our heating wasn't working. The earliest appointment I could book was not for about 6 days but booked all the same. Darren called within 24 hours of booking the appointment and then came around with 20 mins of that call and fixed the issue. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. THANK YOU Darren and HeatCo.

I've used HeatCo for a number of years now and have nothing but praise for them. Recently two of my toilets broke and Joe managed to source the difficult to find replacement parts, have the couriered over and made sure I had functioning loos by the weekend! Very much appreciated. HeatCo staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. They always turn up as expected and I trust the advice they give (the online booking system is great!). To be honest HeatCo have got me out of a plumbing pickle several times, for which I'm very grateful. Over the past few years they have deal with blocked showers, leaking taps and radiators, flush issues, replaced a boiler, shower temperature problems, and much more. It's very reassuring to have their number in my phone.

Shaun fitted the side back on our bath after the Aqualisa engineer had replaced our shower pump. It was an awkward job but he got it done and left everything looking as good as new. Great job!

During a major house extension/renovation, I decided to upgrade our gas central heating system from a vented to an unvented system. I approached HeatCo for a quote, as they had previously carried out my annual boiler servicing. The conversion was a relatively major task, involving two to three people for 3 days. I received a detailed quote, itemising all the tasks needed, including the stripping out of the old boiler plus the redundant tanks and pipework in the loft; the cost of the new boiler, pressurised tank and other anciliary parts; and neatly installing new pipework. I satisfied myself that the price was competitive. Joe and his team worked solidly to complete the work. They knew exactly what they were doing. After the three days, all the work itemised in the quote was completed to my satisfaction, and I had a new heating system running smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. In short, HeatCo is an experienced and thoroughly professional company, that you can trust to carry out even complex central heating projects within the time indicated, and without any issues.

I've used Heatco a few times. Booking an appointment is really easy. Darren turned up on time, polite, professional, cleaned everything as he went. Very efficient. Would highly recommend. They are frequently recommended on my local WhatsApp group so it's not just my opinion.
