Was not expecting Heatco to service Gas Fires but was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do so quickly and efficiently. Both fires are looking clean and operating correctly. We now have certificates for them as they have not been serviced for a while. Very happy that all of the gas appliance services are now up to date and by a single supplier. Thank you Heatco.

I originally booked HeatCo to attend because the boiler had failed. However, after not working for 24 hours the boiler came back on of its own accord. I asked HeatCo to attend anyway to check that the boiler was safe to use. The engineer checked the boiler over and gave it a clean bill of health. They suggested that we consider changing the boiler since it is nearly thirty years old but there was no pressure to do so.

Joe deserves an absolutely glowing review, he was so helpful from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier. He explained everything that needed doing and gave me a sincere and informed opinion on how we should do things, I was clueless so he really put me at ease about the work. He installed a dishwasher for me which was far from my nearest plug and was able to run it through and under the counters and extend it and do the pipe work for it. It works perfectly and he did a quick and good job and arrived on time. He left the area so clean and took care while working in my kitchen. I really appreciate the good work. Thank you so much!

Darren recently did a gas safety check on my rental property. He arrived on time, completed the relevant checks and even took the trouble to go and buy a missing carbon monoxide alarm and come back later to install it. First time using this company and was so impressed from the outset. Received a confirmation email the day before the service confirming time of arrival. On the morning of the service received another confirmation. Engineer texted when on his way. The engineer was very polite and helpful, extremely tidy and took time and to carry out the service. An excellent service received from HeatCo from initial quotation through to the installation of the replacement boiler. The quote was keenly priced, the installation was completed to schedule and the worksmanship, to a non expert at least, appears to be of the highest quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe or his installation engineer, Deene, to family, friends and beyond.

I had my central heating system upgraded by HeatCo (new boiler, radiators, controls, etc.) and they did a very professional job. Joe was very patient talking me through the different options before I decided which option to go for. Dean was on site the whole of the time and never slacked. He was very thorough and nothing was too much trouble for him. Before he could leave the site Dean had to attend to two leaks which were not through any fault of his or poor workmanship and he did not leave the job until he was satisfied that the problems had been resolved. All in all, I would recommend HeatCo for any central heating works that anyone is thinking of undertaking.
