Annual boiler service completed. Also, recently dealt with an emergency repair as the system pump had broken down. Heatco provided a prompt, professional and friendly service. Arrived on time for the appointment and let me know they were on their way. Easy to book a service on their website. I was told to contact them if any problems arose, but it has not been necessary. Darren recently did a gas safety check on my rental property. He arrived on time, completed the relevant checks and even took the trouble to go and buy a missing carbon monoxide alarm and come back later to install it. Darren performed a boiler service for us and fitted a new thermostat unit. I had previously stated that this might be needed as the control unit had physically broken and had lost contact with the boiler unit. I received a call well in advance of the expected start time to say that he had been delayed on his first job and would be about 30 minutes late which was considerate and he subsequently arrived on time. Darren worked quickly to perform the service, confirmed the thermostat change was required and explained the outcomes of the tests he had carried out. Later that day we received the gas certificate. I would definitely recommend HeatCo, they fitted the boiler and are our first contact if anything should go wrong.

We pay a monthly 'Heat Club' subscription to Heatco. This covers annual boiler, central heating and gas fire servicing and callout when there's a problem. But it also covers small plumbing jobs – as we were reminded when we needed to replace a leaking mixer tap. We paid for a new tap, but Heatco installed it – quickly and efficiently – without an additional labour charge.

Have used Heatco both for individual jobs such as moving rads and also signed up for the annual maintenance plan. The annual maintenance plan covers the boiler servicing and has taken out any worries and associated costs with unexpected problems that inevitably pop up over time on most systems.
