Joe and the team from Heat Co. Installed a new boiler and hot water tank for us. Removing and relocating both the boiler from the kitchen, and the hot water tank from the landing cupboard up into the loft. This was a complicated job which included running a new gas pipe to the loft, but the Heat Co. Team took it all in their stride. The install went smoothly, the team was extremely professional and tidy, and they went above and beyond what they had quoted to ensure we had hot water in the shotest time possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I've been a member of Heatco's Heat Club for several years. Joe, Darren and other team members are knowledgeable and responsive. The service provided is superior to the British Gas service contract I used to have. Recently, Heatco installed a 'Wunda' smart heating system for me. Despite never previously installing this manufacturer's system, the work was carried out efficiently. Everything worked perfectly from the outset and still does. Incidentally, if anyone's considering smart controls, I thoroughly recommend Wunda (a British company). Their system is intuitive and easy to use with greater flexibility than other providers such as Hive & Google Nest.

Darren is a star. He serviced our boiler last year when I took out the Heatco plan. I am pleased I have put the plan in place because it provides that much needed reassurance that if something does go wrong then it will get fixed very quickly and efficiently. Darren arrived on time, is super personable explaining how he found the boiler and took the time to answer my questions. Whilst Darren was with us, I took the liberty of asking him to look at our towel rails that were not working well and a possible leaking hand basin. Darren looked at each, fixed what was fixable, provided expert opinion on the issues and agreed to come back with new parts to fix one of the towel rails. All round excellent service. THANK YOU.

We pay a monthly 'Heat Club' subscription to Heatco. This covers annual boiler, central heating and gas fire servicing and callout when there's a problem. But it also covers small plumbing jobs – as we were reminded when we needed to replace a leaking mixer tap. We paid for a new tap, but Heatco installed it – quickly and efficiently – without an additional labour charge.

I cannot recommend HeatCo, and specifically their engineer Darren, highly enough. We had an urgent boiler issue on Monday, and I was incredibly impressed by how quickly Darren responded to my message. He managed to fit us into his schedule on the very same day, which was a huge relief and a testament to their commitment to customer service. When he arrived, Darren was super professional and extremely thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Not only did he resolve the immediate issue, but he was also super helpful, taking the time to give us valuable, easy-to-understand tips on preventing future problems and maintaining our system. The fees were incredibly reasonable, especially for such prompt, same-day emergency service. HeatCo delivered exceptional value. I already recommended Darren and HeatCo to all my friends and family—they are the definition of reliable, expert service. Thank you!

HeatCo installed a new 35kW Worcester Bosch system boiler Dec 2024 and did a brilliant and thoroughly professional job, including leaving everything clean and tidy. The system has been problem-free since installation. The latest job was the first-year boiler service. This was done by Darren, the Senior Engineer, who ran diagnostics on the boiler and cleaned out the magnetite from the boiler filter. All done on time and at a very reasonable price. We have wet underfloor heating, and Darren provided helpful advice on optimising this within the central heating system.

Great service from Heatco. The initial booking system was easy to use and meant we could choose a suitable time for our tenants. They called the night before to check the parking situation and turned up on time and very efficiently did a great job servicing the boiler and doing a landlord gas safety check. The paperwork was sent by email the same day and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely book them again next year and am happy to recommend them. All in all it was a very good experience and I was very happy. Thank you.

Called on HeatCo to repair a condensing gas boiler. It had been losing pressure, and I thought I knew where it was leaking water. It turned out it wasn't that. The leak is unfortunately somewhere under the house and difficult to get at. Joe wouldn't charge for coming out and investigating the problem and couldn't have been nicer about what for him was really a wasted visit

Having made the decision to replace our 23yr old boiler I researched many local companies. Prices varied enormously (British Gas being the most expensive) and the differing advice give by each company on what was 'needed' was a real eye opener with some appearing to give advice that was only semi-truthful in what was now required on a domestic central heating system, however the advice and price given by Joe when he visited seemed to be spot on covering all areas of the currently installed system at one of the best prices. HeatCo ultimately completed the job on time, on price, carefully, neatly and cleanly (covering all surfaces and using carpet runners). HeatCo registered the boiler installation with Gas Safe and Worcester Boilers and certificates from both of these dropped through our door just a couple of weeks later. I will not hesitate to have HeatCo complete the annual service of our central heating system and I have already recommended HeatCo to a friend who is also soon to be changing their boiler.
