Heatco did a conventional to combi boiler replacement and move, including roof flue, with several complexities in the work. I'd recommend Joe and Dean highly, for a number of reasons. 1) Sent a quotation the same day (unlike a few traders who never responded, or took weeks), *and* which was fully itemised; 2) cost was extremely competitive, c) Dean was extremely competent, helpful and put up with my numerous questions, and was diligent and made sure hot water was restored asap, 3) quality of work was great and were accommodating with a few extra requests, 4) tidy and respectful of my house, 5) the actual cost came in slightly under the estimate, which was reflected in an actual bill of costs and speaks to their honesty. Again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heatco.

Joe and Dean came and moved a radiator. Arrived on time, no hassle, an efficient job done. They left no mess, the rest of the family cane home and didn’t know they’d been. The HeatCo team knew what they were doing. The new boiler and cylinder have been installed very neatly. The job was done in good time and to a very reasonable price. The team were friendly and asked questions when there were choices to be made such as the placement of the condensate pipe so that it would not be too conspicuous. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use HeatCo for the annual inspections.

I chose Heatco to install my new boiler on the recommendation of my daughter. I was certainly not disappointed, the work was quite complex as I wanted the boiler installed in the loft instead of the old boiler location in the kitchen. The estimate was provided speedily and the work was carried out in a reasonable timescale. Dean the installer worked so hard and was neat, tidy and very respectful. He ensured I still had hot water available overnight before he left. The quote for the work was accurate and fair. I will certainly use Heatco for further work in my home.

We were happy with the central heating service carried out by Darren on behalf of Heatco. We received a message in advance of the appointment to confirm when he would be arriving which was the specified time. The job was done efficiently with a problem with the boiler sorted out at the time of the service. Darren was courteous and we would not hesitate to recommend him. The invoice and certificate were e-mailed to us shortly after the service was carried out.

HeatCo fitted our Worcester Bosch boiler back in 2013 and have serviced it annually ever since. HeatCo made it clear that the boiler can be serviced by other companies but we found them so good that we decided to stay with the company we trust. Darren has been called to our property to fix a number of plumbing emergencies due to the age of the property and it’s plumbing. He is an absolutely brilliant and highly skilled trades-person who has quickly identified the root cause and remedied the outstanding issues quickly and cost-effectively. I had a boiler service with HeatCo for the first time on 1st March 2022. I was a little worried as I didn't receive an email confirmation but Mr Dudey arrive promptly and conducted a full service quickly and efficiently. He provided advice at the end on things to keep an eye on and immediately emailed my invoice and service certificate. This was such a refreshing change from my previous experience with other suppliers who kept cancelling or not turning up. I found the work value for money and I will certainly be using HeatCo again.
